Father God I give thanks to Mayor Bill Wells as he stands against corruption in CA. The question was asked? “What do you think is behind the California policies that promote homelessness?” My mind went straight to the book of Exodus. Ex.: 1:9 says from the new king- “”Look,” he said to his people, “the Israelites have become far too numerous for us. 10 Come, we must deal shrewdly with them or they will become even more numerous and, if war breaks out, will join our enemies, fight against us and leave the country.” Sounds familiar doesn’t it? Pharaoh was afraid that the Israelites were too numerous and feared they would threaten his kingdom. So he made them slaves and oppressed them to kill their spirits. Sounds familiar! This is what has happened in CA., and other states and nations. This administration and some of the other Administration’s has done the same. The homeless will either die, or become slaves to be used, just a whole like Illegals that are coming across. V. 11 says all slaves were watched closely by brutal slave masters. Sounds like what this administration’s trying to do with the (3) Lettered Administration like FBI etc. Getting rid of the numbers in America has become a high priority either more homeless to die, killing babies, vaccinations that has harmed the men in many different ways. Many more people must get on board to fight this corrupt administration that extends back many more years. These blue states that have Government Democratically control have allowed satan to control them, is bringing about great destruction. V. 17, 18. The midwives did not do what the evil King ordered his question to the midwives “ why have you let the baby boys live?” My answer to that is no more reproductions without men! This is so correlated with what is happening today in America. It took courage for the midwives to go against the government. God does not expect us to go against something that is a terrible sin. It must have taken God given Faith and courage to take this stand. Where is our Faith? God does not always jump in and remove the Evilness, controlled people that have control, and are destroying children, homes, families, states, in America. Remember God has His own agenda and time. He has a well scripted time schedule. There is HOPE for the homeless, babies, men, women and children. Ex. 6: 6:8 Gods promises- “Therefore, say to the Israelites: ( America) I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians ( socialism) I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. 7 I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.( this Administration) 8 And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.’” Gods promises in these verses were fulfilled, just as The Prophets are saying today these same words to us!! Have Faith, get in Gods words, claim the Authority He gave us. When God redeems us from the sin that is being pushed on us, This book of Exodus has opened my eyes, my heart, my prayers, as I read and study them Exodus is a “parallel” to what is happening today. Until we accept Gods thoughts and His ways, His promises, we can never begin to imagine the great things He has planned for us! My heart goes out to Bill Wells as he stands and puts on Gods armor Gods- His words. I pray he understands this is a principality war on Freedom and uses The name of Jesus Blood, as he declares His stance to fight the tyrannical darkness, so there will be Gods light shining on Him. I also declare this fake Administration will fail at all endeavors, they try to destroy us with. In Jesus name and His will America shall be saved. 🧎♀️✝️🇺🇸

Jesus please protect this holy man who speaks for those who have been silenced in our society due to their circumstances. Please allow justice to prevail and help to arrive that truly benefits homeless rather than spends money with no real promise of improvement. Sadly our bureaucracy promotes keeping people in hopeless situations. Please bring wisdom and truth to this town and their residents to improve the lives of all.
If people are treated as trash by society and are not given attention to their specific dilemma, they will not be able to improve their current situations. Time, patience and lots of money to be given steps to improve their lifestyle are needed but not guaranteed.
It is CLEARLY that CA promotes sinfulness and criminal behavior and laziness and NO consequences for life destroying and evil promoting “laws.” CA does everything to destroy human life; destroy businesses; destroy what God calls good and commands us to do. CA is THE most anti-GOD, anti-lawFULness; anti-righteousness state. Giving vouchers for people to stay in hotels- terrible!!!!!!!! Who pays for the vouchers – the tax payers who are often working two or three jobs, (and or their wives are working full time jobs), just pay rent and food and prayerfully health care. These issues should not even exist, were it not for many irresponsible decisions by poor thinking political hacks who are continuing to deny reality. Thank goodness for good Mayors like Bill Wells, who is attempting to protect his community as best he can, despite the resistance from those who enabled the problem to begin with. Let’s get our border protected; let’s try to rehabilitate those who are candidates; and let’s move the criminals where they belong = incarcerated. Our Founding Fathers would be mortified to see the state of affairs in a sate that NEVER allowed slavery, even though of late there is another irrational proposal on the table to pay unavailable monies (yours and mine) to every single black person in reparation. Our homeless in the US have been the forgotten people of the US, once hard working Americans who due to life’s experience fell off the cliff. We need to bring our federal, state, local, private agencies, orgs together with the available resources in the US, a path of reentry.
One of the major sins in the O.T. was pride and lack of concern for the poor and outcasts. So it is in many of our states–Very sad!
God brought justice to the O.T. folks and judgment will come in His timing.

We have the same situation here in Vista, the Mayor John Franklin is taking a brutal attack from the liberal woke city counsel. It has become totally obvious the intent to dismantle conservative values and views in our embattled city.
Very poor laws that have not been enforced
I ask the Lord God Almighty to enhance his message and actions with the help of 10,000 warrior angels guided by the Holy Spirit and that his most wonderful example and message are seen and heard far beyond what is confined by earthly limitations.
Let his beacon of righteousness inspire others facing a similar reality to take a stand, as he has, against the evils of the progressive far left radicals who have infested our nations’ political and educational institutions with false narratives and destructive intent.
I pray he is kept protected and safe by the Holy Spirit and that God Almighty inspires Mayor Bill Wells to reach out to other Mayors in his same environment. I pray for an aura of acceptance to subconsciously enter those he addresses and interacts with while doing his duty which enables them to go boldly ahead with similar corrective action.

Promoting homelessness is another way to control people. If people are without food and shelter, two of the most important security factors in our lives, they can be manipulated to do whatever the authorities want.
Lord help us to see that this homeless state is a condition foisted on citizens by a government whose only care is power and control.
Ultimately mental illness and sexual perversions are a spiritual issue. It’s the demons and principalities behind these issues and in the state leadership that need to be bound, booted out and Father Love poured in to fill the just vacated space so the demons can’t come back. Then leaders minds will be cleared and better able to see the lies for what they are and grab onto The Truth.
Father God, we bind the demonic forces in San Diego and surrounding areas that have been the root cause of this evil.
Fill them with Your Father Love and clean the “cobwebs” of lies out of them.

He will receive NO HELP from the current administration on this issue, so must plod through the distress kevek until a New Administration comes in and Cuts the Head off of the Snake that is supporting this. Even then, it could take some time just to ‘clean up’ this once amazing and wonderful area of California. Most who are homeless are looking for one of those government handouts and like their “independence ” on the streets. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve lost their freedom to choose as it infringes on those who do what’s right.

Make them understand that no drug, no sex, no money or anything else the world can offer can fill the gaping hole in their hearts. I pray that with even one small act of obedience or reverence to You, that You would bless them a thousand times over and heal them from mental illness, criminality or whatever else afflicts them and that they would make restitution for any misdeeds. I pray that they would come love one another and consider others more important than themselves and share Your love for them with others so that they too can be delivered from the insanity of this world.
Father, I pray for God fearing, loving, caring, responsible husbands to show up in this dark world. I pray that, through the peace and security of this God-fearing husband, that the fear of getting pregnant and the thought of getting an abortion would never even cross their minds but that it would be the joy-filled event that it was meant to be. I pray that these God-fearing husbands would love their children and diligently teach them Your good, right and just ways as found in Your Bible (Genesis to Revelation) that they too may become God-fearing husbands and wives one day and raise up their own children who love You and love one another and delight in Your Instructions! May they bring Your love and Your light to all the people lost in hate, lost in drugs, lost in hopelessness and despair, lost in perversion, or atheism.

I have lived in Cal. all my life and have watched bad policies creep in and destroy a once beautiful state. We have a partially built bullet train to nowhere that has zero chance of being completed. Its like a third world country in places. I see deception is strong here. Has God gjven these people over to a depraved mind? These same people continue to vote into office politicians that make laws to further the chaos and yet those with productive ideas are seen as the enemy. Father, I pray to you to remove the deception and open the ears and eyes of the people of California to discern right from wrong and evil from good. Use circumstances as a teacher of truth. Show us believers who live here how to reach these people and communicate effectively with them. Help us to mature and not judge but show compassion to the ones that truly deserve help. May we be seen as a light of truth to those who are able to comprehend.

What the government is doing to the city and the hotels is not only unconstitutional but it’s unlawful. They have no right to force these programs on the city and hotel business since the lawless Leftist radicals and the Biden regime are the ones with open border policies. Their intent is to clearly destroy the USA! If we have no borders, then we have no Republic!
As the Mayor said they must deal with the drugs,prostution,rape,mental illness etc. Otherwise without a mental healing and mind set they are just providing housing for thise who don’t care and will trash it. They need Jesus and a heart conversion.
Father, Lord of Creation! We come to You, humbly and in the Mighty Name of Yeshua HaMashiach, and ask for Your Holy Spirit to be poured out upon Mayor Wells in a continual overflow of creativity. Fill him and those with whom he works with creative ideas to tackle the challenges in El Cajon. We ask for You to raise up Your body of believers in El Cajon to join in the fight for Your city.
More than anything we ask for a mighty move of Your Spirit upon the residents and squatters in the city. Your Word says no one comes to the Father unless the Spirit draws them. So we ask, Holy Spirit, draw them! Draw them into complete conversions! Make no room for the spirits of slothfulness, overwhelm, laziness, depression, lawlessness, sexual sins! Bring a Spirit of conviction and transform lives so all will become a light in the darkness of California!
We pray El Cajon will truly become a sanctuary city, a place filled with Your peace, Your Shalom, a place of healing and transformation! You are Yahweh Rapha! Sar Shalom! Yahweh Jireh! You provide for and take care of what is Yours!

I pray a modified version of Deuteronomy 4:5-8 would come true in El Cajon,
“5Behold, I have taught you statutes and ordinances just as YHVH my God has commanded me, so that you may follow them in the land that you are about to enter and possess. 6Observe them carefully, for this will show your WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING in the sight of the peoples, who will hear of all these statutes and say, “SURELY El Cajon, California IS A WISE AND UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE.”
7For what city is great enough to have a god as near to them as YHVH our God is to us whenever we call on Him? 8And what city is great enough to have RIGHTEOUS STATUTES AND ORDINANCES like this entire Torah I set before you today?”
and that the nations will see El Cajon and praise them as in Isaiah 61…
“8For I, YHVH, love justice;
I hate robbery and iniquity;
in My faithfulness I will give them their recompense
and make an everlasting covenant with them.
9Their descendants will be KNOWN AMONG THE NATIONS,
AND THEIR OFFSPRING AMONG THE PEOPLES.

This is a plan to destroy cities and infrastructure. The state and federal governments aren’t interested in solving the problem because as the Mayor said they’re unwilling to deal with root cause. Essentially the very people these “programs” are supposed to help are actually being damaged further which is causing not only harm to them but harm to the broader community.
May God continue to give this Mayor strength, wisdom and godly solutions. And may business leaders and others in the community join forces with him to implement these solutions to this ongoing problem.

Thank God for his healing of our state of CA and the especially Mayor Wells who is trying to clean up El Cajon and Imperial County. Surround Mayor Wells with your Angels and give him wisdom and guidance in everything he has to deal with. God bless you and your husband. I am a native San Diegan, live in EC, am an active member of SMCC , veteran, wife, mom of 4 adult children and prayer warrior. I will never forget what Mayor Wells did when we had a near race riot in EC when a impaired man got himself shot by a police officer: He asked us to come out and pray. It was awesome! Many pastors, citizens of all colors showed up and prayed. Although it was not completely peaceful on Mollison Ave., Jesse Jackson and others like him were unable to bus tons of outsiders in to fully disrupt our city. I am grieved for what has happened to my beautiful hometown over the decades. Many have fled. I am grateful for those like Mayor Wells who are staying and standing for what is good, right, godly and proclaiming the truth. Thank you.

Maybe Mario Murillo should hold a tent meeting in El Cajon. The only hope we have is changing the hearts of the people, God setting them free. This news is absent of God! I was expecting to hear Bill Wells say, we need a Savior, those who love God and His power to come and transform lives. He wants to send people to mental hospitals, to star prisons Father, I pray this city to emboldened to You.
