Biden is working to give government bureaucrats, not just judges, the ability to grant immigrants asylum. We must pray for our border.
From The Gateway Pundit. Biden has started the first phase of a program in Texas to have government bureaucrats grant asylum, without having it adjudicated by a court. Such a program based on government employees making the decisions without a judge or prosecutor would be very vulnerable to infiltration by open-borders radicals and also to bribery. This would open the floodgates at the border even much wider than they are already, making it nearly impossible to deport these bureaucrat-designated “asylees” in the future. This new, very great threat to our national sovereignty is being implemented by edict, a rule change, not by changing the law. Texas and other states have filed a lawsuit to have it stopped….

The way things have been done up to now is that those who skip their court hearings or are rejected for asylum get an automatic deportation order from the court. Which means they could, in principle, be immediately deported at some point in the future, because they already have a deportation order from a court. Biden wants to make it so, once the millions of prospective new progressive voters are allowed in and approved by a likely politicized bureaucrat, we can never get rid of them….
If the asylum claimant passes the interview by a government employee, the claimant is given documents and can stay in the US indefinitely. If the claimant fails to pass the interview, the he/she can start a case in a court and then be released with temporary papers and just disappear into the US to eventually live illegally, just as in recent years with “catch-and-release”….

Father, you have revealed much about what is happening in our country. We thank you and pray that we would be faithful to pray and act against these plans. We pray this would not happen, that you would this administration withdraw their plan. Protect our border, Father, and put those in place who will respect our border and our Constitution. May those who hate both and want to put us under one world government would be outsted and people who love you and our nation to be our leaders.
Father, thank you for revealing the plans of the US government to destroy the US national border and the rule of immigration law. What we can see, we can pray against. I pray you grant courage to local, state and federal representatives and to citizens of this country to stand against this destruction of law and order in our country. I pray that this demonic plan would fail and that Joe Biden’s power would be dissolved and made ineffective and null. Protect our borders, Father, with your mighty hand and with your righteousness.
Precious Heavenly Father I pray for our southern border to be controlled. May immigration be done legally and fairly again. May President Trump’s plan be reinstated because it worked so well. Protect the farmers and ranchers along the border from crime. Protect us all as these illegal immigrants are being transported all over our country. Protect the border patrol from harm. My the border patrol be allowed to do their job again. May the illegals become people who vote Republican. Illegals are not coming here for another out of control oppressive government like they left. May the whole crazy plan backfire and benefit people of good values who know you God.
