The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society released a white paper on Friday making the case that current Electoral College deadlines are arbitrary and not set in stone, contrary to what most news outlets have reported.
The white paper says that these deadlines — Dec. 8 for disputes to be resolved and Electors to be determined, and Dec. 14 for the Electoral College to meet in person and vote in their respective states — are a “direct impediment to states’ obligations to investigate disputed elections.”
According to the Amistad Project press release, the paper examines the history of Electoral College deadlines, which “are not only elements of a 72-year old federal statute with zero Constitutional basis, but are also actively preventing the states from fulfilling their constitutional — and ethical — obligation to hold free and fair elections. . . .
Phill Kline, the director of the Amistad Project, argues in this paper that the Dec. 8 “safe harbor” deadline does not apply when there have been “flagrant violations of state election laws” that have “affected the outcome of the popular vote.”
The Amistad Project has filed litigation in several of the swing states, where they argue that “more than 1.2 million potentially fraudulent ballots” were the result of illegal conduct by state and local officials. . . .
According to the white paper, the only date in the election process set by the Constitution is “the assumption of office by the President on January 20.”
“Because the U.S. Constitution places ultimate authority for designating presidential Electors in the hands of state legislatures,” the paper argues, “it is the responsibility of the people’s elected representatives to judge the relevant facts and appoint an appropriate slate of Electors, subject only to the sole deadline set forth in the U.S. Constitution — 12:00 noon on January 20, 2021.”

I deeply believe the elector deadline should be moved. It would be an injustice to the American people and to our electoral democracy.
Last week, I could watch the election hearings on RightSide Broadcasting Network on YouTube. Today, YT announced a new rule that anything about election fraud (even public hearings in a state senate) can’t be shown. Keep praying, saints. Turbulent waters ahead.
We trust you Lord. We know that you DO care if we drown. You are our Savior and rest in the shadow of your wings. Amen.

I want to support the Amistad Project but I can’t reach them. No one answers the phone and their (Thomas More Society) voicemail box is full. Can anyone help here?
Lord may your mighty hand of justice and truth have it’s way in our election. We ask for your unmerited but needed favor on the Amisted Project white paper. May the truth of what they shared reach far and wide and especially into the courtrooms across our land as well as all state legislatures. In your name we pray amen.

We acknowledge Your wisdom and Your way of escape. Come Lord lead us through the turbulent waters to the other side, to a Trump victory. Move the hearts of our government leaders to follow Your lead. If they refuse, then set them aside, strip them of their power, and make them like lions without teeth.
Lord, how we praise You for the wonderful courage and powerful insight that You have given to the Amistad Project and the Thomas More Society! Thank You for arming us with this truth, and please continue to protect us as we share this information with others, especially those who insist that the election has already been “called” for the next “president-elect”! Please give us patience and fill us afresh with Your Spirit so that we can focus all of our attention on Your agenda for this nation and for President Trump. Thank You in the Matchless Name of Jesus!

Lord Jesus,we come to you in time of need. Through you all things are taken to the Father. This “white paper” gives vital information on the history and understanding of the electoral process and meanings. There is so much doubt and fraudulent aspects of this 2020 election we need to extend the time for the electoral to vote, honestly, and with integrity. They should not to vote to end all controversy, or grow weary at the task at hand. But, vote because the outcome is for this nations future, to believe that for generations people have upheld and protected this nations freedom and liberty. That we believe we stand on a firm foundation created by God. For honesty and truth.
