I Prayed have prayed
Father, do not let us live in fear. Help us to make no provision for the enemy to attack and give our nation wisdom and discernment.
Reading Time: 4 minutes

Whose report will we believe?

“It’s time to start praising!” was the first thing I heard from the Lord early Saturday morning.  Moments later I began to receive texts from several sources informing me the media had announced, “Biden has won!”

The news media reports won’t shake me. The Lord had already spoken and given me a strategy for the day. Not only for that day, but for this season.  And not just for me, for all of us.

With that instruction, we must hold steady.

God took me to 2 Chronicles 20:17-21.  It was within this Scripture His strategy for the day became evident, as He said, “It’s time to send out the singers to raise a hallelujah.”

This told me two things.  One. A battle was ahead.  Two. We will see victory if we continue to follow God.

You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.” And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord. Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high. So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying the army and

“Praise the Lord, for His mercy endures forever.”

Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.

It seems odd to most of us that God would assign those who sing and praise to the frontline of a battle.  The soldiers who had the weapons needed to gain victory were behind them, or so it seemed.  Those on the frontline that day only had one weapon – praise.  Consequently, it was the only one needed for victory.

They won the battle that day.  It was their praise that brought the victory. May it be so with us.

Praise is one of our most powerful weapons.

Psalm 8:2 says, Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.

The Amplified Bible translates it: That You might silence the enemy and make the revengeful cease.

Praise invites the presence of God into the situation.  God dwells with those who praise Him.

But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel.” (Ps 22:3)

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light . . .” (1 Pt 2:9)

We are in a spiritual battle.  There is no way around it.  We need the frontline warriors in place.  Those who live to worship and praise must be on the frontline.  Not only those, but we must all begin to praise, loudly, the God to whom all victory belongs.

Today I am reminded of a quote by Kenneth E. Hagin from many years ago. He said, “When your praise equals your prayers, you will see your answer.”  This has proven true many times in my own life.

Our praise is as important as our prayers.  It declares we believe what we have prayed.

It is time to praise God like never before, not because we have a need, but because He is God Almighty! The victory belongs to Him.

I am also reminded of a song that came out of Bethel during a time they were in a very personal battle.  It is called “Raise a Hallelujah.” I highly recommend you click the link and listen to it today!  It will encourage your heart.

Frontline warriors, take your position today and raise a hallelujah!  Watch the presence of God invade our nation as enemies bow in His holy presence.

Victory in Jesus, our Savior forever,
He sought me and He bought me with His redeeming blood,
He loved me ere I knew Him
And all my love is due Him
He plunged me (us) to victory
Beneath the cleansing flood.

We have the victory because of Yeshua our Savior.

Amen!

The Lord brought to mind one more Victory HE orchestrated: the battle of Jericho where the people walked around the wall of Jericho 7 days saying Nothing but on the 7th day, the Singers and musicians, Priests went First. They gae a mighty sound, a Shout and the walls came tumbling down..
One commentary said the walls go straight down into the ground and that author suggested Angels jumped down on that wall with that shout driving the wall straight down like a giant sledgehammer. That vision is very appealing since I always am reminded of not only the Power involved, but the Purpose and Pursuit and execution of God’s Plan..
AMEN

I have been with a ladies prayer group who meets on Tuesday afternoon . A while back that very scripture became our theme scripture. We called ourselves the praise warriors. Yes, I love that worship song…Raise an Hallelujah in the presence of our enemies….So many times in Israel’s battles his people were called to lift up that sacrifice of praise…May we even lift up that sacrifice of praise …He is worthy…Love when God confirms His word. most sincerely, Linda Dieter

God Bless you All Prophetic Intercessors, I received someting similar from the Lord The same Day Saturday 7 I will share the instructions as follow:

I was praying in my prayer room asking for the United States of America, when I put music in the background and the song that began to sound spontaneously without having chosen it, was the song by Paul Wilbour, The Song of Ezequiel. The Lord told me pay attention to the lyrics of the song, and I started listening: “Gather the Troop to Worship.” I asked the Lord, is that what you want the church to do now? And the Lord told me yes, that is the key of David (PRAISE) that you must use to obtain Victory against the enemy. And he told me, as in the time of Jehoshaphat, after the Lord mentioned David, I looked in the Bible where the key of David was, and I found this:

Revelation 3: 7 The Letter to PHILADELPIA
7- This is what you must write to the angel of the church in Philadelphia:
I am the one who is holy and true, and I have the keys that belonged to David.[a] When I open a door, no one can close it. And when I close a door, no one can open it. Listen to what I say.

THIS WAS A PROPHETIC TO ME BECAUSE PHILADELPHIA IS THE MAIN CITY OF PENNSYLVANIA STATE, AND GOD ALREDY SPOKED TO ME IN NOV. 3 THAT HE IS THAT HE WOULD GIVE THE HOUSE OF HAMAN TO MORDECHAI, THAT´S MEANING TO ME THAT THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA WILL BE THE STATE THAT WILL DEFINE THESE ELECTIONS AND THAT GOD WILL GIVE THE VOTES OF THIS STATE TO PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP.
I DID NOT KNOW WERE BIDEN WAS FROM AND I LOOK FOR IN GOOGLE , SEARCHING WERE HE BORN AND FOR MY SURPRISE IS FROM THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.

I PRAY THAT THE CHURCH WILL RISE UP WITH THE POWERFUL WEAPON OF PRAISE AND
THE LORD GIVE US THE VICTORY OVER OUR ENEMIES

Wow! I had forgotten that Revelation actually has a letter to Philadelphia! I continue to be amazed at how relevant God’s Word is in this situation. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. Ps. 19. I pray that all liars will have to submit to the truth that God in his infinite wisdom chose President Trump to lead our nation. Praise the Lord who “has performed mighty deeds with this arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.” Luke 1:51

So many of us have been led to 2 Chronicles 20 for this time! I am amazed, and it just confirms even more that this is God’s battle! We have prayed and now is the time to praise and thank Him for His victory. That is what I have been doing for several days – thanking and praising Him. He loves truth and hates lies and deceit. He loves the prayers of His people and will act. From reading comments, we have all been learning about spiritual warfare and have been searching our own hearts for things we need to repent about. Thousands went to Washington DC in September for a day of repentance and prayer. God hears our prayers and we have a great High Priest interceding for us in Heaven. Praise the Lord!

Look at the clear path to victory in 2 Chronicles 20
We will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us – FAITH.
We do not know what to do. – HUMILITY
All the men of Judah, with their wives and children and little ones, stood there before the Lord. – WAIT ON THE LORD.
Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: – LISTENING INDICATES DEPENDENCE ON GOD.
Jehoshaphat bowed down with his face to the ground, and all the people of Judah and Jerusalem fell down in worship before the Lord – WORSHIP
As they set out – OBEDIENCE.

God is so organized and strategic. He is a Master General in charge of all of the armies of heaven and earth. Thank you, God, that you have ordained victory for us in this battle for the soul of our nation.

This may not be a subject for this post but, let’s not forget to pray for Joe Biden! He claims to be a believer. Let’s pray that almighty God would come upon him and give him a spirit of truth, and he would come before the American people soon and declare the truth, and expose all the lies of the enemy as he openly praises his God before the nation! We want to fight the enemies of God with praise, and we do well to do so, but what if Joe Biden joined us before the entire nation? What a powerful testimony for truth that would be! The Lord instructs us to pray for our enemies.

Yes Paul, we need to pray for the convicting power of the Holy Spirit to fall on Joe Biden -and all those in politics who call themselves believers; for God’s kindness to then lead to their repentance, and for them to then be washed in Jesus’s redeeming blood!!
I, too, had the thought/mini-vision of how amazing it would be for Joe Biden to go on national television, concede the election to President Trump and then confess that he had been wrong about many things and He would be re-dedicating his life to following Jesus!
Also, another good praise song about God inhabiting the praise of his people is an oldie but a goodie- “Let There Be Praise” by Sandi Patty

This made me start humming this song. 🙂

When the solid ground is falling out, from underneath my feet,
Between the black skies and my red eyes, I can barely see
And when I’m feeling like I’ve let down by my friends and my family, I can hear the rain reminding me

In the eye of the storm, You remain in control
In the middle of the war, You guard my soul
You alone are the anchor, when my sails are torn
Your love surrounds me, in the eye of the storm

When my hopes and dreams are far from me, and I’m running out of faith
I see the future I pictured slowly fade away
And when the tears of pain and heartache are pouring down my face
I find my peace in Jesus’ name

In the eye of the storm, You remain in control
In the middle of the war, You guard my soul
You alone are the anchor, when my sails are torn
Your love surrounds me, in the eye of the storm

When they let me go and I just don’t know how I’m gonna make ends meet
I did my best now I’d scared to death that we might lose everything
And when a sickness takes my child away, and there’s nothing I can do
My only hope is to trust You, I trust you Lord

In the eye of the storm, You remain in control
In the middle of the war, You guard my soul
You alone are the anchor, when my sails are torn
Your love surrounds me, in the eye of the storm

    You remain in control
In the middle of the war, You guard my soul
You alone are the anchor, when my sails are torn
Your love surrounds me, in the eye of the storm

When I praise Him, I tell Him I believe He has answered even though I haven’t seen the answer. I know He has answered because I have His Word on it and He is His Word and a “Man” of His Word. I confirm Who He is and who I am IN Him. Worry, anxiety, the urge to try to manipulate disappears because I know He is Sovereign and nothing, absolutely nothing happens but what He allows. I thank Him for His faithfulness, His generosity, His love, His wisdom, understanding, knowledge-all of Him. Thank God He is God, not a power that would not love us.

At the begining of this year I was asking the Lord what my goal(s) for this year would be. I had just come through 5+ years of health problems and uncertainty of where that would take my family. But as God opened my eyes about the spiritual battle raging in our country and abroad he impressed on my heart that this year I would learn grace & praise. Grace was something I would learn individually this year. But the corporate goal was PRAISE! He reminded me of Jehoshaphat and how the PRAISE went first. This article confirms what the Lord has been laying on my heart. Thank you Lord!
Help us to praise you more than ever!

The Lord gave me a similar word in the summer, “GOD’s people across this land! Send out the praisers – Praisers and prayer with fasting needed RIGHT NOW to confuse and rout the enemy – 2 Chronicles 20 (through the elections). From the word He gave me: “And every stroke of the appointed staff that the Lord lays on them [their enemy, Assyria] will be to the sound of tambourines and lyres. Battling with brandished arm, He will fight with them,” (Isaiah 30:32). So, as they praised and worshipped God and tapped, tapped, tapped their tambourines TO Him and FOR Him, with EACH tap, THE LORD struck the enemy and fought WITH them!!!

I posted in on my blog then as well: https://hiswarringhandmaid.com/2020/06/17/gods-people-across-this-land-send-out-the-praisers-praisers-and-prayer-with-fasting-needed-right-now-to-confuse-and-rout-the-enemy-2-chronicles-20-through-the-elections/

This is a very important spiritual principle. In the Garden of Eden, Adam said, I was naked so I hid. God said, WHO TOLD YOU you were naked?

If we listen to the world, we will become like the world. If we listen to God, we will become like him. God was teaching Adam a very important lesson. Listen to God! The same thing happened on the Mount of Transfiguration when God said, This is my Son. Listen to him!

Lord God, may your voice be the strongest voice in our lives. Your word says in Isaiah 50, He wakens me morning by morning,
wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

Thank you for your word to us. We listen, Lord. With our eyes on you, we will live in truth and praise will be the natural result. Help us keep our eyes and ears lifted UP. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Praise has always played a major role in my Christian walk. God inhabits the praises of His people. Since the November 3rd announcement the fear of the Christians was palpable and I didn’t get it. I had an overwhelming sense of joyful anticipation. God kept showing me the same scene you mention and the walls of Jericho falling down. With our inter session we Must Praise Him for the victory. We must continue to pray for our leaders and Praise God from our stand as victors. With one voice all the nations will praise Him !! Shout for joy all His people. Put on the garment of praise.
Lord Jesus open the eyes of Your children so they can see You waving the flag of victory. ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊

I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works. Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, And I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, And shall sing of Your righteousness. The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works. All Your works shall praise You, O Lord , And Your saints shall bless You. They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your power, To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, And the glorious majesty of His kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord upholds all who fall, And raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord , And all flesh shall bless His holy name Forever and ever.
