Some employers are starting to tack on a $20 to $50 monthly surcharge to their unvaccinated workers, according to a health benefits consultant group.
“Employers have tried encouraging employees to get vaccinated through offering incentives like paid time off and cash, but with the Delta variant driving up infections and hospitalizations throughout the country…we have received inquiries from at least 20 employers…who are giving consideration to adding health coverage surcharges for the unvaccinated…,” Wade Symons, with…Mercer, told Forbes magazine on Aug. 8…
Several large companies, including Google, Facebook, and Walmart, as well as hospital systems and others, have mandated that their employees get vaccinated. And on Aug. 9, the Department of Defense stated that all military members will have to get the vaccine…
“The rationale for adding a surcharge to health insurance contributions for unvaccinated employees is seen as similar to that for a tobacco-use surcharge,” he wrote. “If an employee is unvaccinated and contracts a COVID-19 infection, that creates higher claims costs, which can impact the employer’s bottom line, and mean higher future contributions for other employees…”
And any vaccine-related surcharge, Symons noted, would have to be compliant with the landmark 1996 Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA, law…

I would like the Body of Christ to ask itself if the vac were good why are they forcing people to take it, threatening people to take it, bribing people to take it!?!?!? I command common sense, logic, and reason, wisdom, revelation, and understanding to come to the Body of Christ in Jesus name because we MUST be awake to the TRUTH and what GOD is doing right now and how the enemy is deceiving!! Some say taking it is just a choice that each must make but I believe God is drawing a line and who’s side will you be on? Anyone who takes these shots has permanently changed their DNA which would affect the whole future of mankind unless God supernaturally heals them and removes it (which I am praying for). This is NOT simply a choice for one but for all of humanity!! If the human genome is altered then there would be no way to stop it aside from God reversing it, remember why the flood was sent everyone! I rebuke political correctness in Jesus name and it must take it’s hands off this nation and the people of God for it inhibits the truth from being told but the TRUTH SHALL PREVAIL in the MIGHTY Name of JESUS!! AMEN!! JUSTICE IS COMING BY THE HAND OF THE LORD MOST HIGH! Wake up everyone, be on alert, no complacency, seek God not man for God NEVER fails! DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!!!
Amen! Amen! Please listen and take heed! Out of the mouths of 2 or more witnesses the WORD shall be established in JESUS Name! Many more than 2 witnesses have given scientific and medical evidence on the harmful effects of this bogus vaccine. Ask GOD folks and if HE doesn’t say YES, THE ANSWER IS NO! FATHER GOD please speak clearly to YOUR people so they have no doubt in JESUS Name. Help all of us YOUR people to obey and trust YOU Alone in the Name of JESUS! Amen!
Our rights are being taken away by those who want power over others, whether that’s government, governors, or those with any kind of authority. We are most certainly in the beginning of troubles or sorrows that Jesus told us about and it can only get worse.
Lord You know the beginning from the end and there is nothing new under the sun. This does not surprise You and I ask for mercy upon this land from those who would opress us.
We lose only what we do not stand Up against. My people perish due to a lack of knowledge…because we are double-minded we receive nothing…all in scripture. A few days ago I as driving home and He said…is living a double life…I just posted this on IFA for another prayer concern.
If we truly believe His Word would we not act upon it? My prayer is I believe but help my unbelief to act upon it! Forgive me Lord for all of my sins of commissions and ommissions (lack of action) for your word says if we know what we should do and not do it, it is sin. One day I asked the Lord what are You doing today…He said, I am going after My halfhearted. I confess being alone most of the time from real spirit filled, died to self believers, I get halfhearted (inactive) more than I want to be during this virus battle.
I am blessed even in that situation, I have IFA! And online connections to keep me keeping on..and one on one with a few real flesh and blood to share Jesus with. Hoping for more in the future. LOL, saints!
