Kennedy repeatedly insisted that he was not “anti-vaccine” and slammed multiple Democrat senators for pushing a “dishonest” narrative against him that he has “corrected” on national television many times. …
“The receipts show that Mr. Kennedy has embraced conspiracy theories, quacks, and charlatans, especially when it comes to the safety and efficacy of vaccines. He’s made it his life’s work to sow doubt and discourage parents from getting their kids life-saving vaccines,” Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, the top Democrat on the panel, charged in his opening statement.
Moments later, as Kennedy delivered his own opening comments and said, “News reports have claimed that I am anti-vaccine or anti-industry. I am neither. I am pro-safety,” a protester shouted out, “You lie.” …
In his opening statement, which Fox News exclusively obtained ahead of the hearing, Kennedy spotlighted, “I believe vaccines play a critical role in healthcare. All of my kids are vaccinated. I’ve written books about vaccines. My first book in 2014, the first line of it is ‘I am not anti-vaccine’ and last line is ‘I am not anti-vaccine.’” …
Wyden led off his questioning of Kennedy, the scion of the nation’s most storied political dynasty, by spotlighting a scathing letter from the nominee’s well-known cousin, Caroline Kennedy, which accused him of being a “predator” and urged lawmakers to reject the nomination.
The senator also pointed to past Kennedy vaccine comments in podcasts, including one from 2020 when he said he would “pay anything” to be able to go back in time and not vaccinate his kids.
“Are you lying to Congress today when you say you are pro-vaccine? Or did you lie on all those podcasts?” Wyden asked.
Pushing back in a very heated exchange, Kennedy claimed that statements he made on podcasts have “been repeatedly debunked.” …
Trump announced soon after the November election that he would nominate Kennedy to his Cabinet to run HHS.
In the two months since Trump’s announcement, it’s not just Democrats who’ve raised questions about Kennedy’s confirmation. Social conservative Republicans took issue with his past comments in support of abortion rights. …
But since endorsing Trump, Kennedy has walked back his stance on abortion. And in an exchange Wednesday with Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire, Kennedy declared, “I agree with President Trump that every abortion is a tragedy.” …
While Democrats may find common ground with Kennedy’s aim to shift the focus of the agencies he would oversee toward promotion of a healthy lifestyle – including overhauling dietary guidelines, taking aim at ultra-processed foods and getting to the root causes of chronic diseases – Kennedy lamented that they oppose him because he’s Trump’s nominee.
“Now they’re against me because anything that President Trump does, any decision he makes, has to be lampooned, derided, discredited, marginalized, vilified,” Kennedy argued.
With Republicans controlling the Senate by a 53-47 majority, Kennedy can only afford to lose the support of three GOP senators if Democrats unite against his confirmation. During Wednesday’s hearing, no Republicans appeared to oppose the nomination. …

I fully support the nomination of RFK, Jr. for HHS Secretary. Having read his book about Anthony Fauci, which was, in my opinion, one of the best documented books I have ever read, I truly believe he is the best man for the job and I fervently pray that it is God’s will for him to serve the people of America in this capacity.
Father in heaven, You alone know our hearts. You alone know the heart of RFJ Jr. You alone know the best choice to advocate for Americans as our HHS secretary. Lord, we pray that, if it be YOUR WILL, RFK Jr. is confirmed and that all opposition to his confirmation stops. Protect us, o Lord, from the corporate and governmental forces that would take away our freedoms and threaten our health. Give us a HHS secretary that will ensure that American citizens’ health will be safeguarded and promoted. In Jesus name we ask.
Lord, I pray that as you created us with free-will, that the choice for HHS secretary, -be it RFK, Jr, that healthcare choices, whether they be vaccines or any other medical intervention, be the choice of the individual, and not FORCED against our wills, by government policies. It begins with a quote from REPUBLICAN!!!! representative Joe Walsh: “Senate Republicans are such cowards. Every one of them knows that RFK Jr is a quack, a lifelong predator/abuser of people, an anti-vax conspiracist, and just a really bad person. They all know that. I hear you John, but the Bible says that (paraphrase) We all (are sinful) and fall short of the Glory of God. My family raised me as a democrat, and as I heard it once said, that since JFK’s demise, that anything good about the party fell to the wayside. If people ask you and I about RFK’s nomination, and we reply that “all democrats are evil” I believe we sound like there is no hope for anyone. God so loved the world (republican and democrat, independent, or whatever political affiliaiton), that he sent his only Son that whomever believes in Him, should not perish but have eternal life. I try to think of this more (and pray about it more) as a spiritual battle, a battle which is God’s and where He has the final say. Blessings!

I believe Kennedy is a honest , well informed man. He wants for our American Families the same safe foods etc. that all the rest of the world enjoys. This confirmation of Kennedy is, in my opinion, the most important confirmation before the Senate in these days. We all need to pray that somehow Kennedy gets confirmed.

Spewing acerbic accusations and lies is unfitting for this man and exposes a spiritual deception that seems to be influencing him. He’s anti-vax as he should be. They are pure poison. Research the origins of the vaccine program and the development of the smallpox vaccine. Dietary health is lacking in america. I would like to see RFK lead us along a path to a healthy bodies through diet and less processed food, food that causes heart disease, cancer, diabetes and more. Having experienced my parents and grandparents sobbing and weeping on November 22 and November 25, 1963, (which I would never again observe), something caught my ear when Bobby Kennedy Junior surfaced on the national political scene two years ago. I then read lengthy current biographical interviews and listened to several of his current speeches. While he has lived a very interesting life which includes compelling stories of service, he has views, that from a biblical standpoint, are not consistent with my own. But there are areas where he is on to something; why are certain massive industries having such control over the agencies that are tasked with regulating them. Why are we such an unhealthy people. If this continues, what are the financial implications for our health care and our country. Why did the Democratic party employ dirty tactics to keep him off the ballots and debate stage. Why are the big pharmaceutical companies, who have such protection, and who lack transparency, so afraid of him.
The area of personal health is perhaps the most difficult and the most emotionally held of any policy question. One could fill many pages with all the things that potentially make for good or bad health, and all the opinions thereof – and that not including what the bible says.
The fact that a lot of bad actors in high places are so afraid of him suggests he is on the right track; that was confirmed yesterday in the way the corrupt Democrats on that committee reacted. He has paid a price to do this. He doesn’t need this. He says he has prayed every day for twenty years that he could be in a position to do something about the chronic disease epidemic. I don’t exactly know how the Lord has reacted to that prayer, and I don’t know how exactly he is going to go about accomplishing his goal, but I believe he intends to do what he has pledged. (Just listening to him, I am motivated to begin walking again and eating less – (and most importantly, to continue praying over my food))
I am praying for the Lord to pave the way for him to get this position.
RFK Jr. is an outstanding man of character and integrity. He is more open minded than I am about vaccines. I am 75 years old and a mother of 3 children, whom I would NOT vaccinate; and back then they weren’t nearly as bad and overdone as they are today. Thank God I did not harm my children, and they are healthy and well; needing very little medical attention as children.
Anyone who has done any deep research on vaccines and has used any critical thinking skills of their own knows these are not the way God intended us to boost our immune system. They actually harm the immune system. They prevent it from working the way God intended it to for long term immunity to anything.
Robert Kennedy Jr. is far more gracious about vaccines than I am. I want nothing to do with any of them. I have never had a flu shot, as if you get a flu shot it is very limited to certain strains, and who wants all those chemicals and metals in their system building up which cause great harm to the body over time in so many ways. This is not God’s way to build an immune system. He does not harm the body to build it up. I will not compromise with Big Pharma’s Business of disease. God has a natural pharmacy that is so much better; but I admit people have to dig to learn about it, as Medical and Big Pharma drove Natural Healing schools underground, and put many out of business, making up a new word and calling them “quacks” back in the 1920’s. They did not want the competition because they knew God’s natural provisions for our body’s health would drive them out of business, and they could make huge amounts of money on their drugs and treatments if they didn’t have this competition. Yes, I am very radical on this subject, but Robert Kennedy is not. I have prayed for God to correct this abusive system for many years. Robert Kennedy has been my greatest hope in flesh to do that job. He has my intense prayers, and my vote 1,000%. Smiles and Shalom ~ Shalom ~~ America, go do your research and seek God about the truth of what this world’s system tries to put on us as science, when it is nothing but fake science….just like Fauci proved himself out to be “fake science”.

I felt the first day of confirmation hearings toward RFK Jr. were a travesty! I have a degree in special education and worked seven years until I experienced several accidents with the students I taught! I even taught a nonverbal class of various diagnosis! After watching many of these students & working closely with the parents, I believe that the child receiving three vaccines in one shot at an early age is responsible for autism as well as other diagnoses.
In regards to childhood obesity, in some cases it might be genetic; however, I believe if more parents would not stop at fast food restaurants, purchase processed foods, and not allow so much sugar in their children’s diets, then obesity would neither be in a child’s life nor their parents! I can remember when things changed at the grocery store as well as fast food restaurants being so accessible!
I always cooked & baked, but in the past twenty years! I continue to eat healthy; however, I neither consume fast food, processed food nor eat sweets everyday!
Fortunately, my last few years of blood tests have been normal with my A1C and cholesterol levels normal!
I believe RFK Jr. is the right person for this position!

This is a great display of the evil that can be manifested in the battle for political power. The bonds family/friends share are destroyed in the process. The father of lies is working overtime to make it happen. Mr. P erkins, while I understand your concerns since RFK is not a medical doctor, he has the legal training in medical malpractice cases. I do have clinical training and I have not read or heard anything he said that was clinically incorrect. I say he is the best for this position because he cares about health outcomes and not profits.
Lord, help us all be discerning with Kennedy’s historic stance on abortion. May we be pure of heart and not hypocritical. Touch honest in such a way that he completely renounces any and all inclinations toward ending life. At the same time, if there is a window to advance Your plan for better health, less processed foods for our children, let Your will be done.
