As Republicans meet to determine their 2024 platform, many are wondering if the party’s pro-life stance will end up on the chopping block.
From WORLD. The Republican Party has stood for the unborn for nearly half of a century. [This] week, that could all change as party officials meet in secret to water down the GOP platform’s resolute language on life. Pro-life conservatives must hold the party’s feet to the fire here or watch the national party of life transform into the national party of apathy on the life issue.

In 1973, the Supreme Court issued its infamous Roe v. Wade ruling, inventing a supposed constitutional right to abortion out of whole cloth. At every single meeting of the Republican National Convention since then, the party’s platform has made it clear that Republicans would defend life at the national level. In fact, the language has only grown cumulatively stronger over time.
From 1976 onward, the GOP has voiced support for a constitutional amendment protecting the unborn. From 1980 onward, the party pushed to end taxpayer support for abortion. From 1984 onward, Republicans have made it clear that unborn children are already protected under the 14th Amendment, which prohibits states from denying “the equal protection of the law” to “any person.” …
If the GOP platform is strong today, it is because the pro-life coalition won the argument back in 1976 and at every convention thereafter. Even in 1976, though, the platform acknowledged that there was not a uniform consensus among Republicans on the issue …
The Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision restored the right to regulate abortion to “the people and their elected representatives.” Even the court’s liberal justices acknowledged that this means there is a federal role for abortion policy. It would be the height of tragedy if this century’s greatest pro-life success were ultimately undermined not by progressives but by frightened Republicans downplaying the decision. …
Soon, the Republican National Committee will release a draft platform. While Trump campaign and party officials have attacked those who have voiced concerns with the process, shutting out pro-life organizations and the general public hasn’t exactly instilled confidence that the end result will be positive. …

I pray that the Republican party does not compromise our stand against abortion just to gain womens votes. We need to stand strong on our beliefs . God does not approve of gray areas or sitting on the fence and will not honor it.
Father God .we pray for the unborn for we know you love the little children as well as much as the unborn . We pray for our leaders will have a change of heart for the future of our children, and that the Democrats will come to realize how much love and to protect life. We give it into your hands. That our unborn children will once again be protected from evil.
Father God,
Your word states in Psalm 33:10 “The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.”
Lord, we come before you with heavy hearts as meetings done in secret seek to compromise matters of life and marriage to what appears to suit political gains. Please forgive us for the wickedness of our hearts.
As these meetings continue and before the final vote takes place, we ask the Spirit of Truth to permeate the atmosphere and do as Your word states in Psalm 33:10 – make their counsel to nothing and their plans ineffective!
We ask this in the name of Yeshua! Amen.

Father God, we stand for life. RNC must not cave to the left’s agenda. Help them to form a Godly platform. Help the leaders to keep a Conservative and Biblical worldview. This is terrible. The Republican party will lose again if they don’t stand for what is right. Compromise does not guarantee victory. Marriage is between a man and woman and our babies lives matter. I stand for life. Our platform stands for life. It should not change now. If we don’t stand for American born children then we will have to leave the borders open for our labor pool. Don’t be fooled, you will have no other choice.
This is a big mistake on the Republican party.

As Your Holy Spirit suddenly came from Heaven and made a sound like the blowing of a violent wind and filled the whole house where they were sitting, do so in whatever meeting place/arena that this matter is discussed.
Impart Your wisdom and guide President Trump and all involved in standing firm, steadfast and with Your perseverance to protect life in and out of womb, liberty and justice for the citizens and this Nation.

The leader of the party, DJT is not totally pro-life. He wants to negotiate with the pro-abortion side. They are afraid of losing if they stand for life. The media has made it a stand for life and lose issue. That is not true, but the RNC is afraid. Trump only wants to limit how long in the pregnancy you can kill the baby. Life begins the moment the sperm penetrates the egg.
You have to win the battle before you can win the war. The democrats promoted the anti-abortion position of the GOP in 2022 resulting in our loss in numerous elections. Trump learned from this loss and is (temporarily) promoting a more limited abortion stance in order to win the war.
BS how many babies lives per vote?
Trump used this platform as well s the Church to get elected before. At the start of this campaign, he changed his tune. Yuh. Never voting for Trump again.

We pray that your Holy Spirit will be ever present as the guiding factor before the Republican and Democrat party’s as they make any decisions in regards to life whether it be concerning abortion or trans gendering children.
Children are your gift to us. Let us honor that gift by receiving them joyfully into our lives and nurturing them in your word.
