I Prayed have prayed
LORD, we agree with Your Word: False witnesses shall not go unpunished. Help us to discern and reject wrong spirits, to love people, and to contend for the faith. We will partner with nothing You hate, LORD.

Kairos Palestine, an organization based in East Jerusalem, says the following in its Kairos Document:

“We, a group of Christian Palestinians, after prayer, reflection and an exchange of opinion, cry out from within the suffering in our country, under the Israeli occupation, with a cry of hope in the absence of all hope, a cry full of prayer and faith in a God ever vigilant, in God’s divine providence for all the inhabitants of this land.”

Who is praying on the wall?

Upon closer inspection, the heart behind the Kairos Document reads like other demands for removal of an Israeli Jewish presence from what the document’s publishers are calling “our country,” for the sake of “Palestinian freedom.” What is unique is the use of a decidedly “christianese” language — even to the point of referencing biblical passages of Scripture.

Having defined themselves as Christian Palestinians who are addressing “Israeli occupation” (despite the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob having given this land to the people of Israel), they require us to consider, discern, and judge the root of Kairos Palestine and similar movements. Proverbs 24:28 warns us not to witness against our neighbor without cause and with deceptive lips.

When considering the propaganda-war tactics of mislabeling, misrepresentation, and replacement ideology abounding in churchdom, what are we to make of positions and theology like that of Kairos Palestine?

Can one be anti-Jewish and also be a new creation through personal faith in Yeshua, the Messiah who was birthed as a Jew into the line of King David?  Does the plight of any innocents who are in Gaza negate the LORD’s covenant with Israel? Does it (Gazans plight) negate the nation of Israel’s right to protect its citizens and guests from marauding, Islamic murderers?  Are supporting, advocating, funding and proselytizomg the cause of pro-Palestinian and Jew-hating narratives the Christian thing to do, despite the stated purpose of eliminating Israel and all Jews from the earth?  Has GOD changed His covenantal promise toward the people of Israel?

As Christians, these questions are particularly weighty. We know that our personal belief and our heart’s position toward Jews, the land of Israel. and all of the Jewish diaspora will have eternal consequences.

How is God’s Ecclesia to respond?

Palestinian Christians would rather live under Hamas?
What fools, they would be evicted by Islam like Jews have been in Yemen, Iraq, Iran…
They will never rule Israel!
Not even in THE 70TH WEEK of DANIEL, Jacob’s Trouble, THE TRIBULATION, WRATH OF THE LAMB

1. The government of Israel is not perfect and it will not have a perfect government until Jesus returns to rule and reign from Jerusalem.
2. When Jesus returns and I think it will be within the next 10 years, he will come to a Jewish Jerusalem.
3. Would they prefer to live as Christians under an Islamic government? They should look at how the average Christian and women are treated in the average Moslem country.
4. I don’t want to see innocent arabs suffering but I don’t see how they can live in peace until the Prince of Peace returns.

Father in heaven, your Word tells us that those who misuse your name will not go unpunished. We pray for so-called Christians who are taking your name and using it to bring sympathy to their belief that no Jews can live in their ancient homeland, that you would reveal to them your love for both them and Israel. Lord, please expose the lies that they have believed, and lead them to righteousness through the gospel of Jesus. I pray, Father, against a spirit of division in your church. True saints of God will seek the truth, and that’s what I pray for Christians who call themselves Palestinians. We know, oh Lord, that when the land of Israel was named Palestine, it was done so to disparage the Jews. When it was called Palestine, Christians, Arabs, and Jews were all Palestinians living in that territory of the world. Lord, please bring truth to light, and let the consequences come for all who refuse to repent. I ask this in the name of Jesus and for His glory! Bring unity to true believers everywhere, Lord! And please bring salvation to the Jewish people around the world! Amen.

The evangelical church in the United States of America needs to take its head out of the sand and look at the oppression the Israeli government has exerted on the Palestinians both Christian and Muslim over the last 76 years. Specifically, the evangelical church needs to inform itself concerning the violence and fraud that the settlers perpetrate against the native Palestinians. Not every Palestinian is a terrorist. And a call for for freedom, dignity, and civil rights of Palestinians is not automatically anti-semetic. Nor is it automatically a call to destroy Israel. It is a call for justice and equality under the law which Palestinian inhabitants in Israel do not currently have.
Is it really God‘s plan for the Palestinians to abdicate all their ancestral lands, all civil rights, and all their livelihood and simply leave their ancestral lands to the Israelis and immigrate elsewhere?

Surely you are confusing ‘modern’ Israel with ancient Israel which ceased to exist a very long time ago. Modern Israel is a secular democracy. Neither being ‘secular’ or ‘democratic’ are biblical principles that could apply to Israel.
One should not shrink from criticizing friends. The IDF has at times behaved little better than a terrorist organisation.
There are 14 million people between the river and the sea. 7 million Palestinians, and 7 million Jews. All loved by God.

Replacement theology is false teaching. There is no differentiating between ancient and modern Israel.

Father I delight in the word of my God where I may read in.plain language God has said.

Deu 11:24  Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.
Jos 1:4  From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

By the word of two or three witnesses it is established.

From the great river Euphrates to the Sea, it seems very clear to me that those of Gaza are prophesying they must depart what God declared long ago to be Israel.

So be it as they say. Amen

In Joel God says it’s HIS land. And He made the dirt, so He gets to say what He wants to do with it. He very specifically said Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their descendants. Jacob is Israel and to say Israel is occupying somebody else’s land is – a lie, a deception for the gullible.

    Well said.

It is Gods’ dirt. He does get to say what He wants to do with it.

And yes, call it what it is— a lie.

Even as we are warned to test the issue by Scripture to determine the false Prophet, so also we utilize Godly discernment to analyze All media that enters our sphere of influence.

This seems to be a popular method to gain a particular end. One illegals in particular are using to gain benefits from “guillable” Christian organizations.
