John McDonald (D)

Father, I pray for John McDonald. Thank you for his service to you and for New York. May he not serve for money or power but knowing his service is to you. May he seek you for your wisdom and a walk with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. Give him discernment about the bills that come before him and help him to stand for truth. Protect him and his family.

I was studying your area last night so I can pray for you better.

Dear Father, Please bless and keep Assemblyman McDonald and his family safe and well. I pray that they know You and the hope to which they have been called. Please do not allow him to be swayed by the the opinions of others, rather let him search out a matter for himself, seeking only Your counsel. Lead him in the way he should go, and may he uphold the Constitution of the United States and the laws enacted by our founding fathers. May he always keep his eyes on You as the author and finisher of his faith. If he does not know You, Lord, please draw him to Your side by the power of Holy Spirit. Thank You that the enemy's assignment has been turned back from this nation. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.

Father, I pray for my country. Give us godly leaders, people who submit their lives to You. Help me to have Your wisdom. In Jesus' name, amen. Pray that they would submit their lives to God. Pray that they would please and serve Him. Pray that He would grant them His wisdom. Don't give in to compromise. Stand firmly on the truths of His Word.

Lord, show him Your ways, teach him Your paths, lead Him in Your truth today. Work in his life to enable him to legislate godly, moral laws for New York. Purge out any people who are leading the people of New York in wicked ways. Protect the innocent and unborn in this state.

I pray, in the name of Jesus, for Assemblyman John McDonald. Dear Heavenly Father, please surround him by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. I pray in agreement with prayer warriors for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. McDonald to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his heart. We pray that John McDonald is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name Amen
