From Fox 5. A federal judge ordered an Escondido middle school to allow two teachers who sued the district over a policy aimed at protecting transgender students‘ identities back into the classroom.

The Rincon Middle School teachers, Lori Ann West and Elizabeth Mirabelli, have been on paid administrative leave since May, when they filed the lawsuit against the Escondido Union School District alleging violations of their First Amendment rights. …
[West] and Mirabelli pursued legal action to challenge an EUSD privacy policy that required teachers to get a students’ consent before disclosing their gender identity to their parents. …
According to the suit, teachers are also required to refer to students by their preferred names and pronouns at school, reverting to biological pronouns and legal names when speaking with the students’ parents if the student did not give consent for them to disclose that information. …
In a September ruling, the federal judge hearing the case agreed with the teachers, striking down the privacy policy for possible violations of the Constitution.

Thank you Lord for restoring these teacher’s jobs 🙏! The education system is so corrupt and students for many years have been denied good quality education that continues to decrease. Only you can turn this huge mess around! Please come back into classrooms, we desperately need YOU! AMEN 🙏!
My prayers go out to these brave teachers. We must get our voices back if we are going to save humanity. May they be blessed each and every day.
Praise and thanksgiving to you Lord! May all other school teachers and staff follow their example with a heart of forgiveness that purifies the struggle. Help them to realize it is truly loving and serving these children and their families to guide them in truth that sets them free, rather than “affirming” them in lies that will lead them right into hell.
O Precious Father, thank you for giving these teachers the victory and for restoring their jobs. This brings encouragement to my soul. You are worthy of all praise both now and forever. Amen!

Thank you, Lord, for this answered prayer to restore these two teachers back into their classrooms. We pray subsequent court cases would be resolved as well, thus restoring righteousness back into the public and private school systems across America. In Christ Jesus. Blessings.
Thank you Heavenly Father for answered prayer. We say the children of this nation shall be esteemed as precious , and those who cannot defend themselves shall be fervently defended by parents, pastors, teachers, and public safety officials. May justice fall upon anyone who would cause one of our children to stumble. God I-bind the demonized evil spirits that have used other teachers, leaders of school boards and some medical professionals use rules they made themselves concerning this tragic stories of transgender. “. “Experts on both sides of the spectrum agree that when you’re dealing with a child that has gender dysphoria the solution is not to leave the parents out of the picture, the solution is not to leave the parents in the dark,” Jonna said. “These children need love, care and attention and the school and the state have no business presuming that parents will be unsupportive or that parents will be harmful or abusive.” In Isaiah 54-23 God says” And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children.“ God has said many times (I ) will teach the children! Seeing children and young people being mistreated is heartbreaking, but cause for righteous anger to swell up in my heart. Nothing is more heartbreaking than seeing innocent children deliberately harmed and abused. Jesus said those who abuse children would be better off thrown in the ocean to their death. Luke 17-2- God we once trusted teachers, doctors, now they are going around with new lies, excuses for what they do. God where is the justice, judges wake up, no bribes, no threats should never go without punishment on the innocent children. God we need more adults to intercede for God’s protection upon all children. We bind the work of every seducer, leader, program, that they all be exposed and immediately be removed from working with children. Their minds say- aren’t I suppose to do what a teacher or school facilitator tell me to DO? Children do not know better. We decree parents shall protect their daughters and sons. We ask that every child in school be protected by the hand of the Lord!! Parents do not leave children as prey to the culture of wickedness and worldliness. Talk to them every night, check the schools out. Stand strong we will win this abuse with Exposure and prayer will be boldly presented through these prayers. 🧎♀️🧎♀️🧎♀️🧑👩🦰👱🏽♂️👨🏾👱♀️
What a tremendous victory Father God has given for our public school 🏫 teachers!!! I myself am a retired teacher and let’s keep on thanking and praying as God continues to work in this critical area. Our precious children deserve excellent teaching and not political propaganda that is totally untrue!!! Blessed be the Name of the Lord!!!

All glory to God. A small victory in a state dedicated to the darkest of agendas. California is clearly pushing a life of deceit and depravity on its people. Though this little break of light is encouraging, those who serve evil will only push harder and with more deceit and vengeance. We must be vigilant. Arm our children with the love and light of God.

Little by little people are gaining victory in their standing for the Truth and Commun Sence in this world of ours being in violation of Human Rights, Freedom and Liberty.
I thank God for teachers like West and Mirabelli who weren’t afraid to stand up for what is right and what is so wonderful they won the battle.
Our school system is so broken because teachers can’t teach what the children need to learn and is the reason why there are low scores in reading, math, they know nothing about history or about our forefathers and sacrifices they made to give us the freedoms we have, or anything about respect for one another regardless of skin color or ethnicity, instead they are indoctrinated with hate and rebellion, no respect for authority,
and what is very sad, no respect for
their parents. The government does not own our children. Teachers are
to teach our children academics, and if a child is having problems academically or behavioral, then he or she has a right to speak to parents without student consent. The problems with our youth today is they are rejecting all authority and making their own decisions, the
reason for depression and many
suicides. I challenge all parents to go to school meetings, look at the text books, homework, talk to teachers, support those who are willing to fight for what is right and talk to your kids!! I pray protection for our children from all the negative and immoral influences they face in many schools. God I pray for all of our teachers for strength and courage. They have difficult task. I Pray for their protection and want them to know that You are in charge, we may not win all the battles, but with his help we will win the war. He has the last word. 🙏🙏🙏
Praise the LORD for bringing victory to this evil intent, and I pray that this victory will be an example to any School Districts who are sympathetic to an attempt to deceive Parents by taking control of the Children without Parental knowledge. I pray the teachers who boldly went forth in courage and boldness to expose this. May they prosper and be blessed.

I am so grateful for this decision and praise God for Mirabelli choosing the teachings of Jesus in harboring no ill will towards the school district. We are to love our enemies and pray for them…..they are so deceived and blinded by the enemy. It is tragic.
And I pray Lord, you will bless these women and give them continued courage and strength to walk back into the school and continue to teach these precious children. Amen!!!!

This is good news. Now, we need to pay that these two ladies are restored to their teaching positions. Lord Jesus, nothing is too difficult for you. Please, let it come to pass that Lori and Elizabeth will be given their teaching positions back to them. Please, Lord, honor their courage, and may this be just the beginning of undoing all of this ridiculous and ungodly nonsense. Thank You, Lord.
Thank you Lord for answering this prayer!! We give you praise and honor. We applaud the courage and tenacity of this teachers to fight for what is right!! May you richly bless both of them as they return to the classroom. May there be no condemnation, strife, or bitterness aimed towards them. Please put a hedge of protection around both of them. They are wonderful role models for the rest of the teachers.
Give them good counsel and wisdom as they reenter the district. Let other teachers be inspired by their wisdom and speak out also. Let the children be protected from evil and from evil influences within the school district too.

What is going on!? Since when children have the maturity to decide their gender. Stop implementing this in schools. There’s more important things to think about. Like adding more meaningful classes like, economics, harvesting, etc. I pray God to protect children of these atrocities that are happening.

Thanks for your prayers and especially thank you for the work you do for the Gideons. I do not belong to the Gideons, but my family has personally been blessed by them. We became estranged from our Grandson after his parents divorced. One of the things I came across (after he left to be with his mother full time) was a pocket-sized Gideon Bible he received at Vacation Bible School. In the back of the Bible, they had recorded the day that he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
I also have the pocket-sized Gideon Bible that my Uncle John carried with him when he served in the U,S, Army on Okinawa in WWII.
My wife and I believe in in voting with our pocketbook, so we spend money at the Duck Commanders in West Monroe, Louisiana when we travel through.
