I Prayed have prayed
Lord, Your Word is indeed real and true. We pray more people would know this Truth, submit to Jesus as Lord, and realize their part in your great story.

Hobby Lobby President and Museum of the Bible Founder Steve Green wants to clear one thing up once and for all. The Bible, perhaps the least-understood book of all time, he says, is indeed real and is indeed true.

Are you reading through the Pray for America Bible? The IFA Staff members who are reading it daily have been really blessed. Have you? Leave a comment.

On a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network, he told Dr. Steve Greene that the Bible not only has impacted the lives of people throughout history, but it also applies to the future of mankind, individually and corporately. There is little doubt, Green says, about the Bible’s authenticity, and every story and prophecy lead to one thing.

“There are a lot of people today who think the Bible is for another time, season or century,” Green said. “A lot of people do not believe the Bible is relevant for us today. What’s incredible for us to understand is that we’re in the middle of its story. If indeed it is true, which it is, it is also talking about our future. It is one single, unified story.

“Yet there are those who will try to minimize the fact that it is one story. In my book, This Beautiful Book, I take five main characters of the Bible—Abraham, Moses, King David, the prophet Isaiah and Jesus—and use those characters to tell the story of us. The first three were given a promise, and Isaiah has a prophecy. And they all point to Jesus.

“Abraham was promised that, through his descendants, all the nations of the world would be blessed. Moses was told another prophet like him was going to come. Through David, it was promised that someone would be on the throne forever. Isaiah, in Isaiah 53, clearly points to Jesus and what he did on the cross. So the Bible points to one event, and that is what Christ did on the cross because of man’s sin. Our relationship was lost, and Jesus had to come and pay the price so that relationship could be restored.

“So, when we don’t know the overriding story, some of the parts and pieces of the Bible can be confusing. But when we understand the overall story, it helps to put the pieces into places, even in the more challenging parts of the Bible.”

The Bible is the only book that we can read with the author present.
It is a spiritual book and if we are not born again we cannot understand what it is saying other than our need for a savior.
I have spoken to many atheists at work who have tried to de- bunk God’s Word. He doesn’t need man to defend Him. He loves us and wants us to know Him and His ways. I will always speak out for Him because in Him I live and move. Heaven and Earth will pass but His Word will forever remain. 😊

Yes, if you believe in scripture you would be in the Kingdom of God on earth identical to heaven, and overcoming and taking dominion over the earth, raising the dead healing the sick and partaking in miracles also: John 14:12
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater (works) than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father.

1 Cor 14:26
26 What is it then, brethren? When ye come together, each one hath a psalm, hath a teaching, hath a revelation, hath a tongue, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
ASV
and an apostle like Pres. Trump [because the economy is a miracle], would be the head of the church world wide: 2 Cor 12:12

12 Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, by signs and wonders and mighty works.

I totally believe in the Bible and it’s importance to all mankind. But I want to encourage better writing of the article… no one will ever “clear up once and for all” anything about the Truth of Jesus revealed in the Bible until He comes again. Nice try, but a bit over ambitious. The spirit of unbelief and deception will continue to veil the truth to many.

Reading, studying, and living the teachings in the Bible brings the only true joy and contentment in life. We were a better people when prayer and Bible reading were allowed in our schools daily.

Isaiah 55:11 “so is My Word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”
