Father, I pray for Pete Hegseth. May he humbly seek your wisdom and grow in you in faith. Protect him and guide his decisions and actions. May his life glorify you.

Father I thank you for this Secretary of War. I thank you for his selection, confirmation, and dedication to task. I thank you for one who truly understands "I Relieve you Sir!" And all it entails. I thank you that there is no part of his department that shall not become fully functional and capable. I thank you for this leader who is a gift to the faithful men and women of the armed services and the civilian establishment. Grant peace to them all as change sweeps through the organization, transforming it into the needed new, in unity with the fully capable old still fine for its purpose. In Jesus name Amen.

Lord I pray for Secretary Pete Hegseth, I along with others intercede on his behalf. Please give him divine wisdom to lead this country's department of war. I pray that he would serve and revere You in his words and actions. I ask that You grant him grace to know how to best organize and equip and train and employ our military in the most economically efficient way possible to fight and win this Nation's wars. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.

Please Heavenly Father and Christ Jesus our Lord, protect this man and his family and his allies from the enemy. Thank You for placing him in this position. Please give him wisdom and righteousness in every decision he makes.

Father of Might and Gracious love, carry this your servant safely forward in this assignment as Secretary of War for our nation. Give to him great wisdom into the path of restoration of capabilities lost, withered, broken. And understanding of leaving behind that which is no longer valid in this changing international situation. Bless him with the understanding as the men of Issachar who knew and understood their times and what their nation ought to do. Amen Amen in Jesus name Amen.

Father, I pray for Secretary Hegseth to have wisdom as he works with President Trump to seek to restore law and order in cities experiencing increased crime. I pray that they would do this in a manner that complies with the Constitution and that it would be a measured response not one that sparks panicked reactions. Please also give wisdom to the judges who preside over courts in which lawsuits against the Federal government are heard. May all involved seek You in each decision. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
