Whether you prayed during the violent capital insurgency or not. Now we have a chance to intercede that those planning to violently wanting to March to Washington again and capitals of the US no matter who they are but we know they are the radicalized Trump supporters we need to pray that their plans are foiled! Violence is not the answer. Let’s pray for our nation now and cause peace and His presence preparing for revival as we went through a shaking in every way and we need God now! Rise up to pray His kingdom and people not to needlessly lose their lives wo knowing Jesus in this violent plotting.
Yes I believe God protected a lot of people that day as He showed me as I prayed for peace it could of been so much worse. The crazy thing is His amazing love for his children despite the crazy things we do as they as peaceful praying protesters were not allowed up those steps as barriers were there bc congress was in session and after the angry ones removed the barriers you they must of went up the steps. Advocating it’s ok to push down policemen and move where you are not suppose to be. Even though you were peaceful. Not accusing of doing biolence but was that thought of takeover in your heart we need to ask ourselves. But if they stayed below the steps praying that would of been better but it still was part of marching to takeover the capital bc of what was said and what happened.
Holy Father; You are hearing our prayers! With tears falling we rejoice in Your Holy presence..We are in birth pangs before the Revival coming to our land . Nothing can stop Your Perfect Will. Amidst tragedy and violence ,in which we grieve… there were Glimpses of Your Glory seen and experienced at the Capitol as evidenced by the testimony shared here with photos captured spontaneously. Prayer was going on.We bow down and lift up Your Holy Name. We exalt You Alone, Almighty God. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised! As I sit by my window , a fresh snow is continuing to fall This is rare for our state….But is is one of those moments You have given revealing nature’s pristine winter beauty. It arrests our thinking. Snow hides all footprints, paths and trails for the traveler. It is a poignant picture of Your Grace covering our sin when we come before You confessing and seeking Your Face.. I am there .. once again. Worship washes away the sin debris of our souls. “We overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of testimony.” You are moving our nation into true repentance and readying all of us with more love for You and for all humanity. Keep us looking unto You the Author and Finisher of our faith. You sent Jesus to rescue us because of a Love so Lavish it yearned for a people to call Your own. He is our eternal Intercessor . Prompt us day and night to be vigilant in prayer for courageous brothers and sisters standing against hatred… for the wanderers still searching for a love which will not let them go…… for the distanced and compromised believer remembering what he left behind. All who are weary, come home. We pray now for the heart of America . We know You are Sovereign. Thank You for the holy privilege of participating in this august time of prayer for our nation. You are present with us. “Perfect love casts out fear.” Hear our prayer now in Jesus’ Name.

Thank you for your perspective. I to was there on the inauguration seating side of the Capital. We easily walked up to the Capital building with no police at all present. We had no idea that people had pushed Capital police away from the area and truly even now have no idea what took place before we got there at about 2:00 pm. The thousands of people I was around were VERY peaceful and were just chanting “we the people” or “freedom” or “our house” yes there were about what looked to be 20 people trying to get in the entrance there for some reason. they were being sprayed by the police and pushed back.
Two different times I saw a person try to break a window with a bat. Both times people ADAMANTLY stopped them from doing that! In the thousands I was with, they were not as you say Chaotic. Not at all!! Like us, they went to the Capital building to let our legislature know we wanted them to hear our voices. That we were outside and we were frustrated. We… all of us, were not there to ruin or destroy or break ANYTHING!
Looking back at the time now, I am shocked they just allowed us to come right up the steps towards the building. whether this was orchestrated or not I have no idea. Again we in NO WAY thought we were going to be Chaotic and really do not feel that is the right temperament being spoken of for 99.95 percent of those that were there whether in prayer or without.

Thank you for your report, Dave. Obviously, those who caused the ruckus in D.C. were not those gathered for prayer. They obviously had a different agenda. Apart from the Presence of God, there is no hope for our nation as we know it. Holy Spirit was obviously present with the people who were praying. We cannot depend upon the media to guide us into all truth. We must trust in God’s grace and mercy. In Jesus’s name we cry out about this, and all issues regarding this bogus, stolen “election”. This coup cannot be allowed to stand!
Nothing can stand against the presence of God. Thank you for encouraging us with that powerful video. Bless that Dad& daughter for being in that moment for such stone as this. My spirit soars like the eagle as PRAYER WARRIOR/INTERCESSOR!

Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is peace. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is love. There is comfort in life’s darkest hour. There is light and life. There is help and power in the Spirit, in the Spirit of the Lord.

I am so very encouraged by the fact that God still has a holy remnant in this nation, who love Him and are praying for the U.S. All is not lost; God is still sovereign, and His Will is not thwarted. Even though we have seen ungodly people in politics winning the victory, God still has His men and women in politics who have a godly world view and are committed to the good of our country. Christians, do not despair; keep in the Word, keep praying and keep trusting in Him. He will not allow the plans of the ungodly to go unanswered.

You need to retitle this to be something like: “The praying area of the capitol was orderly and peaceful”. Something that can’t be twisted to insinuate that Christians were there as part of the chaos.

The police were stationed in the wrong place. In this video there look to be 10 officers but was needed on the other side. Did they not have radios on. To me the capital thing was orchestrated.
