After the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals canceled a hearing planned for Monday, a Texas law outlawing abortion after a fetal heartbeat can be detected, which can be as early as six weeks, will take effect.
The legislation was signed by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in May. The law will also allow members of the general public to sue doctors should they violate the law.
The Hill reports that over twenty abortion providers attempted to block the law from taking effect, filing an emergency motion to the appeals court…

Our God IS good! I praise Him for this victory over death! I thank Him for lives saved. I pray that each child saved is written in the Book of Life and that each life touched by this victory will bless His mighty name and boldly proclaim that Yeshua Messiah is LORD of all! Praise the Lord!!! We had Janet Porter, the architect of the Heartbeat Bill, on IFA’s Pray with Others Live (www.RichDrama.com/PrayWithOthersLive) on July 27.
She’s producing the sitcom What’s a Girl to Do? (www.RichDrama.com/WhatsAGirlToDo) in which I play one of the characters. Before last night’s rehearsal she told us this wonderful news, and she started weeping as she shared how a pre-born baby’s life was spared when the mother heard the infant’s heart beating.
I can’t wait to see the line of people in Heaven who got to live because of Janet’s brilliant idea and her persistence to make it happen! Praying that line becomes longer and longer as other states follow the example of Texas!!!
I thank God for this victory. Father, I pray a total victory over abortion, in every state of our nation and every nation in the world…I ask for mercy on these innocent lives and continue to trust in You alone.
Psalm 50:15 “Call to me in times of trouble. I will save you, and you will honor Me.” I call out in prayer and in honor to You Father, and ask for all the lives of the unborn to be saved.
Jeremiah 29:11. “For I know the plans I have for you, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” I pray each little life saved will live Godly lives, I pray each life is written into Your Book of Life.
Jeremiah 32:17. “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me?” You are Elohei Kohl Basar, the GOD of EVERY LIVING THING! I pray each and every life conceived now and in the future will be cherished and adored, nothing is too difficult for You.
