I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we pray for righteous and godly decisions from the Justices of the Supreme Court, in Jesus’ Name.

The 2025-2026 Supreme Court term is coming to a close. The Justices heard their last oral arguments for the term on April 29. They’re now writing their opinions and dissents. Their decisions will be released over the next few weeks until June 30.

Join others crying out to the Lord day and night.

 

Three consequential decisions are expected to be handed down which could have a significant impact on our country. IFA has brought these cases to your attention and requested prayer. Please continue in your prayers over these three cases for the Justices to decide righteously and in God’s wisdom.

Case #1: Birthright Citizenship

Perhaps no case will have the deepest impact on our country then the Justices deciding who can be an American citizen. The case is Trump v. Barbara. At issue is… children of illegal aliens and temporary visa holders born in the United States automatically be entitled to U.S. citizenship under the 14th Amendment, which states…

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

The 14th Amendment was enacted in 1868 after the Civil War to give the former slaves and their children citizenship. President Trump said it was never meant to include illegal aliens who are ‘not subject to the jurisdiction thereof’ of the United States. The president believes the amendment has been misinterpreted from the beginning.

President Trump issued an Executive Order excluding children born in the U.S. where neither parent is a U.S. citizen or holds lawful residency.

The ACLU says the president has no right to rewrite the Constitution by Executive Order, and any child born in the U.S. is entitled to birthright citizenship. The only legal exceptions are children born to foreign diplomats or children born to foreign invaders.

The Supreme Court’s decision could change the meaning of citizenship and reshape immigration forever. Did the framers mean to make the 14th Amendment a universal entitlement to all immigrants and aliens, or was it meant only for freed slaves? Could the justices be wary of correcting a misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment as being just too cumbersome and complicated to overturn and implement?

Case # 2: Boys in Girls’ Sports

Another highly anticipated decision is in the two cases, Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J which would ban biological males playing in girls sports.

Idaho and West Virginia are among 27 states that prevent biological males from competing on female sports teams. Lower courts in these states struck down the bans as unconstitutional violations of Title IX prohibiting sex-based discrimination (West Virginia), as well as the equal protection laws of the Fourteenth Amendment (Idaho). The states appealed to the Supreme Court.

The legal issue in these cases is: Are these state bans discriminating based on sex? But perhaps the larger question the Supreme Court is being asked to decide is: Are biological males claiming to be female in fact females? The Supreme Court is being asked to rule on basic biological science. Will the Court uphold biological reality in these cases?

Will the court uphold the state bans? Will they expand their decision and rule that biological males are not legally female?

Case #3: When is Election Day?

In Watson V. Republican National Committee, the Supreme Court will decide if states can count mail-in ballots after Election Day.

Federal law declares the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November as Election Day. The law also states that ballots must be received by that day. But 15 states and D.C. passed laws allowing ballots postmarked by election day but received five days after Election Day to be counted

The RNC is arguing that allowing so-called “grace periods” is unconstitutional. On election day, the ballot box must close, and every vote received, argues U.S. Solicitor General John Saur.

Michael Watson, Mississippi’s Secretary of State, argues that the federal law imposes when the ballots must be cast, but not when the state has to count them. It’s the states that determine the process of running elections in these individual states.

This case is a significant case for the integrity of our national elections and public trust in their outcomes. How many times in recent years has one candidate “won” on election night, only to lose days later as ballots continue to trickle in?

Please keep these three cases and the Justices’ decisions in your prayers.

Let’s Pray for the Justices to do God’s Will

Dear Lord, we ask that you grant holy wisdom and courage to the Justices deciding these controversial issues critical to our nation. Give them the mind of Christ, and may they do what pleases You and not man. May. May their decision glorify you, Lord God. We pray for unity in the decision of the Supreme Court Justices. We pray that, whatever the decision, the people will hear it and accept it peaceably. We pray against any anger and violence that could erupt when the Supreme Court releases these decisions. We ask for protection for the Supreme Court Justices from any harm. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we cry out as we pray that liberties enacted and sworn in by our founding fathers we ask deliverance from every stranglehold that would restrict wisdom and Gods Words concerning the issues about Birthright Citizenship from Illegals that entered America without Qualfied Documents to honor our Constitution and Amendments. The Supreme Court is preparing to rule on these cases give them truthful insight to understand that if these parents and these babies can still go back to their previous homes then apply for LEGAL entry to America. Some of these children were born in Crime ridden famlies and we do not need them, we ask for Jesus will be done. America has been tainted by the huge ctimes killings, stealing of money, breaking laws that the leftist government are not in compliance and are serving wicked laws and demands. God, you know America has allowed hundreds of foreign people to go through proper channels to get excepted in past years. God, these past (8) years has been years of fear and what has been going on. I ask God to give them the mind of christ and read and remember God’s Words and America must pray and ask God for freedom and deliverance, and we ask to bind any dark spirit of any of the Justices to try and be a dictator and tyrant , in Jesus’ Name, we say that any extreme and any excessive control shall be stopped. We loose the spirit of freedom and the body of Christ , the Bible, or the Church accordinf to the liberty of Christ. ” THE UNITES STATES has been a lighthouse of freedom, and the devil has always been on the prowl to destroy. The one negative (thing) that could happen is the Dems. want no voter ID FOR ELECTIONS is because of paying the Illegals to vote without ID because they are not Legal Citizens to vote! God, I ask You to touch hearts and minds of these Justices to stop and do not allow “Intimidation to be a Trap to hold back honesty as they vote” ( 1 THESSALONIANS 2-4 ” Just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God will examine our Hearts).”

Case 1 The ACLU is wrong again. As always they think our God given constitution applies to the entire world. Anti-American and anti-God people.
Case 2 The lower courts are ignoring God’s truth and biological truth. The truth is those judges are pushing an agenda which is satan’s evils.
Case 3 We the people have witnessed how evil will do anything to win. There needs to be more security to protect our elections from fraud. Why not make election day 24 hours and a no work day and provide time off for those who work in essential services. Also do not count any votes until every state closes their election precincts.
What a shame that there is a need to pray for God’s protection from the wackoos that might do criminal acts if they don’t get their way.
I pray that God guide the justices in His truths and protect them from evil. 🙏😇🙏

Heavenly Father, let each Supreme Court Justice take wisdom and instruction (insight) from You alone. You remind us in Proverbs 8 “All the words of My mouth are righteous; there is nothing twisted or crooked in them. ” Therefore, let the words in the opinions for each case be acceptable in Your sight, a sweet smelling aroma to You. May You author each one. Deliver us from any misuse, deviant attempt to mischaracterize or malign these decisions. Thank You that You do not forsake us as we desire to bring honor to Your Holy Name. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Trump is right. The 14th Amendment has been misinterpreted. It ONLY applies to children born to parents who are “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States. This means owing exclusive allegiance to the U.S. and none to any other country. The “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” clause was added to clarify that not all persons born in the U.S. were automatically citizens. This also excludes dual citizenship, which is unconstitutional.

Elections have consequences….as they should. Therefore, elections should be set up fairly for both sides so that there will be no people feeling disenfranchised.

All of these Supreme Court decisions are common sense decisions. 1. BIRTHRIGHT Citizenship: The 13th Amendment gave all of the slaves in America freedom. Then the 14th Amendment gave the newly freed slaves American citizenship so of course all slave children born to the new AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CITIZENS. Since illegals and visa holder NON CITIZENS ARE NOT AMERICAN CITIZENS, how can their children born here be an American citizen when the child automatically takes the citizenship of their mother? This is common sense as is boys in girls sports. 2. If biological boys are allowed in girls sports, in a very short time there WILL BE NO GIRLS SPORTS because the physically superior boys will dominate the girls and eliminate girls from girls sports. Again, common sense. 3. If ballots can be counted days and months and years after Election Day then why have an Election Day. Another common sense subject. During Covid when I received a mail ballot, I was told that it had to be RECEIVED BY ELECTION DAY SO IT COULD BE COUNTED BY AND ON ELECTION DAY. The mailed in ballots have no special privileges. Either they are received and counted on Election Day or they are invalid. During the 2020 Election there were videos taken of ballots being stuffed in mail in ballot boxes after Election Day. FATHER GOD, Let that Mind be in our Supreme Court Justices that was also in CHRIST JESUS! Please give them YOUR Wisdom and Knowledge and Common Sense to make decisions for Americans alone. It is NOT their job or responsibility to be concerned with people that are not American Citizens. Let them use common sense with both the boys invading girls sports issue as well as Election Day issue. Bless them and send laborers to them all for salvation in JESUS MIGHTY NAME. Amen.

I pray in Jesus’ Name the the Supreme Court will seek Gods Wisdom and listen to his voice and do HIS WILL THAT IS THE ONLY RIGHT THING. GOD IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE. His words are what we need to follow. If God before us who can be against us!!!

Oh, Lord, how we need our Supreme Court Justices to serve our Consstitution with godly knowledge and wisdom. This is what I ask. For those who know You, they will seek these things for their decisions. For those on the court who do not know You, they can receive that wisdom and knowledge because You can turn their necks, You can supernaturally change hearts. This is what I ask, Lord. May they all hear from You in Your unique ways of influencing people. Please use them to make wise and righteous decisions regarding these cases. For Your glory and for the good of this Constitutional Republic. Amen.
