Jay Jacobs (R)

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Jay Jacobs has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Delegate Jacobs is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves as a delegate of the state of Maryland. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, I lift Maryland Delegate, Jay Jacobs, before You. I pray that he knows Your great love and sacrifice for him. I pray that his eyes be open to Your truth and his heart open to Your leading. I pray that he would seek Your face and know Your salvation that is lovingly offered to him. I pray that he would know and trust You above all else and so walk in wisdom, peace and righteousness that these things ultimately mark his life and service. In Jesus' Name and authority, Amen

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative Jay Jacobs. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christian disciples who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Jacobs to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his spirit. We pray that Jay Jacobs is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.
