Domestic terrorism. Intimidation. Fraud. The radical left has used many tactics to ruthlessly achieve its political goals. However, a recent report has revealed a new strategy the left is deploying when elections and legislation fail: woke lawfare.

A new report argues that activist networks and aligned legal organizations are increasingly using the court system to advance left-wing policy goals they cannot win through elections or legislation, bypassing democratic accountability and turning litigation into a tool of ideological governance.
The 19-page Lawfare in America report, published by the Alliance for Consumers, warns that lawsuits once intended to resolve individual disputes now operate as de facto legislation. Courtrooms, the report says, have become “a primary battleground for the Left’s ongoing campaign to reshape American society,” with activists “advancing political and social agendas through strategic litigation, a practice better understood as ‘woke lawfare.’”
Instead of seeking compensation for specific harms, the report argues, many lawsuits now aim to extract sweeping policy concessions through settlements and consent decrees. Those agreements often force corporations to adopt changes that far exceed existing legal requirements.
According to this report, activists are using litigation for force change in corporate governance, employment practices, and DEI and ESG policies. An example of this would be the Obama-era case against Bass Pro Outdoor World, in which the Obama administration, according to the report, “imposed comprehensive DEI recruitment and training policies that go far beyond resolving individual discrimination complaints or enforcing federal civil rights law.”
Traditionally, employment discrimination lawsuits have been used to resolve individual claims. Now, however, they are being weaponized, used to force companies to overhaul their hiring practices and incorporate diversity, among other things.
While this report is troubling, it is, unfortunately, not shocking. As the Daily Wire puts it, the report “merely codifies what many conservative legal analysts have warned for years: litigation is increasingly used not to protect rights or enforce the law, but to impose sweeping social policy without legislative approval.” The left is no stranger to using litigation to force policy changes, just look at Roe v. Wade. Now, however, they are becoming increasingly open in their intentions to corrupt the legal system and use it to advance policy goals.
Let’s pray against the corruption of our judicial system, and let’s pray for an end to this “woke lawfare!”

Father, You know that we are daily inundated with the floodwaters of evil covering our land, our neighborhoods, our communities, government agencies, Congress, and the courts. But we, as the church, stand strong, going into the enemies’ camps and taking back -THROUGH PRAYER – what has been stolen from us. You know that even our own family members have been led astray and stolen from us!
We lift up the generations that have denied You, Father, and denied Your Son Jesus. We lift up those who have no idea what it means to be equipped in the Holy Spirit. We lift up those who believe their own wills and ways are good enough. We speak on behalf of those who would rather hate than love, destroy than build, devour than save.
We speak, in the name of Jesus, and use His Word to defeat the enemy:
“Though they plan evil against you, though they devise mischief, they will not succeed!” Ps. 21:11
“Let the lying lips be put to silence, which speak insolent things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.” Ps. 31:18
“Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind(forbid) on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose (allow) on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Matt. 18:18
We stand against the enemy’s efforts to incite and instill rebellious, corrupt thinking in every unsuspecting person not yet acquainted with the Lord. We disrupt the plotting, planning, scheming, assigning, perverting, corrupting, destroying and devouring of those who are spiritually weak and vulnerable. We bind (forbid) these things on earth as they are bound (forbidden) in Heaven.
Even as we watch the rioting, the violence, and the heat of anger and hate, we know Holy Spirit, that You are actively working.
We pray for an end to the destruction, and for a new day of revival and repentance to hit this land – the USA, our states, our neighborhoods.
In Jesus’ mighty name!
On earth as it is in Heaven Lord. I Pray that You begin to draw your people together again in deep prayer and supplication. That a slow down in things of this world and speed up why we’re chosen in this time…To live move and have are being in the kingdom of God ..Allow Holy Spirit to lead through us this darkness in His power discerning the way 🙌🏽
I pray that GOD would revive us in the prayer room for our nation.
And give us the wisdom of the Holy Ghost to scale this judicial stronghold the wicked confide in.

Of these politicians…
Break the scepter of the wicked in this nation.
And like the prophet Amos prophesied in his day
Let justice roll like a thundering river once again in our nation .

The law fare tactic is a thin vail of the enemy’s weaving chaos to cause discord among the citizens of this country. The enemy is working through lies and manipulation! Our country is in dire need of prayer, 🙏🏽 So I pray that this Nation Lord will turn to You for guidance! Father in the name of Jesus, we come against the lying spirits that have tried to infiltrate our court system. We tear down and dismantle DEI and ESG and every tactic of the enemy to impose their agenda in the court system. We are asking you to remove and expose every diabolical assignment against the truth and justice of our nation.. we honour and love you and glorify your holy mighty name.
Lord, we praise, bless and glorify you. I pray people who use litigation to force change in corporate governance, employment practices, and DEI and ESG policies, that they repent of their wicked ways, humble themselves, pray to you Lord and seek your Face. If they fail to repent of their wicked ways, release your glory of supernatural judgement and exposure upon them, so their unGodly ways may be exposed, uprooted, and removed from the people who love you, follow your will, ways and commandments and bring glory to your name. Father, thank You for exposing evil in our legal system. Let the hammer of justice fall upon lawyers and judges who use the courtroom and law system illegitimately. Fill our courtrooms, attorney’s offices, judges’ chambers with the spirit of righteousness, fairness, and repentance. Let a revival break out in our courtrooms and throughout the legal system. Raise up new judges and lawyers who will honor Your Word in the courtroom. Move in a mighty way throughout our nation. Bring spiritual awakening and revival in these people or move them out of the way of all You are doing. Holy are You, O God. There is nothing impossible with You. Save our nation and her laws according to Your Word and our Constitution as it was originally written. Amen.

Lord Jesus, please, by Your grace, expose this corruption of “woke lawfare” for what it truly is. I pray that ALL people involved in this illegal evil will be dealt with appropriately in full accordance of the law. There IS no place for this kind of evil behavior in our nation. Please expose all the people behind this nonsense, and prosecute them in full accordance of the law. Thank you Jesus.
