By the end of the weekend, there will be 6,200 National Guard troops from six states and the District of Columbia deployed in the National Capitol Region, Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy said in a Thursday press conference. . . .
“The entire D.C. National Guard has been mobilized,” said McCarthy, appointed by President Donald Trump. “We have also received support from [the] states of Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York.”
The troops will be available to man static security positions around the city, including along a 7-foot-high non-scalable fence being constructed around the Capitol on Thursday. McCarthy stated that 850 troops would be on Capitol Hill by noon Thursday, freeing up local police.

“We could get as many Metropolitan Police officers out into the streets [as possible] so that in the event that if this was to recur…[MPD Chief Robert Contee III] would have as much flexibility with his police force as possible,” said McCarthy. “And we could take over the static security positions.” . . .
A source with first-hand knowledge of the situation told Military Times that at least some D.C. and Maryland Guard troops were receiving 31-day Title 32 orders, which allow the troops to enjoy full benefits such as health insurance and housing allowance. The source requested anonymity because of not being authorized to speak with media. During a Thursday evening teleconference, McCarthy confirmed that all 6,200 troops are “on a minimum of a 30-day deployment” on Title 32 orders. . . .

We have to remember, THIS IS NOTHING NEW!!! I served at FT Myer, VA, as a member of The Old Guard, the ceremonial unit of the United States Army, for over 5 years. I participated in the 89 and 93 inaugurals. Every four years, the inauguration of a POTUS was crazy with activity weeks and months before and in preparation of the Inauguration. “The National Guard supported the inauguration of President Barack Obama in 2008, which drew one of the largest audiences of any event ever held in Washington. President Donald J. Trump’s inauguration included the support of 7,800 National Guard personnel from the District of Columbia, 43 states and three territories.” Source Army.mil. Do not be reactionary to the numbers. Continue to pray and lift up the Inaugural activities and preparations!
I’m not surprised, just saddened that our educational system was so infiltrated by communism the last 50 years, that it failed in teaching history, western civilization, and government. This is our wake up call to confess our sin, repent and ask God for forgiveness and mercy. Lord God Almighty protect these troops during their employment. Protect their families during this time and following their return home.
Lord, this battle is in your hands!

Thank you our heavenly Father for all you are doing for those of us who believe you will deliver us from this evil. God, you created all of us here for your reason, not out of our fears. God your plan and timing are greater than ours. God you have left us promises that we are able to read from the Bible and also can feel it when we pray. I am filled with an overflowing of joy to know that all of us are closer together in prayer because of the great sins that are going on right at this moment. We know that the things of this earth are not important. Also, we do not serve any person or thing on earth, we serve only you. God, these times have led us back on the path of righteousness. We will not be harmed by the sins that are going on around us, but will conquer all enemies and attract many millions of people to you oh our God, because they will see that the things you will do very soon are going to be incredible. God, we look for this, we ask of this in the name of our son Jesus Christ. And we will not be shaken by the evil deeds that have been done to us. Thank you God. You are showing us your favor in every part of our lives because we have decided to love and follow only you. In the Name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
I want to clarify something I posted this morning when I said we are to love our enemies. If we recognize that our enemy is the powers and principalities of this dark world that is driving the hateful rhetoric in many people.Then we will know how to pray and love one another. As we hear from God we will flee from the devil. Draw nearer to God and He will draw nearer to us. May God have mercy on us all.

So important to hear from God as you stated. Lord, help us navigate all things by Your Word and Spirit and give us the right words at the right time as we share Your truth.
Because to love God, we are called to hate evil as in deeds, not people. And we are also called to expose evil the Word says. Our good Father doesn’t call us to overlook evil. We are called to call what is evil, evil, and good, good. Lest people NOT know they sin and perish.
To love our enemies is to tell them His truth – the gospel – which will offend and seem unloving to them because it says they need to repent and turn from their wicked ways but is the most loving thing to God because it’s His will that none perish. True hate of our enemies would be to leave them unaware of their sins and wicked ways.
Apart from Him, we can do nothing. God bless.
Father God Almighty, You are the Alpha and Omega, all KNOWING Elohim. You are the TRUTH AND THE LIGHT. Nothing surprises you. Nothing can hide from you. Reveal the wicked plots and schemes of the enemy.
Father we pray for our president. His burden is great. Cover him with the supernatural wisdom of Holy Spirit, impenetrable protection of your angel army and the courage of David to fight this evil giant. Give Pres Trump a simple Stone to take the giant down

The most difficult issue we must face as followers of The Way. Is to love our enemies. So go in the knowledge and Grace, knowing that Jesus is right beside you every step of the way.
