Following the acquittal of Daniel Penny, a Black Lives Matter leaders called for “black vigilantes” to take action across America.
From Daily Caller. Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader Hawk Newsome called for “black vigilantes” to descend into major cities Monday to retaliate against 26-year-old former Marine Daniel Penny’s acquittal over the death of Jordan Neely.

A Manhattan jury found Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide after he held 30-year-old homeless man Jordan Neely in a chokehold to protect surrounding passengers on a New York City subway train in May 2023. Newsome called on “black vigilantes” to avenge Neely’s death and fight against white people who allegedly want to “choke” and “kill” black people for “being loud.” …
Passengers who witnessed the incident said Neely behaved in an erratic and threatening manner by screaming at commuters, throwing his jacket on the ground and saying that he did not care if he went to jail. Penny then came up from behind Neely and held him in the chokehold for about 15 minutes, where Neely eventually lost consciousness and was pronounced dead.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Penny after a medical examiner ruled Neely’s death a homicide in May 2023. …
Protesters supporting Neely gathered outside the courtroom prior to and following the verdict, chanting “no justice, no peace” and warning that the public “will hear [them] tonight.” …

At 14, Jordan’s mom was killed and stuffed into a suitcase by her boyfriend. Jordan had to relive that horror in court before going into the foster care system. For the rest of his life, he was homeless, drug addicted, depressed, schizophrenic and arrested 42 times. I cannot even imagine how difficult his first 14 years were…. BLM, his (forever) absent father, Al Sharpton and much of the media want to benefit from this tragedy, at Daniel Penny’s expense.
Dear Heavenly Father, my heart aches for the child Jordan was and my heart aches for Daniel, who is being maligned and threatened by so many. Please protect him from America’s moral rot and those who reject the law. I pray You will threaten the threateners. I pray You will fight them and rescue Daniel from physical, financial and emotional harm. I pray You will contend with each individual looking to harm him for personal satisfaction and I ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen
Father, send Your angels and Holy Spirit to Hawk Newsome and his followers. Squelch their attempts to create chaos and disorder. Save their souls. May they become the Lord’s. Protect our country from this violence and outrage and disorder. I speak Shalom over every major city in this country. Amen.
Heavenly Father God, ŵe pray for the healing and protection of ALL your children from the hate and violence perpetuated by Satanic, racist, terrorist organizations, and ALL hate mongering groups. As sinful humans, none of us can “cast the first stone” against anyone else. BUT for the Grace of God and the redemption of ALL our sin by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, open the eyes and soften the hearts of ALL your children to acknowledge that “there, BUT through the Grace of God and Jesus Christ’s redemption on the Cross, go I.” AMEN and AMEN 🙏 🙌
