Even “experts” are baffled by the behavior of Kim Jong-Un. As intercessors, we can ask God to give them the understanding and wisdom they need to create effective policies in dealing with North Korea.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Pr 3:5-6)
“What does Kim Jong-un want?
That remains far harder to answer than the technical questions about Mr. Kim’s bombs and the reach of his missiles that have preoccupied American, Japanese and South Korean intelligence officials for years.
After North Korea’s underground test on Sunday, more is now known about the power of his nuclear arsenal, even if mystery remains about the veracity of the North’s claim that it detonated a hydrogen bomb.
Yet six years after Mr. Kim took power and began executing those who challenged his rule — sometimes with an antiaircraft gun — there is no issue that confounds analysts more than the motives of a 33-year-old dictator whose every move seems one part canny strategy, one part self-preservation, and one part nuclear narcissism. . . .
But inside the Trump administration, many have begun to question the long-held assumption that his nuclear buildup is essentially defensive, an effort to keep the United States and its allies from finding the right moment to try to overthrow him.
Mr. Kim’s real goal may be blackmail, they argue — the sort that would be possible as soon as North Korea can put Los Angeles or Chicago or New York at risk.
It may be splitting the United States away from two allies — Japan and South Korea — who wonder whether the United States would really protect them, and half-expect Mr. Trump to make good on his campaign threat that he might pull American troops from the Pacific.
Or it may be about making Mr. Kim a power broker, a man Mr. Trump and Xi Jinping — leaders of the two superpowers Mr. Kim is fixated on — must treat as an equal.
Maybe it is about all three. . . .
Critics of past negotiations with North Korea say it will never be satisfied. ‘It’s just this endless slippery slope of demands,’ said Bruce Klingner, a Korean and Japanese specialist at the Heritage Foundation in Washington.
‘There is a certain universality of wanting to be recognized and respected,’ said Cameron Munter, former United States ambassador to Pakistan and now president of the EastWest Institute. ‘And because Americans take this for granted, they don’t see just how deeply motivating that search for respect can be.’

I pray for the believers in both South and North Korea, that you Lord would be their standard of Hope. I pray that there would be a change of leadership in NK, and i pray that you would put a guard at our Presidents mouth, so that he speaks to Kim only what you would have him speak. I thank you that our President is a strong leader, and that he is asking for spiritual advice. Lead him in your ways, be his peace in all the back lash he is dealing with on every side. I continue to pray for a revived military where no mole is allowed to hide. We rest in You Lord, you are the only refuge. Have mercy on us again, we pray, Amen.

Dearest Lord Jesus, you have said to pray for our enemies. We now pray, for the leader of North Korea, Kim Jun Un, that you release the hold the evil spirits of Leviathan, Jezebel, and Lucifer have on this man. Remove the scales from his eyes, and let him see your glory Lord. Come to him in visions and dreams, as you have done so for kings, princes and prophets. Open his eyes to the error of his ways, and make your light of wisdom and discernment to shine upon him and open his repentance for his wicked ways.
You are our redeemer, Lord and Savior. Please do not despise our petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer us. In Jesus’s name we pray.

You have asked from us to pray for our enemies. This morning I bring before your throne Kim Jon-Un and I pray for his salvation. Nothing is impossible for you! I pray that he may be delivered from satan’s influence. Restore, renew, transform his mind Lord Jesus, that he may come to his senses. With just one word you Lord Jesus can heal his soul.
Reveal yourself to Kim Jon-Un as you are doing it with visions and dreams. I pray that Kim may come to know you Lord Almoghty. Bring Kim Jon-Un to life Lord. Awake his soul. In your Holy name Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
Father, You and You alone are omniscient. You are omnipotent and we know that You can change the minds of kings as You did with Pharoah of Egypt when he released Israel from bondage. We ask that you would work in the North Korean situation to bring good into the lives of the North Korean people and good into the lives of those who love and worship you. Give the leaders of the United States wisdom in dealing this Mr. Kim and the issues surrounding North Korea. In Jesus name, Amen
it is easy to discern what Kim Un is thinking. He trying to fend off a termination, that the Clintons and Bushes famous for. He doesn’t want to suffer the same fate as Muammar Gaddafi & Saddam Hussein, and at the same time he needs food and to dominate, dictators have a need to rule, so he is Showing how tough he is to scare off rivals.
If the fascists that terminated Gaddafi & Saddam were brought to justice that would go a long way in making him feel safe.
Pray evil people in the USA responsible for American Imperialism are brought to justice, even for war crimes, and are responsible for murder, treason, insurrection, and sedition are brought to justice.
Pray for Truth, Justice and Righteousness to prevail over America.
What we can understand is that evil men are directed by the enemy of God, satan and his demons. How to deal with them can only come as our leaders ask for the wisdom and knowledge of God so that His purposes at this time in history can be realized. May intercessors pray that our leaders and our God indeed have a meeting of the minds through His Spirit. In the name of Jesus may this be so.
Father we cry out for Help! More Lord! YOU are our Ever Present Help In the time of trouble!! You said if we, in our mess would call out to You that you would forgive us and direct our steps! That’s what we need Now more than anything! Lord we acknowledge You right NOW and we Receive Your outpouring of Help in Jesus name!! There Is a River Whose streams make glad the City of God!! God Is in our midst He will NOT let the Righteous be moved!! Lord thank you for the fervent prayer of the Righteous avails Much!! We’re looking to You and listening Lord!! What is it that You’d command Your Servants? Now? Thank you for unity in higher things of Your Spirit and the agreement for Your Kingdom to come now on this Earth Just as it is in Heaven!! For our President and his cabinet Lord, divine strategy and reveal those hidden treasures in secret places!! For Your people sake and for the world to be saved! For Your Glory to be Revealed!! Amen!! We stand together contending together with one heart and mind, Not terrified by our adversaries, that is a proof to them of their impending doom and a proof to us of our salvation and that from You!! President Trump said that Bush, Clinton, and Obama have paid “Black Mail Funds” to keep KIM from doing this. Donald Trump won’t give our money to this guy.
May the nations around North Korea give Kim enough reasons to stop acting up. It shouldn’t be America always handling everything. China has a big part to play. May they decide that the nations around them need protected and they need to use their influence to put Kim in his place.
