After a lengthy investigation started earlier this year, Biden is NOT expected to charged over his mishandling of classified documents.
From The Daily Wire. President Joe Biden is reportedly not expected to be charged in connection to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s criminal investigation into his handling of classified material.

CNN reported that sources familiar with the matter informed the network that Hur’s team is preparing a final report about the results of the investigation, which started earlier this year after classified materials were found in an office Biden used at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. …
The report is expected to be “critical of Biden and his staff for the way they handled sensitive materials” and it’s expected to go “into significant detail about what the special counsel’s office found in its investigation,” the report said. …
Former President Donald Trump was hit with federal criminal charges for his handling of classified material after he left office. His supporters have accused the Department of Justice of political bias, accusations that are likely to be amplified if Biden is not charged. …
However, just because Biden is not indicted doesn’t mean that he did not commit a crime. …

God have mercy on this country! That so many Christians would be among those who are trying to force Donald Trump as our next president on this country.
It is even worse than reported below. In questioning the staff at Mar-a-Lago, the FBI found that the maid and a plumber saw the documents laying around. In other words, anyone with a cell phone could have taken pictures.
I want to remind everyone that the reason for the Presidential Records Act was to make it clear any president or former president (and this includes vice presidents who are one heartbeat from assuming the role) do not own presidential records. They belong to the people.
I also wish to point out that it is repulsive for anyone to suggest that any president has the ‘right’ to put our military and intelligence personal lives at risk. They do not ‘own’ their lives.
I also wish to point out, that pointing to this person and that person and ‘claiming’ they had classified records is just a rabbit trail intended to distract from what another person did. In most cases those claims are either false or incorrect in the assumptions presented and are beside the point. In most cases those claims are coming from Donald Trump whose supporters have to admit has little concern for accuracy.
When the documents were discovered, Biden turned them over immediately. On the other hand, the National Archives negotiated with Donald Trump for a YEAR, he turned over some and claimed ON CAMERA that he had turned over ALL the documents, and then it turned out that he had many (not a few) documents moved just before officials arrived to take possession. He later asked a staff member to destroy the tape. Then he recorded himself sharing a top-secret military document with individuals who had no clearance. Only then did the FBI raid his residence. Since then, other witnesses have come forward and said they saw them showing documents to other people. The cases are not the same. He was willfully dishonest, a larger number of documents were involved (many hundreds of documents), there was an attempt by officials to have it handled in a low-key manner, he showed top secret documents to people who had no clearance… IFA needs to be honest. What Donald Trump did is several degrees more serious than what Mr. Biden did, and I say that, and I don’t even care for some of the things Mr. Biden has done, but I believe Christians should have integrity.
What a joy to see someone talking about ‘integrity’ rather than partisan politics on IFA. There is hope yet Christians can be people of truth and justice.
On the facts we know it seems a reasonable decision as there was no suggestion of any intent by Biden – just accidental. In Trumps case it was deliberate with a refusal to hand over. Keeping top secret material openly in a bathroom is not the actions of an honourable individual.
No surprise! But, I will not back down, nor be silent and will Trust the God of Justice and mercy to bring righteousness out of the evil being forced upon us
