Thank God for a reassessment, and potential reversal, of Obama-era rules and regulations that aggressively advocated for transgender students and persons. We pray for Biblical approaches to these matters in government and for revival in this nation.
“When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” (Pr 29:2 ESV)
The agency communicated its decision in a letter to lawyers representing the girl, an elementary school student in Sparta, Ohio. The letter provided no reason or legal justification for withdrawing its 2016 conclusion that the girl’s school wrongly barred her from the girls’ bathroom and failed to address harassment she endured from classmates and teachers, who repeatedly addressed her with male pronouns and the male name she was given at birth.
Candice Jackson, acting head of the civil rights office, said the department closed the case because the student has filed a legal challenge against the school district, and the matter will be settled in court.
Officials withdrew the findings of discrimination, Jackson said, because those findings were based on guidance that directed schools to allow transgender students access to bathrooms matching their gender identity. The Trump administration rescinded that guidance in February. . . Others, who say students must use bathrooms according to their biological sex rather than their gender identity, have welcomed the Trump administration’s change of course on complaints involving transgender students. And some of them, too, see the decision to close the Ohio case as an important sign.
“Hopefully they’re backing off this agenda of intermingling sexes in locker rooms, bathrooms and other facilities,” said Gary McCaleb, a lawyer for Alliance Defending Freedom, which argues that allowing transgender students to use bathrooms designated for the opposite biological sex violates the privacy of other students…. I pray for Betsy on a regular basis also. I pray for the children. God made these children and is going to protect them. This nonsense has gone far enough!!! Go, Betsy!! We pray God will protect you and your family! Be BOLD! You are doing His will. God bless you.
Lord Thank You for President Trump and Betsy De Voss, for standing in the gap for the safety and protection of our students in our Nation.
God I ask that You guard them with Your Holy Spirit, and sent Your Angel’s Army to protected them everywhere the go.
Lord I ask that You intervene in this trial and all favor will be given to them concerning this bathroom issue.
God you are not the author of confusion, for You created male and female. You are the God of order and Your commandments are our delight and stability.
I pray that Teachers and Administrators Super Intendants of all School Districts in our Country will understand that they are accountable for their actions to the Almighty, and their primary concern should be first to provide a safe and nourishing environment for our students in their schools, and second to provide them with the highest standard in education. Bless these educators with godly wisdom and knowledge. Teach them lord to fear Your name. Do not aloud our little children and youngsters to be submitted to these crazy ideas of mix gender bathrooms. I ask this in Jesus name.

Dear Heavenly Father. I come to You in the Name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to ask for Your Divine wisdom in this matter within our educational system. I pray that You will speak to Your leaders and turn their hearts to Your truth in Your Word that says, “God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Thank you for Betsy DeVoss and President Trump as they seek to bring Your values back into this country and into the educational system. I pray that prayer will be restored to the public schools, Your values, righteousness and integrity, and respect for the sexes as God created them. Thank You for Your wisdom and favor for Your leaders as they make the changes that need to be made in this broken system. You are God Almighty and Your ways will not be thwarted and I can trust in that. Thank You for working through Your chosen leaders and Your children to bring about these changes. In the blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.

I come before Your Throne of Grace, to find mercy and help in time of need. I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ our LORD and our Savior. The heavens declare the Glory of God and the earth His handiwork. We Praise You LORD! Father, raise up laborers into our educational system across this land, who will do YOUR WILL in our school systems. You are Almighty God who raises up leaders/Nations and takes down leaders/Nations according to Your plans and purposes. None can withstand Your Sovereign Hand. Have mercy on us LORD, remember Your steadfast love, forgive us (believers in Jesus Christ) our apathy and help us to stand firm in Your Word by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Surround the leaders in our education system with godly council and remove any ungodly council from among them. Watch over any leaders who are seeking to do Your will, and if any wicked scheme to set traps against them, let the wicked instead get caught in their own traps. Deliver us for Your Names Sake. For those who are trying to accomplish Your will, I ask that You would give them favor and open doors that no man can shut. Grant them wisdom to be wise as a serpent, yet gentle as a dove. Father, have mercy on our children and deliver them from the lies of the evil one. Open the eyes of the blind and show them the mercy You offer in Jesus Christ. Raise up Your people in our educational system who will be salt and light and bring Glory to Your Name. AMEN (let it be so)
I am so thankful and grateful that Betsy DeMoss is now our Secretary of Education! What a blessing she is. I know she is under a lot of fire … I pray for her OFTEN!
