The White House announced that seven major companies have agreed to commitments to manage the risks posed by AI. This may be part of how God is answering our prayers about AI. We have prayed that God would restrain AI and this is a first step at restraint, albeit a limited one.
Excerpt from The Hill. The Biden administration has secured voluntary commitments geared at managing the risks posed by artificial intelligence from seven top companies, the White House announced.
Amazon, Anthropic, Google, Inflection, Facebook parent company Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI have made the voluntary commitments, which include a pledge to develop mechanisms of watermarking to help users determine when audio and visual content is AI-generated, according to a White House official. . . .
The companies also committed to internal and external testing of their AI systems’ capability and safety before releasing them to the public, and to sharing results of those tests as well as information on managing AI risks across the industry.
Additionally, they’ve pledged to invest in safeguarding their models against a myriad of threats, to facilitate third-party discovery and reporting of their systems’ vulnerabilities and to publicly report their the systems’ capabilities and limitations, including security and societal risks.
Some of the companies have already been pursuing a few of the goals on their own, but the official described the new commitments as “pushing the envelope” on safety and security in the AI landscape.
. . . The move comes as part of the Biden administration’s effort to “seize the tremendous promise” of AI while also protecting Americans’ rights and safety against risks posed by the uncharted technology, according to a White House release.
“Americans are seeing how advanced artificial intelligence and the pace of innovation have the power to disrupt jobs and industries. These commitments are a promising step, but we have a lot more do together,” Biden said in remarks on Friday.

Lord God we need your wisdom 🙏! Artificial intelligence is nothing but evil and wickedness where young people can never think and operate as individuals. Robotic activity is sadistic!!
Lord God, I trust You. You are Truth. I do not have trust in AI nor the government, nor the so called “managers” of the system. They have manipulated content on their own platforms.

I am leery of the companies listed that they will perform for the benefit of us and this nation!
Lord, please protect us from those in these companies that would do us harm, as a people and as a nation! This is YOUR great nation founded on biblical principles. May YOUR Kingdom principles continue to be advanced even in the secret board room strategies that come forth from this group. We ask it all for the glory of YOUR NAME!

How is putting wolves into a herd of sheep safe? I question any and all the Biden administration does. They have a proven evil agenda so how can this be good?

LORD, I’m grieved by the vitriol that can be stirred by the injustice, greed, lies and deceit, etc. that plague our nation. So I ask that You would help us as Your people to reject hatred, rage, abusive language, bitter accusation, and any other attitude/action that does not reflect Your character.
Jas 1:19 Therefore, my dear brothers, let every person be quick to listen but slow to speak, slow to get angry;
Jas 1:20 for a person’s anger does not accomplish God’s righteousness!
I confess that at times I’ve been enraged, and said or done things that dishonor You – I repent.
LORD, we ask that You restrain the evil of our day. We do not trust in man to accomplish this, but we do give thanks for any and all measures taken to protect us from the possible abuses of AI – some of which we may not even be aware of yet. We also ask that You would give us individually and corporately as the body of Christ wisdom to navigate the ever-increasing dangers of the world we inhabit. Give us wise and measured responses to those things that stir righteous anger, so that we don’t dishonor You in speech or action.
Lord, we pray for true protections against AI and all it entails; facial recognition, the attempt to chip us before it’s Biblical timing, the push of electric cars that no one can afford except the very rich, brain implants, all of it Lord, we ask for your Protection!
Father in Jesus name, hold back this AI for coming forth until its appointed time. We know they are satans end time army. We know you hear the prayer of the faithful ones.
Thank you Lord that more and more Christians are seeing this as well. Thank you Abba for your protecting. Amen
HOGWASH – there will be no one to rein in or harness the intrusiveness of this. Evil Globalist of which this Sadistic Evil Government is a part of will use AI to destroy and enslave mankind. Making themselves God is the goal here.

Almighty God, you know the hearts of all of these folks. Turn their hearts toward you, no matter what they have done or said. Turn their hearts toward you so that they gain clarity on what it is that they are doing and how it is affecting your children. Give them Your wisdom, give them Your direction. Thwart the hand of the evil one.
