The Wisconsin Assembly has passed a resolution authorizing an investigation into the 2020 presidential election that President Joe Biden won, but former President Donald Trump sued over, forcing the state into a recount.
In the end, Biden won by 20,682, or 0.63% of the more than 3.2 million votes cast.
The resolution, opposed by every Democrat, gives Republicans, who control the chamber, authority to issue subpoenas to compel testimony and gather documents, said Rep. Joe Sanfelippo, the vice-chairman of the Assembly elections and campaign committee. . . .
“Republicans said they wanted to gather more evidence to see if laws were broken, but Democrats said they were trying to score political points, undermining the public’s faith in elections and insulting election clerks, poll workers and others who ran the election,” wrote the AP. “Earlier this month, Republicans raised new questions about how the election was administered in Green Bay. The Assembly elections committee held a hearing on those issues but did not invite any election officials accused of wrongdoing to testify. Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich called it a ‘Stalinist show trial’ and defended his city’s handling of the election.” . . .
Out of about 460,000 ballots cast in Milwaukee County, Biden picked up an additional 132 votes. Before the recount, Biden had 317,270 votes to Trump’s 134,357. After the recount, it was 317,527 for Biden and 134,482 for Trump, which meant Biden gained 257 votes and Trump added 125.
Milwaukee County Clerk George Christenson, a Democrat, said the recount showed that elections in the county are fair, transparent, accurate and secure.
“I promised that this would be a transparent and fair process, and it was,” Christenson said. “There was an examination of every ballot by election workers, a meticulous recounting of every ballot that was properly cast, a transparent process that allowed the public to observe, a fair process that allows the aggrieved candidate who sought the recount an opportunity to observe and object to ballots they believe should not be counted.”
But Trump continued to insist that he won the state. “Look at what’s going on in Wisconsin. Wisconsin, they’re finding tremendous discrepancy. You just take a look at that. Tremendous discrepancy,” the president said on Thanksgiving.
“In Wisconsin, you all said I was going to lose — or the polls said — certain polls: Washington Post, ABC — said I was going to lose by 17 points. Think of how dishonest. I thought I was going to win it. And essentially, I did win it. It’s very, very close. It’s very, very close.” . . .

TRUMP LOST THE ELECTION !! Don’t let the LIES, DISRUPTION, STRIFE continue! The division and separation promoted by his election is over. There was no fraud! Millions voted AGAINST Trump and his presidency. I am weary of the maneuverings of Trump and the Republicans to use Christians in their grimy political games to gain & keep power. See behind the spiritual vocabulary used to the real issues, and realize that Christians are pawns to Trump and the Republican Party, useful for votes, and easy to deceive if they cloak themselves with a few Christian words. DON’T BE DUPED– THINK !
Praying for you Mary. If you are a Christian and have a personal relationship with Jesus who desires so much for us to seek and follow after Him, please soften your heart and honestly ask what does Jesus want for our nation?
I, like most Christians, believe our country is at a tipping point. It can easily, from here, tumble into a state of totalitarianism or hold onto our remarkable 250 year sanctum of liberty. Where we end up should be and can only be determined by an educated and involved citizenry. Pray that our merciful Heavenly Father will bring a revival to our land and people will be motivated by morality and truth.
We need to strive for and maintain our right to free and fair elections. If we lose that then we lose our country.
It will not be a country “of the people, by the people, and for the people” any longer.
It will be a country owned by a corrupt corporate media and tech industry, a cabal of unelected bureaucrats who think they should decide what is best for us, and an elitist globalist agenda that needs to weaken the U.S. in order to implement their plans.
The suspicion of corruption in the recent election needs to be investigated and if corruption is found it needs to be totally exposed. Those responsible need to be brought to justice and safeguards put in place so it never happens again. Only through the light of transparency and implementation of justice will trust be restored to our electorate and democratic process. Again, if we lose our right to free and fair elections we have lost our country.
I believe Jesus wants our nation to continue to be a nation based on our miraculous constitution. A nation based on the rule of law with equal justice for all, not this two-tiered system which is more and more becoming prevalent.
I believe Jesus wants to continue to bless the world through the United States. Our nation saved the world twice in the 20th century through the horrific world wars that threatened to drag the entire world both times under a system of rule by powerful elites.
I believe Jesus wants to continue to use our nation to spread the Gospel message to millions upon millions of people around the world. No other nation has even come close to being used like this as ours has.
So let’s pray Jesus WILL continue to use our nation powerfully as He has in the past. And to do that we need to remain a nation that preserves life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to all it’s citizens both strong and weak, wealthy and poor, regardless of race, religion, young or old. (even the unborn) We need to continue to acknowledge all of our citizens have been given unalienable rights by our Creator to pursue our dreams and better ourselves and in so doing better the lives of those around us and around the world.
Dear Heavenly Father please heal our land. Please continue to use our nation, bless our nation and all our citizens for Your Glory
Father God, Thank you for the legislators who are unwilling to allow the corruption to go unpunished. We declare and decree that the machines used in Dane County and Milwaukee County will also be subpoenaed and investigated. Five the legislators courage and wisdom as they outsmart the crafty deceitful foxes guarding the henhouse. May those who tried to practice deceit not get away with it. May they fight each other, exposing their unlawful activities. May all see that lawlessness will not be tolerated and the law must be followed. As another election is held in Wisconsin on April 4th, may their actually be honest transparency and integrity.
Please, Dear GOD, restore our faith in the election process. Most voters voted for a particular candidate who they believed in and I pray that each and every one of those votes were counted for the right person. I pray that YOU will guide and direct all the people who are revisiting the last election and make it be honest and accountable. In today’s world there are so many people and devices that can change the outcome of anything. I pray that honesty, integrity, and trust be blessed upon people instead of all the cheating, hating, and those seeking power. AMEN.
Go Wisconsin legislature! Thank God for Republicans who have the integrity and backbone to stand up for what is right! Dear Lord, please put Your hedge of protection around these brave men and women and their loved ones, as they seek to use their power and influence. Please, Lord, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will guide and direct all people who are trying to reveal the fraud and manipulation regarding last November’s rigged election. May the truth be revealed, and may ALL of the election wrongs be righted. In Jesus’ name we pray.

Biden and administration will never be looked upon as legal until we have a true election where people not machines decide the outcome. Where independent people see behind the curtain. We are overrun with a fowl enemy turning our beloved nation into a sinkhole for perverts with hateful evil intentions especially where the unborn are concerned. These actions grow new challenges daily as the key players ignite serious law breaking legislation on our land regardless if they are constitutional or not. Thankfully it’s all coming to light in some states. Fight back America. Let the enemy be bound and revealed on every issue. This is not China.
If we lose our right to free and fair elections then we lose our country. We will no longer be a country “of the people, by the people, and for the people. We will be a country controlled by a corrupt MSM and big tech industry, a corrupt bureaucratic DC establishment and a corrupt globalist agenda headed by wealthy elitists.
Father, expose any corruption that was present in this election. Through transparency and integrity let us all be united in the truth of what transpired in this troubling election. Until there is a complete forensic unbiased audit it is obvious there will continue to be suspicion and division.
Father please revive your church, please help us turn from our sin and let us be a light to our nation. Please, for Your glory, turn our hearts to You and heal our land.
