A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that New York state cannot impose a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on healthcare workers without allowing their employers to consider religious exemption requests.
U.S. District Judge David Hurd in Albany, New York, ruled that the state’s workplace vaccination requirement conflicted with healthcare workers’ federally protected right to seek religious accommodations from their employers…
Vaccines have become highly politicized in the United States, where only 66% of Americans are vaccinated…
Seventeen healthcare workers opposed to the mandate sued, saying the requirement violated their rights under the U.S. Constitution and a federal civil rights law requiring employers to reasonably accommodate employees’ religious beliefs.
Hurd agreed, saying the state’s order “clearly” conflicted with their right to seek religious accommodations…
New York Governor Kathy Hochul…vowed in a statement to fight the decision, saying her “responsibility…is to protect the people of this state, and requiring health care workers to get vaccinated accomplishes that.”…

Thank you Lord for righting this wrong. I thank you that you and you alone save lives. You know the purpose for this vaccine and it is not good. This vaccine does not prevent the virus and can harm the body severely. Thank you for the protection that you give us. I pray in Jesus name that this mandate is blocked at every turn in every state with every worker that does not want it. I pray for the health care providers as they are being told they have to have this shot. I bind you devil in the name of Jesus. You take your hands off our health care providers, truckers and all people. Lord I praise you for helping us and hearing our prayers. Your Word is top priority in our lives. FATHER GOD thank YOU for this Judge that went by the Constitution for this ruling to protect the people’s religious constitutional rights. Just like YOU moved Cuomo out of office, please move this new evil Governor out quickly! Please inspire YOUR people to rise up against tyranny in JESUS Name! Joe Biden HATES America! He ignores the Constitution and our rights! He has broken many U. S. laws on the books. He allows every country’s crooks, gangs, child molesters and drug smugglers to cross our border into our country! None of which is tested for covid or vaccinated unless they just started doing that. The illegals are then allowed to travel where ever they want into our country. None of the illegals are under a vaccine mandate! I can only pray the prayers for the biden administration that David prayed for his enemies: Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. An individual’s underlying reason for the religious exemption or conscientious objection is not the business of others. Many reasons exist why one does not wish to receive the shot. We must stand with the objectors against tyranny. We must also pray for more judges to see (2 Kings 6:17) the deeper and root point beneath it all, and to do right. Pray my friends, pray against fear, pray for righteousness to abound, pray for fear of the Lord to flourish, and for corruption at every level throughout this nation to be crushed to dust under the feet of the One True God and those who fear Him.
Thank the LORD JESUS, HE hears our prayers. Christains are at war with demonic beings. This to include the humans that choose to follow along with Satan’s plane.
When government decides that they can take the constitutional right’s from American’s they better guess again.
Especially Religious rights that include JESUS.

the general trend ,or ,thread of thougt,that is running through this battle on our side is- and ,when i use the term,’our side’,that includes any conservative voices,even non chrisitian,as half the church in America copped out of the battle against tyranny-so that thread is to use the term vaccine,still,and thats the first problem, and ,more and more,which is as usual;,instead of continuing to completely stand against this evil in its ungodly entirety, we slowly adopt the weaponized language of their thinking, which is ,”as long as you have the (vax) you’re ok”,, which is what this article is saying indirectly. It is yet another ,..and seemingly inevitable, slow slide into the culture’s manipulation of Christian thought ,into what is convenient for them…
SO- once again, let it be stated, the vaccine, first of all, is not a vaccine. None of them are.
they are experimental gene formulas. They alter human DNA in irreversible and gruesome ungodly ways. They are deadly. They DO NOT STOP ANY VIRUS.. the victims that are being chemically assaulted get sick with any and all various strains of whatever current trend of “virus’ is now being debuted.. and, the carriers of the experimental gene formula “SHED” onto anyone in their environment- the very unhealthy and ungodly contents of said experimental gene formula onto those unfortunates in their environment, creating sickness in those persons as well,.. just as the oligarchs originally planned.

The vaccine itself is the first problem, at least in this part of the battle. It is an evil, ungodly product whose purpose is not to protect and heal, but to make money, as far as I can see.
Which just convicted me that, surely, some mutual funds that benefit me very likely contain Big Pharma stock – and I need to remove them!

Any ruling protecting our freedoms in today’s political climate is praiseworthy. Thank You for Justice Hurd, and his willingness to take a stand for religious freedom! Undoubtedly, there is going to be liberal/radical pushback. The governor of N.Y. can fight it all day long, but what is right , is right. Lord Jesus, we thank You for this judicial decision in N.Y. state. We thank you for the vision and integrity that You have given to this Justice to make this decision. Please protect him and his family, and please, by your great mercy, do not let the evil liberals overturn this decision. In Jesus’ name.
