The House launched a probe into the Georgia indictment.
From The Federalist. Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee sent a letter to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on Thursday demanding the Democrat prosecutor provide answers over her indictment of former President Donald Trump and his associates.

“Your indictment and prosecution implicate substantial federal interests, and the circumstances surrounding your actions raise serious concerns about whether they are politically motivated,” the letter reads.
Last week, Willis announced her office would be charging Trump and 18 of his associates for what she claims was an attempt to “conspire[] and endeavor[] to conduct and participate in criminal enterprise” to overturn the results of the 2020 election. …
In their letter to Willis, Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee questioned the Fulton County DA’s rationale for charging Trump and his associates and raised several examples indicating her prosecution of the former president is “politically motivated.” Among those cited is Willis’ purported launch of a new campaign fundraising site “that highlighted [her] investigation into President Trump” several days before her office indicted the former commander-in-chief. …
The letter additionally raised questions about the involvement of Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith and whether Willis’ office “coordinated” with Smith “during the course of [her] investigation.” …
As such, House Republicans are demanding Willis turn over any and all documents related to her office’s “receipt and use of federal funds,” communications with the Smith and the DOJ, and communications between her office and any federal agency regarding her investigation into Trump and his associates by Sept. 7.

If you want us to pray for America that is a good move but when you throw your political wheel into the ring that is not even trying to understand what is spiritually expedient- that is a problem for Christianity. Do you think Donald Trump is wrong or do want to embrace or condone his behavior ? We cannot pretend that all is ok with the guy . We should be truthful. We are called to walk in the light. If we are supporting this guy . the veil of darkness is all over our character. Darkness cannot and should not prevail. The Donald Trump you are defending does his actions and postures what defending in the of Christianity. Unless you are saying the guy did nothing wrong. We can not pretend that all is well. You cannot with boldface be supporting what this guy is doing and has done to people. How does one pray for top-level Federal or State Employees, that are closet followers of Satan, who make a carrier of law breaking, treason, and malcontent promotions in order to sway an election for more power over others? It is beyond me. Might one suppose of course that our Lord Jesus is already praying for such lost souls? If it were up to an ordinary unenlightened mortal like me, I might choose a quick trip of discipline to Grandpa’s 1890 woolshed for a good ole fashion fanny warming using a willow switch. But I do pray this: “Please forgive me Lord, for my attempt at levity as I am quite fed up.”

Father, please I beg you, in the name of Jesus, to open the eyes of your church, with your divine gift of discernment regarding Donald Trump, the 2024 candidates, tell us your perfect will and protect that candidate and this upcoming election from all corruption and interference. Make you choice, your will so obvious that even the unbelievers will favor your chosen candidate and will vote accordingly in the 2024 election when the time comes. I pray that we may perceive truth and nothing but the truth. Even if we can’t understand the truth, if it is just too big or too complicated, if it is truth, help us to just “know it” without a doubt by your gift of discernment, and act on it accordingly, to pray it through to full and perfect completion. A prayer that I hesitate to make:
Oh Abba Father and Lord Jesus, it is in my earthy nature to wish you would smite the followers of Satan with a mighty smite who attempt to turn our Nation into a godless communist nation of evil. However, I want to continue to grow beyond all that and mind my own business of increasing in faith in an unseen God.
But, being a War veteran who fought for America long ago, how I long to see our nation living in godly love among gods people with liberty and equal Justis for all. How I long for news reports that are not Woke Communist Propaganda and the open sexual and moral destruction of our children being taught in our public schools. Yet, the divine sprit of truth is always there reminding me that God is God and Jesus is Lord and Sovern of planet earth who plans his second coming at a time of his own choosing and one day the Lord Jusus will seize outward control of earth and rule as is his will. As for me and my life, I am so small and the earth is so huge, how can I deal with such a disparity without the very presence of God? I cannot.

Nobody but nobody fools God Almighty and the Holy Spirit. Not in the past, not in the present, not in the future. If you study scripture, history, and YOUR OWN lifes ups and downs, once you know that God Almighty exists, then, it should be clear: things happen for a reason and God is simply allowing this evil, immorality, and super sinning to occur to let people see good from evil and to “clean up their act” and “get their “spiritual house in order”. It it is very unfortunate that innocent, “small sinners” get hurt, taken advantage of, or even killed by “super sinners”, we hope and pray these innocent “small sinner” people turn to God and we pray that they get to heaven. Bottom line, if what I seek to understand is true, based on my God given intelligence and wisdom, what they have done to President Trump is a DAMN disgrace! Make no mistake, God knows all, knows what we are thinking, what we do, all of us, all the time on this planet, in this solar system, in this galaxy and in this Universe!. Since the beginning of time, there is NO FOOLING GOD ALMIGHTY. There WILL always be justice one way or another. God is waiting on us & will answer those prayers “if we are faithful”. Many DA’s, AG’s, etc. undoubtedly are being paid (or have been) in multiple ways…. Cayman island bank accounts, internal favors, unlimited legal protections, etc. As Christians, let us pray for their complete exposure, salvation if possible, that confusion would reign daily in their lives & that brokenness would continually visit their empty lives. A lot of investigations but no results as far as I have been able to see or hear. When is the House of representatives going to get something done about the Federal reserve that is going to change the monetary system in America? Also, Trump spent millions of his own money to help with the 911 rescue to search for the survivors & victims on that terrible day when the Twin Towers collapsed . When President, he did not accept a paycheck. He is not perfect, but he is forgiven for he gave his heart to the Lord. He doesn’t have to proclaim it for you to believe.
