The following is an excerpt from IFA’s new special report, “Islam and the Spirit Behind It.”
Rage, Terror, and Jihad
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Eph. 6:12).
Post a prayer for your state!
The Islamic fundamentalist terrorist group Hamas attacked Israel by air and land. Israel declared war against Hamas and the world responded. The United States denounced the terrorism and called on the UN to stand with Israel.
In London, Sydney, and Times Square, pro-Palestinian protesters demonstrated, shouting terrible things like “Death to Jews.” Then, the founder of Hamas called for jihad and a day of rage.
Why is there a spirit of hatred among Muslims for Jews? Why, in light of this hatred, do prominent people treat the terrorist group Hamas as equal to the state of Israel? What is jihad? How can we pray? This Special Report will attempt to answer these questions and offer prayer direction.
What is Jihad?
Jihad means “a struggle or fight against the enemies of Islam” and “the spiritual struggle within oneself against sin.” This second definition calls to mind these verses from Hebrews 12: “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin.” From these verses, we see a few prayer points.
- We pray that Muslims would look to Jesus as the author and finisher of faith and see clearly that he died on the cross and rose again.
- We pray for people to bring the gospel to Muslims, and not become weary and discouraged.
- We pray that the only jihad people find would be the victory over sin through receiving the completed work of Jesus on the cross.

The Occidental nations including the USA are extremely under educated about Islam. There is more written about hating the Jew in ISLAM than there was in Hitler’s writings. More than 60% of the three books that are important in Islam tell how the Muslim is to relate to the non Muslim.
This is entirely a spiritual war against the spirit of anti-Christ. We as people who believe in the power of prayer need to recognize that it is a very real war that we are undertaking. We need to get educated in the very basics of what a Muslim believes. For one, the perfect Muslim is the one who does exactly what Mohammed did.
Go to. YouTube or read what are the motives for the Muslim by Christian authors who have studied Islam.
You will have your eyes opened and you will start to pray in earnest.

Great Heavenly Father, Jehovah, Yaweh., Lord of Lords and King of Kings, I cannot praise you enough for your grace and goodness and for Jesus and your Holy Spirit! I pray you will bring this knowledge of You, three in one, to each and every Jewish and

Father, we have heard Holy Spirit address the coming harvest as “the harvest of the ages.” We believe it will be the greatest in all of history. Great spiritual breakthroughs will occur throughout the world as deception and darkness are broken over people. Demonic thrones will be dismantled, and the light of the gospel will be seen.
Satan and his forces will attempt to stop this, but we know You have already planned for this, as well, and have determined how You will thwart him. We know Your angelic hosts will be part of the plan to stop him, and we ask for this help and support now. We ask You to stop satan’s plans that are at work in the Middle East and cause them to work for Your purposes. In the name of Jesus, we bind them now. Dethrone the prince of Iran, Father, and free millions of people from his hold. Then send revival to the entire region. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.
Our Almighty God, You are only good and full of love for the world and its fallen people. We rebuke the evils that go against your moral law and influence the terrorism of jihad. Now, put a stop to the harmful, murderous plots of evil and greed. Would you cause men to fall to their knees in repentance and turn to You alone, our true Jesus.Expose evil so evil may be stopped. Help by assisting those captured and being abused, threatened and worse. Let them know of your presence while you rescue them. Heal! Save! Oh Lord Almighty, we pray against this evil Jihad, Hamas, ISIS, or Islamic name of SATAN whatever they call themselves!! All they know is death, killing and destruction. In the end we as Ambassadors of Christ know you win and we are with you no matter what! Amen 🙏!

The word of the Lord to Israel through Malachi.
Israel Doubts God’s Love
2 “I have loved you,” says the Lord.

There are Muslims who form terrorist groups and Muslims who are exemplary citizens. Same for Christians (remember the Crusades and the Salem Witch hunts?) and for all people. Some engage in horrendous violence and others do not. No religion promotes terrorism and violence, though many put the name of a religion to these acts. Let us look into our own hearts first – do we wish to get rid of that which is unlike us? The wise look on ACTIONS as horrible in many ways, but refrain from labeling the PEOPLE the same way as the actions.
Jews, Christians and Muslims are Abrahamic cousins. Let there be Peace on Earth!
Zoe, you need to STUDY the Bible. Some of your assumptions are totally wrong. If you’re familiar with the Koran, it does teach violence and hatred. That’s why many Muslims have come to Jesus because it teaches love.
Zoe, religion should never be equated with Godliness or with Biblical Truth. I have often defined religion as “man attempting to create a ‘god’ is his own image’ “. Any ‘god’ created by man is not worthy of worship – and that would be true of Islam’s god, in reality a ‘non-god’. They do not worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – who revealed Himself as YHVH. When choosing college courses, I noted “Comparative Religions”, and thought, “Well then, I don’t espouse any religion because what I know is beyond and above comparison. I have a relationship with the Uncreated One who created me in His own image.” To me, that is not a religion – it is relationship. And for that, I am eternally grateful!!
This is the start of a new season, and we need to face up to this. Personally, I am not too surprised regarding these developments, but appalled that, certainly in the UK there is so much ignorant prejudice along with crazy denial of what is really happening. This is endemic in many of the churches, would you believe?!!

Hallelujah Shirley! I pray Psalm 91 for my whole family every day too and will add Israel and especially the college and university students that are Jewish that are being terribly persecuted now by all the antisemitism going on. Getting like Nazi Germany for them.
