A Washington, D.C., district court judge issued a temporary restraining order Thursday that prevents both civilian and active-duty military plaintiffs from being terminated after they sued the Biden administration over religious exemptions to COVID-19 vaccines.
“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ordered, according to a Minute Order obtained by Fox News.
The judge also ruled that “active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.”
The court further ordered the defendants in the Biden administration to file a supplemental notice by noon on Friday that indicates whether they will agree that no plaintiff will be disciplined or terminated pending the court’s ruling.
Twenty plaintiffs sued President Biden and members of his administration in their official capacity over the president’s Sept. 9 executive order mandating vaccines for federal employees, according to civil action filed Sunday.
“The Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours,” said the plaintiffs’ attorney Michael Yoder in a statement to Fox News.
“This combination is dangerous to American liberty,” Yoder continued. “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion. With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.” . . .
The court order came the same day that Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., announced that his state filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration over its vaccine mandate for federal contractors.

I am being forced to retire or be fired by the IRS. I am choosing to leave because I will not be vaxxed nor will I submit to ongoing testing and masking, which will happen if our religious exemptions are honored. At this time, disciplinary measures are still being activated.

I have been reading/using a book as reference for a couple of years… “The Vitamin D Solution” by Dr. Michael Holick, a pioneer in vitamin d and have found a lot of very interesting information about how much work vitamin d can do in avoiding disease/illness. Apparently, the government recommended levels have been lobbied hard to stay low by high profit interests. Appreciate all of the information related to vitamin d. Thank you!
I come into agreement with all the prayers that are being prayed against the mandate of this vaccine and I come into alignment with the word of God that says, no weapon that is form is going to prosper. I pray a covering over all the Federal workers, the frontline workers as well as essential workers, knowing father that you are a keeper and a sustainer. This is indeed praise to God that more and more states are taking into consideration the personal choices for everyone regarding the vaccine. Please keep in mind to pray for not only those stated in the article, but for employees of the DOT and DOJ as right now federal employees in those two entities still fall under Biden’s mandate as they are not civilian employees nor military. They are caught in the middle. God will protect them, of this I am sure, but we must continue to pray.

Very happy to read about some victory and success for the unvaccinated. I am praying for more victory in the courts for employees being mandated to take the vax. God is supreme and reigns on high. He knows what is happening. We will keep praying that evil mandates will have no affect, because our Savior is still on the throne. He hears our cries and will deliver us from evil.

The wording of the ruling state that the “Plaintiffs” will not be disciplined or separated from their employment while the case is being heard. This is wonderful and I praise God for it. However, there are just 20 plaintiffs. It doesn’t appear that this ruling protects all military and civilian employees. Can someone with expertise clarify this?
To buck the Biden administration seems almost impossible. I’m so happy to her the Gov. DeSantis in FL is weighing in, by having a lawsuit, to stop the vaccine mandates for federal employers.
I am very happy to hear that a court has ordered the employers of civilian and active duty military to not punish in any way, these 20 people who are asking for a religious exemption to the vaccine mandate, while their requests are pending. Very iffy, but some pushback.

This is a wonderful answer to prayer! Many do not realize that soldiers, marines, etc. cannot just quit their jobs and walk away; they are bound by a contract with the military which cannot be easily broken. Walking away equals being Absent without Official Leave, AWOL. To see our laws violated and the Nuremburg Code disregarded has been extremely disturbing. Praise God for the judge who acted according to law and gave a temporary reprieve! We need for the truth to come out, that the vaccine has not met the long-term testing usually required for new meds and vaccines. The side effects are not being reported on most of the news media. People are living in fear because they do not know that there are treatments for this virus. Something sinister is afoot. From my perspective, wouldn’t the frontline healthcare workers (Drs,Rn’s, EMT) find comfort and relief sooner if more people got vaccinated against this deadly disease and not fill up the hospitals with covid? The rule of law versus the rule of the Constitution. 33% of the the citizens are ready, willing and still able to fight. An
other 33% dictate to us we must submit will not change their rotten hearts. While the other 34% sit on the fence not to mention the millions of illegals we must also repel. If Biden says no to this court order, he is issuing the declaration of war against us. We have no other choice, we are ready to respond. We also hope for relief for the unborn, if that case doesn’t go the way it should, that will be the last straw. I don’t condone war but I am also not a coward. We only need 3% to win the 2nd battle for Independence.

I have been shocked by my housewife research over the last 18 months. It is just amazing the medical solutions out there ….. for sepsis ($40 IV vitamin c plus (Math+) protocol); for many medical issues (every cell in the body has a vitamin d receptor) higher levels of vitamin d (40-60, 60-80 even …very large percentage drops in breast colon, prostrate cancers with higher levels of vitamin d) ….just crazy the information that it is all over the place that I never knew about. My favorite source on vitamin d is Dr. Michael Holick’s book The Vitamin D Solution. also for many medical issues, therapeutic high levels of vitamin C / IV vitamin C even for some cancer, even used for vaccine toxicity issues (orthomolecular.org Library;News Releases) alot of information and I’m sure even more that I don’t know about, has been ruthlessly suppressed by sophisticated campaigns protecting high profit “science”. The information that is out there just under the surface is just wonderful … as soon as it breaks through we have great days ahead in America health wise and also budget wise. We could definitely even start to get out of debt as a government (U.S. government pays for $1 trillion a year in medical costs) with the benefits of vitamin d, high dose/IV vitamin c, and ivermectin apparently may also be a player in a wonderful new day in American medicine.
Just be careful what dosage you are taking and have occasional blood work done to see your vitamin D levels. My husband and I started taking higher levels …2000ml/day. It hasn’t effected me…but it threw my husband off balance. He can only take 1;000/day. It effected his weak kidneys when he took the larger dosage. A lot of people have kidney problems and are not aware because they don’t react to healing tge kidneys until you are at end stage 3…there are 5 stages with stage 5 requiring dialysis. So, yes, vitamin D is good and most need it…it is the dosage that needs to be monitored.
Yes! Be very careful taking supplements to avoid toxicity. Too much can be toxic! If possible, find a doctor who practices integrative medicine. I buy quality vitamins and supplements at a health food store.

Beware higher doses of Vitamin D has adverse effects. It can damage your kidneys because it can not excrete excess out. Ivermectin, if purchased in a feed store, is also very deadly when consumed by humans. It is meant for livestock or you will need to seek it out from your physician. I’m happy to say I have willingly took the vaccine back in March without any adverse side effects. I do it for my country to eradicate this disease and for my fellow Americans so that they do not get sick and die. I am the meaning of a true patriot because I care about my country. All you resistors are really hurting the better of this country, keeping covid lurking and attacking and killing more Americans every day. Wake up! Trust the science and keep politics OUT!
Even a casual search of the internet reveals significant amounts of information from many sources going back years about the systemic wide benefits to an individual of higher levels of vitamin d and the huge savings in health care costs and the numbers of deaths per year that could be avoided by a public health campaign to bring attention to the issue of vitamin d deficiency (less than 20) and insufficiency (less than 30). There is also information about the significant campaigns/lobbying of government regulatory agencies to keep the government recommended levels low which in 2019 worked. Trying to discourage public health campaigns working to bring light to this incredible health benefit with the false information about damage to kidneys and pressure on government regulatory campaigns is costing a lot of people a lot of health benefits just to protect an already $1 trillion dollar a year profit industry. ivermectin ditto. vaccines ditto. Search on ivermectin and Key West, Florida, ivermectin and Broward County, Florida, ivermectin and Japan, ivermectin and India, ivermectin and Egypt, ivermectin and Peru, ivermectin and Brazil, ivermectin and University of Utah … on and on and on. A simplistic oh it is given to horses is true but only a drop in the bucket of the information out there on ivermectin.
GOD is good. He always answers our prayers in some way. We may not always understand the path He leads us but He does protect us. I am NOT vaccinated and am quite comfortable with my decision. There is definitely an evil agenda going on and I feel this “shot” is a big part of it. Many of the people involved with the “shot” believe there are way too many people in this world and wants to depopulate it. What better way than a “shot” available to the whole world! I often wonder what and who will be here in 2 to 3 years? Farfetched? I didn’t think that we would be in our current situation two years ago. Did you? I also believe in our constitution which seems to be put by the wayside by our current leadership. My husband’s and my employer just notified us of a vaccine mandate. We won’t have all the details until next week. We are field employees who don’t go into the office. Please pray for us and others at our company for wisdom to navigate this mandate and favor in requesting exemptions.

I too am very thankful for this judge to make this ruling. We must be sure to have her name and pray for her. Also, I have not noted in other prayers that what we need as a nation the most is to repent of our sins. Not just overt, but the neglect of believers to live holy and separated lives that honor the Lord our God and give Him glory. I include myself in this because it is so easy to be caught up in the worldly ways and culture and forget that God has called us to holiness “without which no man shall see the Lord” Heb 12 Lord Jesus and Holy Ghost, bring us to repentance that we might see you work in our country to bring her back, and even better than she was before. We are not truly citizens here, this is temporary, but we know that you judge us for our works, and there is much evil in our land. I thank God for His answers to our prayers regarding peoples right to choose for themselves. This is very encouraging in light of all of the challenges faced with Covid in these last almost two years! I will continue to stand with all those who are praying and fighting every day for peoples religious freedoms in this country and even the world! Jesus help us to do what’s right! Thank you Lord!

We pray for many righteous judges to rise up and strike down these evil mandates in individual states.
Give them grace and strength to step out to do what is right in your sight, O’ God !
Give them wisdom to uphold and honor the Constitution.
Take the veil off their eyes so they can see clearly, we break the curse that has been spoken against them.
In Jesus name we destroy the work of the enemy. where they have believed lies, the spirit of God shall come in like a flood with truth!
Thank-you Abba Father for the obediance of this judge!
Bless his ruling and establish an even greater ruling where the entire United States will be free from this tyranny!!!

Its a Blessing that there is a judge that actually adheres to the rights of Americans and actually knows what the Constitution say about our rights.
