This is another grab at power and control over us, the individual – another way to restrict our freedom of movement and travel, another way to track our movements and our travels – why would we cede our sovereignty to the WHO? makes no sense. We have six million plus illegal aliens who have entered our country illegally by crossing our southern border with Mexico – they don’t have passports, let alone digital covid passports or certificates. They are not tested for covid, nor were they during the pandemic, they are not required to get the covid shot in order to enter our country – why would we require this shot of anyone? But if we do, let’s start with those illegally entering our country and with the elites of the WHO who are requiring this shot for others. We now know it provides no protection from the virus, but causes multiple harms to every age group, as we are seeing with increased death numbers and especially increased cardiovascular events and deaths. Ironically, this kind of vaccine passport is the opposite of HIPPA, which is to say, our medical information used to be private between doctor and patient. It wasn’t given out to third parties without our/the patient’s written consent. Government has no business in our healthcare in a free society. We need less government and more private enterprise in every sector, business, energy, healthcare, education etc. However, if they can fill us with fear and render us panicked, paralyzed and powerless – government can step in and take over and we let them because we believe their lies that they are “keeping us safe and saving us” because we can’t figure out how to navigate life’s problems on our own. (the pandemic showed us what happens when we let government take over – the lockdowns caused more harm than the virus and the shot is also more deadly than the virus) We can’t solve our own problems without government, is a flat out lie of the devil. The pilgrims, pioneers and patriots that came before us faced many hardships but survived due to the freedom to innovate and create and find their own solutions and of course due to the first freedom which brought them here in the first place, the freedom to worship God freely. This is the freedom from which all freedoms flow, the freedom we have in Christ as His beloved children. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” (Gal. 5:1) These vaccine passports can be used to require all kinds of shots in the future, not just covid. Healthcare is not “one size fits all” – one of my children is deathly allergic to penicillin, (found out at a very early age so this medicine was not used to treat her numerous childhood ear infections) good thing the government didn’t mandate that penicillin was the only treatment allowed for infections and childhood illnesses. Heavenly Father, please protect us from the evil intentions of those in positions of power. Make us wise as serpents, harmless as doves – help us to stand for what is right and true – we rely on the TRUTH of Your Word to guide us and to sustain us in this spiritual battle that we are in every day.
