Appeals Court Delivers a ‘Victory for Election Integrity’
This appeals court’s ruling makes it a felony to add someone to the state’s voter rolls without proof of citizenship. We pray that temporary ruling will be upheld in September!
From Votebeat. Arizona residents who try to register to vote with the widely used state form will have their registration rejected unless they provide proof of U.S. citizenship, under a temporary ruling Thursday from a federal appeals court.

Previously, residents without citizenship documents would have been allowed to use the state form, which almost all Arizonans use, to get registered, but they could vote only in federal elections — for U.S. House, Senate and president. That’s because Arizona law requires voters to provide proof of citizenship to register, whereas federal law requires only an attestation that a voter is a citizen, but not documentation proving it. …
Thursday’s decision, by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, granted a partial stay of a lower-court ruling that struck down newer Arizona laws on federal-only voters. As long as the stay is in place, those voters can register to vote and cast ballots in federal elections only if they use a federal voter registration form, something few people currently do.
The stay will be in place until an appeals panel hears the case, currently scheduled for September. While it’s in force, a county recorder could be charged with a felony for knowingly adding a registrant using the state form to the voter rolls without proof of citizenship. …
Two 2022 laws sought to restrict federal-only voters
The case before the appeals court began when Republicans enacted two laws in 2022 that restricted how federal-only voters could participate in elections, and required frequent voter citizenship checks. Around a dozen voting rights groups sued to try to block the laws, saying they were discriminatory and violated several aspects of federal voting laws.
The U.S. District Court of Arizona ruled in May that substantial portions of the 2022 statutes did violate federal law.
Republican legislative leaders and the state Republican Party then asked the appeals court to temporarily suspend parts of that ruling. The temporary stay grants one part of that request. …
State Senate President Warren Peterson, a Republican, hailed the appeals court ruling as “a victory for election integrity in Arizona.” …

We need to pray regarding our elections. It has already been discovered that there are illegal immigrants voting in Georgia. They have signed mail-in votes. So we need to get on top of this, otherwise the dems will falsely win again.
This is a “GOD-Ordained” Answer yo ALL of the states of America!!@ THANK YOU JESUS!@@✝️🕊🔥🙏
Father in Heaven thank You for protecting our voting rights and showering Your grace and mercy upon us and our Nation. All Honor and glory be unto You Lord as we continue to press into You and seek Your guidance in all areas of our lives and for our brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, in Jesus name amen.
I am glad for this new law. However I am confused be the voting in federal elections only.
Praise God! It is high time for this to happen. What concerns me very deeply, is, why we even have to legislate what is right and wrong in America. Nevertheless, thank You, Jesus. May this ruling become permanent when reviewed in September.
I love the ruling. We need all the help we can to prevent democrats from stealing another election.
This discussion honestly seems rather ridiculous. It requires just common sense.
If you can prove citizenship and have a photo ID you can have your voice heard in our elections throughout the USA. NON-citizens do not qualify and criminals have lost their legal right to vote. Citizens in good standing can vote for representatives to serve them, the citizens of the USA. Illegals can apply for legal entry eventually apply for citizenship. Those who legally enter the USA who are non-citizens can apply for legal citizenship just like so many of our grandparents did.
The easier we make it to CHEAT, the more we encourage FRAUD and dilute the integrity of our voting system.
Unless “We the People” have faith in not only Gods’ will, but also the rules of governance made in His name, there can be no belief in our long-established concepts of FAIR and honourable government for ALL.
Voting is a DUTY – whether or not one agrees with the points at issue or the persons named on the ballot.
There is perhaps, a sound reason for adding a “None of the Above” to all voting papers. We may then be surprised by the popularity of “None of the Above” in excluding unrepresentative persons from government !
