We reported on how intercessors are fulfilling the commission by Dutch Sheets and Gina Gholston to command the foreword, and after it posted I reached out to Pam in Georgia, who has been tracking which county lines have been anointed in the 50 states, through www.GiveHim15.com/groups. I asked her if she had an estimate of how close we are to finishing the assignment. Her response came swiftly, in the form of a map and a list of some border counties that still need to be covered.

I reached out to the state prayer leaders in the states with counties yet to be covered, and Suzie MacAskill, a leader in Massachusetts, assured me they have plans to cover Dukes Island by the end of the month. She added that her sister Lynne joined her to pray over an area in Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border. She said:
The area is known as Satan’s Kingdom, and we anointed it for Christ. Then we met with a New Hampshire intercessor who has links with the D.L. Moody schools in Massachusetts and had a powerful time of prayer and anointing there. Whilst there we met another group of intercessors who were going on painting-the-borders missions all the time. It’s been such a powerful time, and it’s increasing unity in the Body.
Dr. Alma Villegas, author of Bezalel: An Artist Called by God, felt led to pray over the Williamsburg, Brooklyn, border with Manhattan at the Williamsburg Bridge, New York City. She was recently in a car accident, so this was no small task, but she boldly proceeded in obedience. She reports:
I went to the Williamsburg, Brooklyn, border. When I began walking to the river, the right arm that was broken in the accident began to hurt. But I said, “Oh, I am on a mission,” kept walking, and the pain left. I felt led not only to put oil in some areas but to pour the oil in the river too. I also prayed and anointed the Williamsburg Bridge. I said, “No matter the shake, this bridge will not fall.” And I felt the presence of God very strongly. I also wanted to go to the Statue of Liberty, but because I was still in recovery, decided to stay only in Williamsburg. But when I was walking near the river, all of a sudden I saw in the distance the Statue of Liberty. I really don’t know how I was able to see it. Only God. He is amazing. I prayed that the anointing waters would also touch Ellis Island.
Susan Eddlemon wrote this prayer, in the form of a collect, for her Anglo-Catholic church in Tennessee:
O Most High and Almighty God, the stronghold of all who trust in Your defense: We continue to declare over all the counties of Tennessee, especially [they list eight at each prayer meeting]; that You are their refuge and fortress and their God, just as originally covenanted with You by our Founding Fathers and Mothers. We dedicate this Land, this State of Tennessee, and ourselves according to the Cape Henry Declaration of 1607 to reach the People within these borders with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We call upon You to deliver them from snares and pestilences of the enemy and to cover them with the angelic charge of Almighty protection. May the truth of their founding in You establish and protect them, their leaders and governments, cities and towns, that they fear no destruction or evil coming against them. Deliver them, Heavenly Father, for the sake of Your Son our Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
Eddlemon wrote: “Some of the participants are cradle Anglicans/Episcopalians. But they’ve been duly awakened to much of the relevant teachings/prayers of the prophetic community via the internet, etc. They are receptive enough; especially when their attention is specifically directed.”
Lisa Williams, who is part of the King of Kings Worship Center, in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, had an encouraging experience! She buried communion elements at the four sides of her property, and two days later a snake lay dead on one of those borders! She wrote, “Only its head was crushed! I see this as a confirmation from God that my home and family is protected from the devil and he SHALL NOT PASS!” I told her the picture of the protoevangelium is confirmation that this assignment is protecting our entire nation!
A couple of intercessors drove the entire length of the Oregon Coast, stopping at every town to pray the declarations.
I’ve read a few accounts of people who have felt led to anoint their tires before driving the borders they feel assigned to cover. Someone with 1 Corinthians 13 in his or her screen name on www.GiveHim15.com/groups also anointed rocks with “Liberty” written on one side of them and Leviticus 25:10 on the other side. Then they set forth:
We drove to the schools in Cumberland County, New Jersey, leaving a stone at the school on the property, decreeing the foreword over the schools and our education system, calling them back to the original purposes for education in New Jersey, claiming Princeton’s motto from the beginning, “Under God’s power she flourishes,” and their first president Jonathan Dickinson’s words, “Cursed be all learning that is contrary to the Cross of Christ.” We repented for the sins and demonic doctrines that have been allowed to be taught on the campuses and through the “ed” system. We recovenanted our education system back to God and His purposes for it. We prayed His blessings on the staff, teachers, and students, as well as for an outpouring of His presence and glory to fall on each one, bringing transformation to the system, campus, families, and area through revival. They have been claimed for the Lord! On a side note, many of our schools double as voting sites.
Since spring of 2021, I’ve been praying over Broadway theaters once a week with Christopher Monroe, the artistic director of the Salvation Army’s Theatre 315. So I decided to pray the perimeter of the Broadway Box, the only place Broadway theaters can officially exist:
I pray this has given you some ideas for how you can command the foreword. Consider sharing this post with anyone who is near the border counties that have yet to be anointed! Georgianna Buhler, the Alaska state prayer leader, says she would appreciate prayer “for strategies to deal with the vastness of Alaska’s borders and geographic diversity.”

My wife, daughter & I completed our assignment over 4 weekends (July 21-22, 28-29, August 4-5 & 18-19). We started at the state capitol first from the SE corner then driving to the SE corner of the state. The following weekend SW then NW and finishing up at the NE corner. Each trip the weather started out not & humid yet was cool and breezy while we commanded the foreword and made declarations. Part of our assignment, we believed, was to connect each corner to the capitol and call for statewide repentance & revival. We also decreed activation of each connection which I believe was accomplished.
Eight days later Sean Feucht finished this years “Kingdom To The Capitol” tour at the Iowa state capitol on August 27 bringing a powerful time of praise & worship to our God & King.
Five days later Lou Engle came to our church on September 1 & 2 bringing a challenge to pray for the primaries & for revival in our state & nation.
I believe we must keep contending for the will of the Father that “he does not want any to perish, but all to come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9” and that the USA will once again become a “shining city on a hill” to the nations and so fulfill her destiny.
Amazing and God honoring. I prayed the Cape Henry declaration over Edisto Island SC and the Beach., this represented both Charleston and Walterboro county. As I stood on the beach I repented for our sins and ungodly actions in the nation against God, man, and His Body. Declaring unity in the body and healing of the land. Continuing, in prayer I poured the communion into the ocean and on the wet sand asking God to return to His nation and that the Fear of Almighty God fully return to His house, the government, and this nation. Thanking God for what He was doing and ready to do. I prayed for the intercessors to rise up in fresh strength and a fresh anointing to infuse those who see, and breaker anointing to be loosed to destroy the bonds of wickedness in the Name of Jesus Christ! I left with great peace.
I prayed over our town of Vinton, Iowa. What a privilege it was to be used by God!
I anointed stones & dropped them off degreed & declared the Declaration & Ps 91 over our town & my workplace within the town.
I’m not able to drive around much so I put oil on my finger and trace my state while praying. I happen to have a plastic placemat that has the US plus AK and HI on it. How about we all pray over AK and HI?
On the latest givehim15 map, all of the Islands of Hawaii are painted as as prayed over and anointed.
Loretta, it looks like the most recent map (https://www.givehim15.com/group/hawaii/discussion/c38f09f9-125a-491a-84eb-bfbbd122fdfb) is from 19 days ago and indicates people have prayed over all the islands remotely. Pam’s current map, above, is tracking where people have anointed on the borders in person. Lord, thank you for the perseverance of Hawaiians to cover their islands in prayer!
Within a couple of weeks after hearing Dutch’s presentation on Gina Goldston’s vision, at a prayer team meeting, each person in attendance used printed maps of Hawaii and “painted” the borders of each Island with anointing oil, while one of the members from Virginia Beach (!) read the “Foreword” by Hunt.
On September 26, our team spent 13 hours driving the entire perimeter of O’ahu starting on the Windward side, driving to the North Shore, then out to Kaena Point beyond Mokuleia on the northwest tip. From there, we took the Kunia Road route to Kalalaeloa (Barber’s Point) and next went to the end of the road in Makaha, northwestern most point. After Makaha we traveled the perimeter to to the Neal S Blaisdell park which borders the center of Pearl Harbor. Our next stops were Keehi Lagoon and next, Sand Island. We drove slowly through Ala Moana Regional Beach Park and through Waikiki on past the Diamond Head Lighthouse. We continued along the perimeter, stopping at Sandy Beach and then Makapu’u Point. We continued through Waimanalo back to our point of origin.
Each team member had researched the history for one of those intended stops and some had found relevant scriptures for one or more of the various 12 different points at which we stopped on the journey. The historical research and scriptures enabled us to pray specifically and uniquely at each of those locations. We were duplicating the “angel anchoring” by stopping at the northernmost, southernmost, eastern and western points of the island, as well as other points (airports, docks, piers, etc.) which Holy Spirit had highlighted prior to the trip. We had rented a van so that we would fulfill the assignment “as one” and prayed continuously as we were being driven. During those “in-the-van” prayer episodes, we were praying for schools, churches and other high-lighted places.
On Monday (28th), 3 of us went to pray over a site at the middle (“heart”) of the Island, to which Holy Spirit had prompted one of our members. Yesterday (31st of August), we joined the representatives to whom Dutch had sent arrowheads, which were buried at Holy Spirit’s instruction by the person to whom the arrowheads had been sent. Among those present at the latter was a couple from Texas, one of whom had been born and was reared on O’ahu. There were several “confirming” signs along the way, including rainbows; clouds parting into clear skies and a “spotlight” from heaven shining on the spot (and ONLY on that spot) where the arrowhead had been buried.
We have also been focusing prayer on Maui….
In July, my wife and I drove from South Carolina to Colorado Springs to volunteer with Mario Murillo and Lance Wallnau. In that time we annoited the tires of our car to take back every mile we traveled for God. We painted over 3,600 miles before our trip ended. We painted borders and highways in SC, NC, TN, KY, IL, MO, KS, and CO. On the map for KS, I saw some gaps and wanted to communicate that we crossed and prayed in Wyandotte County (Kansas City, KS), Levenworth, Douglass, Shawnee, Wabunsee, Geary, Dickenson, Elsworth, Russell, Ellis, Trego, Gove, Thomas, and Sherman counties. We prayed at the border of every state and visited many locations and prayed repentance for atrocities and Kansas’ history of bloodletting (border wars and abortion) and slavery. Praise God we were able to pray over so much of the US and watch God save 100’s if not 1,000’s in the Springs. Blessing to all

Dear Lord,
I lift up the remaining two Idaho counties; Lemhi and Franklin in this “Paint the Borders” assignment as we command the forward. I thank you for your blessings and protection for the residents of Lemhi and Franklin counties in Idaho. Both of these counties magnificently display the handiwork of your creation. I anoint the Borders of Lemhi and Franklin County. I degree that our state motto, “Esto perpetua” which is a Latin phrase meaning “let it be be perpetual” or “it is forever”.
We as the ekklesia, stand as one and decree this day that these borders of the state of Idaho were established and designed to align this state as an apostolic state.
We decree that ALL ungodly alters that have tried to be erected will be dismantled and the true worship of the Lord will be heard within these borders.
We decree that this state of Idaho and these borders will hold the design that was originally intended from the beginning as the Idaho state of the Union and will be seen and established as a true Apostolic state.
We decree that the Justice Angel that the Lord has sent to our state is being positioned and is bringing true justice and righteousness to our state.
We decree Isa. 60:18, Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.
We decree Ps. 147:14, He makes peace in your borders, and fills you with the finest wheat.
We decree that the Harvest is being unlocked and increase is being released.
We decree Ez. 48: 1-28 the borders that have been established will reveal and declare that the Kingdom of God is in the land.
We decree Ps. 22:27-28 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship before You. For the kingdom is the Lord’s, and He rules over the nations.
Amen, and so be it.

Our prayer family went to the 4 corners of Mahonie County Ohio and planted our 4 fathers prayers and declared Psalm 91 an America shall be saved it took us 3 days to get it done we are seinors we each had baggies we put our prayers in and dug a hole to put them in the ground and poured oil over them then he sent us to pray for a family near the boarder. There were 9 of us and 3 cars parked along the road and all us seinors heads down praying next to the marker Halliilua Praise the Lord
Lord, the state of Alaska is vast and rugged. Please send Your angels to anoint the borders of Alaska, protecting that state through Your mercy and grace. We declare and decree that Alaska is under the protective hand of God Almighty. We ask that You would raise up some people this week to pray for all those counties in every state that have not been prayed over.
We thank You, Father, for all the people You raised up to pray for our counties, states and borders. Help us to finish the whole job, including Hawaii. All glory to Your Name. Amen.
I live in Georgia, I prayed over every county that was listed. So I agree with you for the protection over each county and every person there. For eyes to open, ears to open to hear the call of our Lord, that they may know Him.

Please give the Mother of our King Lord Jesus her due. The entire country has been consecrated and has been placed under her protective mantle. It is she who crushes the snake, the evil one, under her heel.
Also many of us have been virtually anointing all the borders of all the states on a map and placing the entire country back into God’s Hands.
Our Aglow prayer group has prayed twice over the map of VA. and declared the forward of Rev. Hunt and Partick Henry. We painted the borders of a map with oil and prayed for Virginia and our Nation. We are anchored to Jesus and in Him we put our trust. We are too old to drive but God gave us this plan to do it prophetically.

I was the onsite intercessor for my grandmother who spoke at Aglow meetings when I was about 12. I’m grateful that she mentored me in that way!
Through all of the prayers of commanding the foreword the Lord has led me to start a prayer group of the teens in our church. We will be praying for our local schools and speaking the name of Jesus over all students and staff.

My sister Katherine and Angela and I live in the Panhandle of Florida. We had a most incredible time praying the prayers provided for us and COMMANDING THE FOREWORD!!!!! It took us two Wednesday’s to cover over 400 miles of travel. And 6 border crossings between FL and AL. We COMMANDED THE FOREWORD in two counties: Santa Rosa County and Escambia Country. We were so led by the LORD as to where to pray first. The LORD had us to go to the county seat of the First Judicial Circuit of Florida in Santa Rosa County. We got there as the sun was rising (like everywhere else we have had extreme heat of upwards 100 + degrees) and we walked with prayers in hand proclaiming the Word of God over this region. We put on the full armor of God and decreed that satan is under our feet. As we approached the front of the courthouse a snake was on the pavement—dead! It was not run over so how it died who knows. But to us it was sign that truly the evil one IS under our feet and we walk in the authority of Christ. Two deputies came out and we pointed out the snake to them. One of them wondered if he could help us. We told him we were praying for our State and in particular the safety of the courthouse employees, etc., the deputy said “please pray for all law enforcement. Suicide rates are at an all time high in law enforcement and moral is extremely low. Then he said,” my wife took her life two years ago”. We asked him then and there could we pray for him which we did. After praying he asked us if he could hug us and thanked us profusely for praying. We knew then we were on assignment from the LORD and everywhere our feet touched we were taking back territory from the evil one for the Kingdom of God.
If you can handle one more testimony keep reading. This past Wednesday we traveled the extreme far west region of FL to Perdido Key. This was our first border crossing of the day. After getting out of the car and crossing the highway to the state sign and COMMANDING THE FOREWARD prayers and we poured out water on the ground and asked Holy Spirit to come and refresh this dry and thirsty ground and pour out streams of Living water on the state of FL. Simple prayer. There was such a heavy anointing that two of us grabbed each others arm to steady ourselves. I said to my sister and Angela after crossing the highway to our car, that “God is on a rescue mission to save this generation”. I got my iphone and played “Rescue” by Lauren Daigle and merrily went onto our next stop. That night I texted the ladies and said there is something about the Perdido Key crossing and that we need to keep praying for that area. The next morning I was curious as to what perdido meant so I looked it up. Perdido means lost, abandoned, missing, irreparable, etc. I believe that this state crossing is used by traffickers, etc. He is coming to save America and rescue the youth of this generation. AMERICA WILL BE SAVED.
What a complete joy it has been to be a part of an assignment of the LORD .

As I read about all the people of God arising to this task, I am reminded of Psalm 110:3- “Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power.” A mighty army of God is arising and going to war as David did against Goliath in 1Samuel 17:45, “David said to the Philistine, ‘You come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, BUT I COME AGAINST YOU IN THE NAME OF THE LORD OF HEAVENS ARMIES- whom you have defied. Today the LORD will conquer you and I WILL CUT OFF YOUR HEAD….,,and everyone will know that the LORD rescues His people but not with sword and spear. This is the LORD’S battle and He will give you to US!”
We are the volunteer army that He uses to defeat the enemy; our swords are the words in our mouths, and He will have the victory! Thank you Lord ! What a joy and a privilege to serve the Lord in this way! What an honor to be a part of this great advancement of His Kingdom in earth!
I did not have a state prayer group. However when I first started reading Gina Gholstons dream and reading the instructions I told the Lord that if he would provide the way I would like to help as my husband doesn’t want me to do long trips by myself anymore because of health issues.
Holy Spirit then reminded me that we (my daughter and her family) could pray over the borders crossing over from Tennessee into North Carolina as we were taking a trip to Myrtle Beach. So That led to us painting the coastline.
It was along that time that I found out we would also be going to OKC to Grand lake to spend time with my nephew and we wound up painting and praying over the Kentucky, Tennessee border as well.There were also other state lines we prayed over as well as we passed thru.
When we say yes God will always provide the way. GOD had already provided a way for us to do this assignment way in advance to go in July and even though we are all amateurs he provided a team. I Love God’s sense of humor and we felt the anointing on everything that was done Thank you Father
Thanks so much, Rich, for your attention over this great prayer movement in our nation. You are one of our national priests and prophets, who protect us and preside over our collective prayers and efforts. You have persisted and you are prevailing along with all the mighty men of God….

Praying we’re able to complete the assignment! Pam in Georgia said most of it happens over the weekend, so I’m praying much can be accomplished today and tomorrow!
I just returned from Maui after serving the victins of the fire for a week.The lord led me into prayer to repent for the introduction of false gods in the Islands and that they will be removed. To my surprise I learned that the Queen Kaahumanu in power a long time had declared and dedicated the Islands to Jesus Christ, that there was only One God.. Where she perform that dedicadition? In the city of Lahaina because it was the original capital. But then they brought the false gods back trying to bring back their culture and rejecting the “western take over”. So, I am from Puerto Rico and the Lord opened a door for me to travel to Maui, so I prayed over the land and declared Isaiah 24:15. Not knowing what Dutch Sheets had decleared to do,but the Lord knew and I did it in Maui. I drove around the Island so I took the old road, again not knowing. Praise the Lord for His guidance.

On Sunday, July 23 a group of Kansans was called to a 40 days before September 1st, praying over our borders. 40 days praying and anointing over the 40 border counties of Kansas starting with Cheyenne county, each day picking the next county border. We downloaded a map of Kansas, showing every county, and cover it in prayer.

Blessings to “all” who are painting the boarders. At 74 yrs. and no car, I went outside my condo apartment with an iron rod, stopping the ground and decreed the foreward and dedicated Knoxville to God. I then buried a small cross and then remembering in Revelation 2: 25-27, “But hold on to what you have until I come. The one who is victorious and keeps My works to the end: I will give him authority over the nations — and he will shepherd them with an iron scepter; and shatter them like pottery.”

We have yet to be designated as a part of Intercessors For America Guam prayer group,
as I have lost contact with IFA to establish one for Guam. When I started reading about the
prayers of intercession by the various state prayer groups, how many have been driving around their respective state boundaries, and this up-date, I felt that I just had to report that the Lord led many of us to drive around our small island of about 30 miles long and 6-8 miles wide this coming Labor Day Holiday, Monday, Sept. 4, from 8 a.m. to about 3 p.m. We will pray in all the gates of the 19 municipal districts on Guam. Blessed be His Holy Name!
Thank you for the reminder to remember Guam, as well as other US territories (Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the Mariana Islands, and American Samoa). Let us not forget to pour prayer over these places, and cover our brothers and sisters in them.
Because of my husband’s health situation, I’ve been very confined as I care for his needs. I have been conducting intense scriptural prayer daily for him since first diagnosis and recurrence. With so much prayer being a part of my daily spiritual life, it has been easy to add areas of prayer as I’ve witness the astounding events of these last several years. How thankful I am for prayer, the knowledge that the Lord listens, and that I can still contribute to the Command the Foreword even from our little home in Claremore, Oklahoma. I’m thrilled to see the unity in the praying Ekklesia, to hear Holy Spirit’s ever-faithful voice, and be encouraged by the leadership who is faithful to give us direction as we go.
I believe exactly as Dutch says repeatedly, “All America SHALL BE SAVED!” When we look back on this time, we will understand more about how we all came together in unity and focused on our assignment. I pray we will see the Kingdom come in a way that we can retain and even BUILD on this sense of agreement we have now, for the rest of time and into eternity.
Lord God, bless us all, and show us our next assignment when this episode has become history.
