I Prayed have prayed
Father, we ask that our lawmakers would not play political games. We ask that they rightly understand proposed legislature and their state constitution, and act in the best interest of their constituents. Amen.

The Texas Supreme Court Tuesday voided a district judge’s temporary restraining order that blocked the threat of arrest for Democratic lawmakers who fled the state last month. Now arrest warrants have been signed.

Prayer Point: Pray about the “hidden lawmakers” in Texas–pray that they would return to work so that the legislative session can proceed.

From Daily Wire:

Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan (R) officially signed civil arrest warrants for 52 House Democrats who refused to show up for another special legislative session…

As The Washington Post reported:

Phelan spokesman Enrique Marquez said warrants were signed for 52 Democrats who failed to return during the fifth day of the House’s second special session, leaving the chamber eight members short of a quorum…

“The 52 warrants represent all but 15 Democrats in the lower chamber,” the Texas Tribune reported. “There were at least 11 present Tuesday. There were no additional new Democrats on the floor Tuesday after four returned a day earlier — and drew the wrath of some Democratic colleagues still in Washington…”…

One of the democrats was able to get some kind of injunction and prevent his arrest. Don’t understand how you can get a judge below the Texas Supreme Court justice to go against their decision. Plus one of the democrats has wasted a whole 15 hrs by fillibustering.

Lord, I ask that our lawmakers not play political games. I pray that they would act in the best interest of the constituents and rightly understand proposed legislature and the state constitution. There Has to be consequences for people’s wrongful actions. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

Thank you, Mighty God, that You are exposing those who are in power only for themselves. We have prayed that You would remove or bring to salvation the 20 Texas legislators who are part of the LGBT caucus. Interestingly, it was these legislators that left their post. Thank You, Lord, for Your justice and truth to prevail !

Absolutely they need to return to Texas. If there are no consequences it will happen again. Why do people vote people in if they don’t have the guts to do the job the were elected to do? What a bunch of cowards!!!

This is a great and wonderful development, IF it actually happens. It would send a clear message to the game-playing Dems in this nation. Time will tell. Lord, I pray that this decision by the Texas Supreme court will carry weight, and that the guilty parties will indeed be arrested. In Jesus’ name I pray.

I absolutely believe my State Representative, Victoria Neave, should be IN Texas doing her job that We The People elected her to do!

So, I’ve called her office EVERY week to ask her to return!!! Last I heard from her office staff, she was still in DC.

Father God we ask you to impress on the heart’s of Texas lawmakers a Kingdom of Light agenda versus a Kingdom of darkness agenda. In Jesus’ mighty name I ask. Amen.

I think that if they don’t return to do their job, they should be replaced by others who would do their job. That would be better than being arrested. It should be put into law or their job description and if they do not comply replaced.I know of a ity council that if members miss meetings they would be replaced and were. Father I pray that those who do not follow what’s required of them to do their elected duties be replaced by those who would fo what’s right in Jesus name.
