DOJ Charges Pro-Life Center Vandals Under FACE Act
Your prayers are being answered.
After the Dobbs decision, IFA published numerous articles and hosted prayer webcasts about the surge of violence against pro-life pregnancy centers. We prayed for perpetrators to be found and for justice. We have also prayed against the weaponization of justice and bias in prosecuting cases.
Recently, IFA reported about the pro-life activists who were imprisoned for blocking abortion clinics under the FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances).
The DOJ charged 3 people under this same law for attacking pro-life pregnancy centers in Florida. They have pled guilty and now await sentencing.
Ministry Watch reported, “In the summer of 2022, Caleb Freestone, Amber Smith-Stewart, and Annarella Rivera engaged in a series of targeted attacks on pro-life pregnancy help centers in Florida.” They have now pled guilty and could each face up to 10 years in prison. Their threatening messages were particularly chilling since the Dobbs decision stirred up so much anger and hostility: “We’re coming for U!” and “Your time is up!”
According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Justice, “The Justice Department is committed to holding accountable those who seek to interfere with access to reproductive health services in our country, without regard to the point of view of the defendants or their victims” (emphasis added). The statement also quoted U.S. Attorney Roger Handberg for the Middle District of Florida, “Federal law protects providers who render reproductive health care and those who seek their services. Neither should be subject to unlawful intimidation or threats of harm. We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners in protecting access to reproductive health care and federally prosecuting those interfering with that right.”
We are praying for appropriate sentences in this case and we continue to pray for mercy for the pro-life activists who were received lengthy sentences. We also pray fervently for a reformation in the hearts and minds of Americans toward the value of life and, of course, toward salvation in Christ.

Thank God for the pregnancy centers! They save babies lives and promote healthier living for the mothers.
IT IS CALLED “ABORTION”. WHY AREN’T THEY CALLING IT WHAT IT REALLY IS???
Praise your name, Father in heaven. Turn the hearts of these people to you. Give them repentance and an understanding of defending life rather than killing babies. Change their hearts. May they spend their days in prison praying and being filled by you.
LORD GOD PLEASE QUELL MY OWN ANGER ON ALL THESE ISSUES.STOP THE HATERED OF THE UNBORN, PROTECT THEM AND PROVIDE LOVING NURTUTING PEOPLE FOR ALL THESE WONDERFUL CHILDREN.
I ASK IN JESUS’ NAME.
AMEN
I feel your prayer Richard. I am one who prays every day for children: unborn and born, loved and unloved, adored and abused. Justice is who God Almighty IS and I know it is coming…..
Judgement and Redemption Isaiah 59
Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far off. For truth has stumbled in the public square and honesty cannot enter.
15 Truth is missing and whoever turns from evil is plundered. The Lord saw that there was no justice and He was offended
16 He saw that there was no man—He was amazed that there was no one interceding; so His own arm brought salvation and His own righteousness supported Him
17 He put on righteousness like a breastplate and a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on garments of vengeance for clothing and He wrapped Himself in zeal as in a cloak.
18 So He will repay according to their deeds:
