Black Lives Matter activist was part of the group that entered the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

John Earle Sullivan, who has advocated for an armed revolution on social media, was arrested in July 2020 for making a threat of violence and criminal mischief. He organized a protest with Black Lives Matter activists and members of the far-left Antifa network. According to the Deseret News, Sullivan damaged vehicles and urged people to block roadways. Video footage captured him threatening to beat a woman. . . .

“For me, it’s important from the group and the people around me to see that side of things, to see the truth,” Sullivan told KSL-TV. “I don’t care, like what side you’re on, you should just see it raw.”

Sullivan has not been charged with unlawful entry or any other charges that police say other people who entered the building face.  . . .

Sullivan said he was detained on Thursday night and questioned about what he saw during the storming of the Capitol. The Metropolitan Police Department didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Police said Thursday that 68 people had been arrested in the city, including 41 on Capitol grounds.  . . .

Sullivan recounted being near the woman who was shot dead by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

“There was a glass wall, and she, the woman, was the first person to actually try to get inside,” Sullivan told KSL. “All you see is hands come out the doorways with their guns. … You don’t see their face, nothing. And I literally yell at everybody else, ‘There’s a gun! There’s a gun! Don’t go in there!’ And a shot goes off. And she gets shot as soon as she goes through.”

The U.S. Capitol Police said Thursday that one of its officers fired the shot that killed the woman, identified as Ashli Babbitt.

The officer was placed on administrative leave pending a joint investigation conducted by the agency and the Metropolitan Police Department. . . .

I hope someone can find out how many antifa were in the riot and what part they played, and whether any of them get arrested. I know there are lots of prayers going up for all the evil to be exposed, and I am sympathetic with that, though not entirely sure it would be a good thing.

I suggest a review of the actual video showing Ashli being shot. I did not hear any warning of guns .She is in the middle with young man on each side. No warning whatsoever, just 4 shots in rapid succession. She is hit, face showing shock and unbelief, she falls. People as round attempting to render aid. Another video report with young man at her side. Saying we just wanted to be heard. He is in shock, her blood on him, realizing he narrowly escaped being killed. The BLM and Antifa people are already inside building. They broke the way in. Ashli and company standing OUTSIDE a door and police lined up inside.

Father, all Americans have a heavy heart this day. We are sadden to the point of weeping over how divided our great nation has become.
Psalm 56:1-13 NKJV
[1] Be merciful to me, O God, for man would swallow me up; Fighting all day he oppresses me. [2] My enemies would hound me all day, For there are many who fight against me, O Most High. [3] Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. [4] In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me? [5] All day they twist my words; All their thoughts are against me for evil. [6] They gather together, They hide, they mark my steps, When they lie in wait for my life. [7] Shall they escape by iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, O God! [8] You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book? [9] When I cry out to You, Then my enemies will turn back; This I know, because God is for me. [10] In God (I will praise His word), In the LORD (I will praise His word), [11] In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? [12] Vows made to You are binding upon me, O God; I will render praises to You, [13] For You have delivered my soul from death. Have You not kept my feet from falling, That I may walk before God In the light of the living?

Father give us the light of life to shine forth and stand against this evil. Lord deliver us from this dark oppression and give us the strength and faith to endure this season. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray – God bless America.
