I Prayed have prayed
We pray that our President would not only repent when he does wrong, but also that God’s hand would powerfully guide and direct him.
Reading Time: 5 minutes

This article by IFA President David Kubal was another of our most read and commented on articles in 2019.

I recently received the following comment:

Apparently I am a small segment, but I do not like President Trump.  His character is not representative of my Savior, Jesus Christ, at all.  I feel very frustrated with Intercessors for America’s constant one-sidedness.  If I treated those that don’t agree with me the way Trump does, I would have very little ability to keep relationships. This is not how Jesus went about when He was here . . . [Trump] is NO example to those who are not followers of Jesus, or those who are.  I feel very frustrated with all of the IFA mailings and emails.

I pray constantly for Mr. Trump to repent—this is not how we show the world who Jesus is.

Ashamed, Kathy

Download or receive by mail resources to pray for our President. Let’s pray in unity.

Kathy brings up some legitimate points which I would like to address.

At times President Trump does react and says things that I wish he did not.  No question about it.  At times his words are not Christ-like.  I will not defend him in this. He has been described as having a “New York style,” which is at times abrasive and abrupt. I wish he were stronger on certain issues like biblical marriage, where he seems to have remained neutral to the LGBT agenda. Though I have been with him a number of times, I don’t know him personally, but it is clear he is not a perfect man, and I am sure he would be the first to admit this.

With that said, let me explain why it may appear we are one-sided.  In my role, as President of IFA, I must discern God’s activity among our leaders in order to inform our intercessors how to effectively pray.  I sense God using President Trump and directing his activities.

Detecting God’s activity by Observing Our Enemy’s Activity

Sometimes we can detect God’s activity by observing our enemy’s activity. Let me use the current “impeachment inquiry” to illustrate:

1. Arbitrary distortion of processes. Established processes are being changed, which is allowing leaders to manipulate current circumstances. Recently the whistleblower complaint form was changed to allow second-hand information as the basis for a complaint. The Federalist reported on 9/27/19, “…the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings…The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president,…was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m.” You will hear much in the press that this fact is not true, but check out the document for yourself and look at the date at the bottom – August 2019. It appears that the internal changes were completed in August and formally uploaded in September.

Processes had been in place to safeguard the whistleblower complaint process from unreliable second or third-hand complaints, which are hearsay. They are changed internally, and then a second-hand complaint leads to an “impeachment inquiry”? Seriously? We are expected to believe this is not an arbitrary change in processes to manipulate circumstances.

It has come to light now that House Intelligence  Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff’s staff consulted with the whistleblower before the complaint was filed, that aid shared this info with Rep. Schiff, despite Schiff denying any contact with the whistleblower before complaint is filed.

Read about further distortions in the process concerning the House of Representative rules that Speaker Pelosi, who pursued this before seeing the call transcript, is implementing to eliminate the rights of Republicans.  Read more HERE.

We need to pray for the establishment and protection of governmental processes that are just and sure.

2. Leaked information. There seems to be a consistent, and repeated, attempt to leak secret information with an attempt to harm this Presidency.  This recent “impeachment inquiry” was the result of a leaked secret information by staffers to the whistleblower.

Former FBI Director James Comey is the earliest and most obvious example.  His leaks produced the Russia investigation which ended in no evidence that President Trump colluded or obstructed justice. Now this is happening again.

Here’s my point, nobody is leaking documents to support our President, only to damage him.  This is illegal activity with the attempt to assert illegitimate claims.

You don’t have to leak truth. Truth stands for itself.  As long as a society is just and the populous recognizes honesty, truth will eventually stand. We need to pray that truth would prevail. We can pray to the Truth, Jesus, that all will know what really happened and “[f]or the sins of their mouths, for the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride.” (Ps 59:12)

3. Known sources of evil utilized to bring legitimacy to claims.  Again, this current whistleblower complaint uses information from an organization funded by George Soros. The footnote reads, “In a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) on 22 July…” The complaint form relies on information from OCCRP five separate times. This organization is funded by Soros. Why would destructive forces attempt to bring down itself? Jesus said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand”(Mt 12:25).  The enemy is attempting to destroy God’s work through this Administration.

Additionally, the whistleblower’s complaint was turned into a top intelligence operative in the Mueller investigation. Read more HERE.

When I see clear demonic activity—arbitrary distortions of processes, illegal leaking of information, and known evil sources being utilized—my discernment tells me this activity is a demonic attack on someone being used to accomplish God’s purposes. The watchman watches for God’s activity, and also the enemy’s.

Godly Purposes Through the Trump Administration

It is important to understand that we don’t endorse individual candidates, but pray for and encourage godly values being expressed. That said, look at some of the godly purposes that are happening through the Administration’s activities and regulations:

1. President Trump is arguably the most pro-life President since abortion was legalized. He has utilized every avenue he has in order to protect life. Just this week he took more taxpayer money—$34 million—from Planned Parenthood (read the story). He has directed the Department of Health and Human Services to protect life, which they have (read the regulation). His United Nations staff have told the world that U.S. aid will not be tied to abortion services mandates.

2. President Trump has championed religious freedom globally.  He has appointed Ambassador Sam Brownback to lead the globe in fighting for religious freedoms.

3. President Trump signed an executive order making it clear that his administration champions religious freedoms. He established a Faith and Opportunity Initiative to ensure that all departments of his administration are friendly toward all faith communities, INCLUDING evangelical Christians.  For many years Christians felt as if the government was the enemy of the Church, while this current administration is attempting to engage us.  There have been more pastors (in listening sessions) in the White House than any presidency ever!

4. President Trump has transformed the judiciary by appointing over 150 conservative judges (including two Supreme Court Justices) that will affect the nation for decades to come by preserving our founders’ intent expressed through the God-inspired Constitution.

5. President Trump has increased our support of Israel and moved our embassy to Jerusalem.

Kathy, I share your sentiments about President Trump’s style, but I am convinced we need to pray for someone who has the hand of God upon them.

So thanks for writing in. Please don’t feel isolated—most of us have conflicting feelings about our President.  Take a few moments to discern the obvious onslaught of evil coming against him and the values of his administration such as life, religious freedom, protecting our inspired Constitution, and support for Israel. I believe we need to pray that our President would not only repent when he does wrong, but also that God’s hand would powerfully guide and direct him.

Scripture is crystal clear that we are to pray for those that are in authority over us (I Tim. 2:1-4). This is especially true of the President.

I believe that it is actually the church that is in the crucible of Testing right now…..more than President Trump… WE are the carriers of the LIGHT, the containers of SALT….I believe our willingness to trust God and link hearts and minds with one another instead of leaning to our own understanding.. CAN make all the difference in what happens in this country..The enemy wants us divided, for there is power in unity.

I am reminded of the analogy of a marching army treading over a bridge the enemy had erected to enable him access to those he wanted to destroy. The commander told them, that the bridge was fragile and that their unified cadence could weaken and break it down – but if they ‘broke cadence’ it would remain in tact…

We need to pray for each other that we be of ONE heart and mind, in agreement with and under the Lord’s leadership, that we not ‘break cadence’ and thus actually give aid to the enemy’s access to carrying out his plans of destruction!

Thank you so much for this article. I have been trying to explain this to many people. My opinion is that God chose him and is working with him as much as he allows God to. He has done some Godly things and some not so much. I personally think he is sustaining our religious liberty, very important to me. God uses who is chooses. Just reading the old testament shows you the types of people God used to get done what he needed done. Pray, pray, pray. The devil is trying really hard to rid us of this president. Not happening if I can help it. I pray, I worship, I go to the throne room and talk and walk with God. We have to be faith filled. God is listening. I thank you for explain what you did.

Let’s put this into perspective. What is the proof that President Trump is right where God intended for him to be? Look at the great economy that we are all enjoying. Look at the jobs that have come back to the U.S. look at how the unemployment rate has dropped to record lows, across the board. Look at the conservative judges that have been put in place, for the betterment of our nation. All of the things were done under the leadership of Donald Trump, in spite of all of the assaults and fire he has gone through, and in spite of the left fighting him hand, tooth, and nail, the whole time. These are FACTS! Now, look at the proof that President Trump committed any impeachable offense. Let’s see, uh..oh, there is none. All the facts show that he has done nothing but good for our nation, but not one fact witness has come forward to prove that he committed abuse of power, obstruction of Congress, or any other crime for that matter. Now, I have known the Lord for most of my life, and still find myself to have not attained perfection. I still falter and fail. That’s why I repent everyday. So my conclusion is this. I will pray for President Trump, every time I hit my knees. I will commit him into God’s hand, and trust Him to use our president in any way He sees fit. I don’t have time to sit around and point out all of Mr. Trumps faults. I have too many faults myself, without adding judging the man that God has placed before us to bring about his will. God bless Donald Trump, and may he shut the mouths of the lions that are seeking to devour him. A praying church needs to get on our knees and hold up President Trumps hands, as he goes through fire that that a lot of people could ever endure.

    AMEN BRAD!
Well said! Our President is exactly the man we need in our White House! He relates perfectly with the “average” American. If anyone thinks this man is not of GOD, You need to learn how to listen to the Lord! He sent many prophets to tell us he was coming! You won’t find them on CNN or any of the liberal news outlets! But you can find them here on the net.
But let me ask you, WHY didn’t you ask God? Is it because you don’t hear his voice? He tells you in all the ways that were shown here. Maybe we should doubt YOUR relationship with the Lord! Judge not, lest YOU be judged!
Thanks, Brad for answering those questions for this growing Christian, we can pray he learns how to hear the Lords voice too, GOD BLESS YOU!

Amen and amen!! Just as in Moses arms being held up, we are to do the same, by lifting him up in prayer. God help us!! How can we, especially those who are God’s own, NOT see the urgently needed “righteous” things he has done and does, as he attempts to keep his promises, against a tsunami of odds? Especially the cold-blooded slaughter of babies at their tiniest and most helpless? In case we have forgotten, God abhors (hates) the shedding of innocent blood. God help us! Oust the confusion, and shine Your Light and Truth right smack into the middle of the darkest of places. Shut the mouths of the scoffers and the mockers and all those who are fighting what is righteous. Grant us and our President strengthg as we in essence, hold his arms up, as we lift him in prayer, in Jesus name, amen.

We are to EXPOSE the dark deeds done in darkness, not attemp to hinder those who are exposing those dark deeds and those hiding in that darkness.

This comes to mind regarding speaking up for and defending the voiceless and the helpless, just as our President is attempting to do. WE need to stand WITH him, and PRAY!!!!

I’m grateful that God uses imperfect vessels and continually shows us the need for a Savior. Judgment from religious folks I believe will be dealt with more seriously by God than character faults in a new believer trying to figure out his new life in Christ. Let us all in humility remember we will be judged in the measure that we judge others.

Let’s not forget another man in the not so distant past- a man who also did not guard his mouth and a man who was absolutely necessary for the free world to remain free- Winston Churchill. Churchill was not squeaky clean and neither were his words but without him we would not have won the war. Not only is Trump fulfilling prophecy but he is doing it in the style that is necessary for other countries to actually respect our country again. God, bless Trump and open the eyes of so-called Christians who just want to be brainwashed by the media and throw stones at Trump.

Donna (Canada) Wow!
May we all have great discernment in this day that we live in! That prayer for President Donald Trump is so good, I printed it off. Who on earth would want his job? He had a Godly Mother. Find that story if you don’t know it. We can use that prayer for our families, the body of believers at large. leading the (BFC) battle The prayer is backed by scriptures and REMEMBER Psa. 103:20. May we all spend much time on our knees in this hour. No other president has taken the flack that this one has in the U.S. We hold up his arms and he is surrounded by prayer warriors, and not just on the IFA. Some of us know what is happening behind the scenes and it is not pretty! Be ready Christians, stand firm and strong. When the door of the Arc in Noah’s day closed, that was it for the unbelievers. Bride of Christ get yourselves ready! Pray for us in Canada because our P.M. is trying to take our freedom of speech away. He’s going after our Rebel News people with a vengeance. Happy New Year to the Intercessors. \0/

Remember too that God uses all kinds for leadership service.

The prophet Daniel took issue with his captors King Nebukednezzer and King Cyrus, but God used these kings to give favor to Israel.

You will recall Isreal was under captivity because they disobeyed and rejected God in the majority.

The US seems to be in a simular situation today. We stand on the brink of losing the nation our forefathers sought God to form, and we are losing younger generations to secularism, who come from Christian homes.

Trump was not elected to represent the top evangelist of the nation. He was elected to preside over federal government and represents all Americans as president…not just Christians.

Our national politics have morphed into “nuclear options”, “executive privilege”, partisan politics, and now legitimizing one-sided, no-evidence impeachments instead of holding to integrity and established process.

Half the country now calls evil good, and good evil. I never thought I’d see the day Christians would be labeled a “hate group” by half the nation.

But this is what Trump has inherited. He is literally a new Christian. Even if he was trying hard to be everything God created him to be, he is in a bad position to be able to follow through on that. Imagine it were you.

And look at all the good he has done as president facing multiple times the adversity of all other presidents, (save maybe Lincoln), trying to do that. Is it any wonder at times he slips back into his old nature?

His methods are effective. The liberal media are like a herd of cats chasing his laser pointer someone said recently. And that’s causing them to implode and expose themselves for the partisan propagandists they have been since the 1960s.

I don’t like some of the things Trump does either…all of what Mr. Kabul lists in this article, and some things he doesn’t list too. I agree he doesn’t represent Jesus well. But he’s a far sight better than all of the Democratic alternatives, and much more effective than any of the other GOP leaders we could have elected.

We are supposed to pray for the president, Aside from how he represents Jesus, he is doing good for the nation. Political opponents will try to assign him a place with Christians and attempt to misrepresent Jesus and Christianity with Trump’s highly visible profile. That doesn’t make it fact. All we can do is represent Jesus the best we can.

How? We can be love, because He first loved us, and He called us to do that. Yet if we try to do it under our own power, that isn’t a lasting work of God. So what we can do is allow God to love us, and realize He does love us, and through that relinquishing ourselves to that love, we will become His love. We will walk in His love, and become love because we know Him and become like Him.

Maybe we should hold Trump up in prayer that way?

I remember the election & re-election of President Obama. I had a lot of questions to ask God & a feeling of doom for our country. He told me that He would undo the wrongs & make them appear as if they never happened. I had to remember His words that we are to pray for our leaders. That meant whether I approve of what they do. The Word says He is the one who puts them in office. It is not my place to second guess His choices. I choose to unpoligentically support & pray for the leader God has given us. My sins are not seen by all on Twitter or in the media, thank God, but they are none the less as distasteful as the ones President Trump is criticized of. Whether our sins are done in secret or in public ALL sins can be forgiven because of our Savior Jesus Christ. Even the Jews were not happy with the character of Jesus but in spite of their harsh words He continued and fulfilled His calling and became the Savior of the world. I pray President Trump will fulfill his calling too. I pray the People will be found to be on the supporting side of what God wants to do through President Trump when we stand before the Father on that day. AMEN SO BE IT according to your will.

“He told me that He would undo the wrongs & make them appear as if they never happened.”

That’s my lifelong heart’s cry, Amanda!! I saw our nation headed in the wrong direction decades ago and the Obama years were like the shocking, final sledgehammer used to obliterate God’s plan and purposes for America. As I heard preached this Sunday, “It wasn’t supposed to happen this way”!! But God works in mysterious ways!! (Genesis 50) Who would have ever thought things would get this bad and then that Donald Trump would be used of God to start the reversal and restoration process??!!

I come into agreement with you, and with this word, that we will see this come to pass. And also that someday a (hopefully godly) conservative black president will be elected to make the Obama legacy as if it never happened, too. In Jesus’s Precious Holy Name. AMEN.

I love the Lord and have to admit Donald Trump was not my first choice for President. As time went on through prayer and circumstances God made it clear to me that he was His choice. I would be so embarrassed if all of my mistakes and shortcomings were made known to everyone in the United States of America; Donald Trump has managed to look past that for the greater good of our nation. I believe he is an ‘Esther‘ like figure for Christianity. I believe God is guiding his steps and I also believe he is a Christian (flawed like the rest of us). I know he is not a Muslim or enemy of Christianity. I pray the Lord will continue to give him favor and wisdom to fight the righteous fight for our blessed nation.

I would like to recommend that Kathy listen to Kim Clement’s prophecies concerning Donald Trump, many years before Trump’s election. God called this man his ‘David who will kill Goliath and his brothers’. If God chose this man and declared that Donald Trump is His vessel for a time like this, who dares to say that this man does not represent Jesus? What about Jesus making a whip and driving out people from the temple, and calling them thieves who defiled God’s house? Didn’t Jesus call the Pharisees who were the most highly respected social class, “serpents, generation of vipers”? President Trump didn’t get that far yet, although there are many serpents and generations of vipers who have been injecting their venom into the American society for many years, and the people, Christianity and democracy are dying because of it. How would Kathy react if she had heard Jesus say these words and if she had seen Jesus using a whip to clean God’s House?

The IFA article on the Teens and the Roaring 20’s spells out how far the darkness has invaded our land. Trump was not only foretold by the prophets (Kim Clement), but his win on election night was nothing short of a miracle. NY Times stated on the morning of the election that he had an 8% chance of winning. So God has placed this man in the highest authority in our land. God knew all Trumps weaknesses yet chose him anyway. Who are we to question God’s choice? I believe the strengths in Trumps character are needed to withstand the magnitude of the onslaught of the enemy. Is it not possible that any other choice would have folded and called it quits by now? I see him as the perfect choice to confront an incredibly corrupt government that was weaponized by the last President with his appointments in high places. We must recognize that we may have one shot at turning this country around and support our President with prayer. What is the alternative at this point? Start over with in insider who has ties to all the corruption? Get a kind hearted soft spoken politician who would turn and run to save his own skin? No. A warrior is what we needed and a warrior we got. It is up to us, the Intercessors that know Our God to support this President and fight and win the Spiritual battles. For what is won in the Spirit world precedes the overcoming of evil in the natural.
We praise the Lord for intervening on our behalf and who has chosen a fighter to stand up against the forces of darkness that have taken over our land. Continue to give him strength, discernment, a detailed plan to defeat the enemy. I pray that he learns Your ways Lord. Prompt him to see and understand how his behavior can effect out comes. Raise him up to recognize You. Fill him with your Holy Spirit.

Wow!!! What you wrote is powerful and my spirit discerned with every word written. God is rising up an army. A brave courageous glorious bride to stand up to the enemy and powers of darkness. Trump is stronger than the majority of the believers I know and it’s sad to see. God sees the hearts of men and He saw Trumps heart would be able to withstand this wicked Babylonian system. He’s fighting for our rights and yet we sit around judge his every mistake. If we could be flies on the walls of all these perfect Christian’s who don’t support the President. I’m sure we’d all be upset with not only their conduct but with the mediations of their hearts and minds. Seek God and know His thoughts and His ways for our Nation. Let God be the judge. Obey the word and pray for your leaders. Even the wicked ones thg hat seek to persecute you.

One of the most critical things that President Trump has done is also to allocate more funds and resources towards fighting human trafficking – probably more than any other President. Since America is the largest “fueler” of the sex trafficking industry worldwide, it goes without saying that God’s judgment will come upon our nation harshly given that we are not only buying and selling our own children, but our appetites for pornography and engaging in other sex trafficking related activities are causing vulnerable and less powerful nations to sell their children to feed our demand. President Trump has taken action where the church has often remained silent in its own congregations, where pornography consumption is epidemic and destroying families and young men and women. There is no doubt that the enemy wants to take out President Trump for many reasons, but his fight against sex trafficking may be chief among them. This needs to be acknowledged and prayer over as well.

The writing by Mary Colbert below has helped me a great deal. I would add that I believe Donald Trump is God’s man for this time. He is God’s warrior.

Proverbs 14:4: where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase Is by the strength of the ox. In other words if you want the strength of the bull, you have to be willing to deal w the messes it makes. Trump has made a few messes(as has everyone) and his expressions aren’t always graceful. But if the country and the Church want the strength of the bull, we cannot expect its own to be perfectly clean. Integrity and honesty matter far more than whether a person trips on his tongue. (And for those dismissing Trumps value as a leader because of his name calling [crooked Hilary, Lyin Ted etc. ] Jesus Christ himself was a name caller. He held nothing back when he addressed the Pharisees w such strong language as hypocrites, snakes and vipers. Why not call a spade a spade? That’s the nature of Donald trump. He’s a bull in a china shop. At least he says what he’s really thinking. That too is a refreshing change for a leader. ……page 66 the trump prophesies

I agree with Larry H. and David Kubal. I also agree with the prophets who were shown that God was selecting Donald Trump to be our 45th President. The magnitude of the venom that immediately came out after the election was proof that the enemy was in an uproar. God cut through all the lies, schemes and corruption to give the US a President who could withstand the constant, brutal attacks and accomplish His good for this nation and Israel. In all his time living and walking with Jesus, Peter didn’t always get it right or say the right thing. Do you think everyone readily accepted Paul after his conversion? I thank God continually for His amazing grace and mercy. An elected official should not be impeached because a lot of people don’t like them. If it wasn’t for God putting Trump in office, we would be well on the way to the New World Order. That is what this fight is all about. Who do we decide is worthy of our prayers? Rahab, a prostitute? King David, who committed adultery and murder? How about someone who was the 3rd highest ranking satanist priest in NYC, and who is now witnessing to our youth about the dangers of the occult and the salvation in Christ Jesus? Would you have prayed for him when you saw him? I wouldn’t have, but I will now because I was also lost and am a firm believer in the “,but God.”

Dr. Douglas
December 31, 2019

I appreciate the balanced, nuanced answer from David Kubal. Kubal is consistent in his argument: substance over style. Whether it is a party’s platform (substance) or a president’s policies (substance), he–and we voters–should not succumb to Satan’s subtleties of style. We’re told Satan often comes as an “angel of light”–as seen in many soft-spoken politicians and Deep State operatives engaged in criminal activity (but don’t always have a blunt presentation). With our current president’s “New York blatant style”, what we see is what we get. I had a physician like him once: the man had a terrible bedside manner but his blunt diagnosis, and prescription, was exactly what I needed.

When the disciples asked Jesus how to pray, His answer was profoundly simple, yet simply profound. i do believe God gives discernment to those who desire it and ask it of Him but i am also concerned with the way believers – knowingly or unknowingly – just might be praying “my will” be done, rather than placing faith in our heavenly Father’s will, all in the name of discernment. And i’m not sure i agree that greater discernment for how we ought to pray would result from evaluating the enemy’s tactics. Discernment, as i understand it, at least the kind believers ought to desire, is spiritual insight. That is something God alone can increase. It seems to me that continual evaluation of His will and His ways through study of His Word as well as prayer for greater discernment is time much better spent than scoping out the enemy’s ways and maneuvers. It puts one’s eyes and faith where they ought to be. On Jesus. His ways and thoughts are higher than our own but we are invited to seek Him, to know Him, to understand His ways. i don’t believe any degree of my own or anyone else’s understanding of the enemy’s practices could render better discernment for how to pray than my Maker makes available when my eyes are on Him.

So back to that answer Jesus gave His disciples. With everything in me, i believe my Father knows best concerning the matters raised in this article and everything else under and over the sun. As time progresses, i have come to trust His will implicitly and pray with conviction and fervency that it will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. When you pray that way too, we pray in agreement.

Simply profound. Profoundly simple.

Lord thank You for the good You do for this country. You still protect and provide for us. Lord please guide the president from sin and guide him towards Your purposes. You Lord have put him there. Trump is not perfect but he can and is being used by You. Lord please continue to use him to do Your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

America did not elect a Pastor or Sunday school teacher as President. We didn’t even elect him because of his “Christian character”.

We elected an imperfect man to get things done!

Yes, it would be nice if he were more refined, but that’s not his job and I have no right to hold him to my standard.

All that matters in the end is the fruit. Just like God has used COUNTLESS flawed people to perform His will (think of the heathen king Cyrus whom God clearly used in spite of his imperfections to hear Israel’s cries and advance His own plan and help them), so God has heard the cries of His people again and using imperfect Trump to advance His plan for America!

Od course, character matters a lot, but in the end, God is sovereign and isn’t limited by character or anything else.

God will use anything and anyone He wants. That’s His prerogative and I as a Christian won’t stand in His way.

Right on, we didn’t elect a savior, have one. We elected a leader and sometimes leaders use tough and bad words to deal with other men. How much of our Bible is based on words of sinful men and women, who found grace and forgiveness through our God and Savior, Jesus. Saul/Paul killed believers of Christ and we revel in his teachings. Listen to some other news occasionally like Hagman reports, Perry Stone, Christian comparison to present day and the history that Trump is trying to thwart, there are divine appointments. How this man even wants to put up with the crap of this nation when he could be enjoying a life of leisure is beyond me. But God is working because we pray.”

God has always used flawed imperfect people to accomplish His purpose. Obey the biblical mandate to pray for our President!

Is there any other kind of person/people on Earth? We are all flawed and imperfect. There was only one flawless and perfect person to ever walk this planet. So thankfully God still chooses to use each of us despite our humanness.

I agree with Kathy, and the recent CT editorials by Jim Galli, and CEO Newsome. I also agree with the impeachment. President Trump needs to be removed from office.

    Why?

Because he has violated his oath of office. Read the Articles of Impeachment.

Which were a bunch Huey! Just because they say them over and over doesn’t make them true. Joe Biden is obviously part of the corruption in Ukraine so why shouldn’t the POTUS have him investigated? He is not officially his political opponent unless, I missed the primaries. I don’t say the to be rude the whole impeachment thing is just lacking supporting evidence that a crime has been committed.

You cannot convict someone on hearsay in any court of law so why is that OK with the impeachment? Hearsay is not acceptable by God: Deuteronomy 19:15
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

I prayerfully support David’s position regarding President Trump as well as our President. People who oppose Trump and God’s plan for our nation are actually supporting Satan and need to realize that Satan and people like Soros and many Democrat leaders are very active these days in a very destructive way. We all need to wake up and understand and Trust that God has a plan and He is using President Trump for our good.

I agree with our president of IFA. Thank you David for going into detail to explain the stance of IRA concerning President Trump. I have no doubt that it was prayer of God’s people that got President Trump elected. God has him where he is for such a time as this. I too agree that I am disturbed by some of his comments at times. But then I know I am a “sinner” saved by grace. We can love the man without loving all that he does or says. I need prayer that God would make me a better example of how a Christian should talk and act. We need to pray that God’s Spirit would speak to President Trump and show him the errors of his way, but also to keep pursuing the things that God wants for our country. Larry H.
