Update, January 9, 2023. The Supreme Court denied certiorari on this case and will not be hearing it.
The Supreme Court will decide tomorrow, Jan. 6, whether to take a case claiming that Biden, Harris, former Vice President Pence and 385 members of Congress violated their oath of office by voting against the proposition (from members of Congress) to investigate claims involving the rigging of the 2020 election. Let’s pray that the court would rule with God’s wisdom.

As Joshua Philipp reported in a podcast for EPOCH TV, the case Brunson v. Alma Adams, et. al., alleges that members of Congress who voted against the proposed 10-day audit of the 2020 elections and certifying those results — with no investigation after being “properly warned” of a credible threat from enemies of the Constitution — were violating their oath of office to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.” It says that “this action unilaterally violated the rights of every citizen of the U.S.A. and perhaps the rights of every person living, and all courts of law.”
If SCOTUS ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, the remedy would conceivably involve removing the sitting President and Vice President and all those representatives and empower the Court to authorize the swearing-in of the rightful President and Vice President. Not kidding; that’s the remedy the plaintiffs are asking for.
The Brunson brothers are an interesting group –- literally a band of brothers, as they play in a trumpet band. Here they are, with their summary of the suit, which was reportedly written by just themselves, without legal counsel (!). …

The suit names President Biden, VP Harris, former VP Pence, and 385 members of Congress, and, no, that is not a typo. Those are all the members who voted against a proposition for them to investigate claims that “enemies of the Constitution rigged the 2020 election.” So, this case is NOT about whether or not election fraud occurred. It’s about whether or not these people violated their oath by failing to investigate credible allegations of election rigging by enemies of the Constitution –- allegations that had been made by over a hundred of their own colleagues. …
According to Philipp, a finding for the plaintiffs would “also restore Trump to office because he would have been the legitimate candidate.” We’re not yet sure how that part of the argument works but are researching. …

Last year William Kato was elected as Kenya’s president. His first comment was, “I have been prayed into victory. We were working against the odds but I must confess, it is God”… “despite intimidation and harassment, I took an oath of office to serve this country, and I have done my duty in accordance to the Constitution and the laws of land. And the old powers of corruption, he said, have come with great intimidation, great threats”… “This Christian boy who sold chickens when he was young from a little roadside stand, is now the first one outside of the ruling class in Kenya to come into the presidency.”
This election was contested to the Supreme Court where there is a history of corruption. Many thought it would be overturned in a corrupt way. A Supreme Court justice later testified that she went through a lot of intimidation. She went through a lot of harassment. But she and the ENTIRE Supreme Court, all seven, said, “we must stand for the truth. We’ve examined every bit of evidence. We’ve examined every argument. We’ve taken days and days to listen to everything they could present to us. And we all are in unanimous agreement that William Ruto won this election fairly.”
Dear Heavenly Father, You are the Author of Truth and Justice. I pray a Godly ruling in this case. I ask the same in every case brought before this and ALL courts. Miracle is not in Your Kingdom vocabulary Lord. But to us in a nation so lacking in righteousness, Your acts of justice seem like miracles. In the Name of Jesus, I pray justice flows like a river through the hearts and minds of Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Sotomayor, Kagan, Gorsuch, Kavenaugh, Coney-Barret, and Jackson. May they too say, “We must stand for the truth. We’ve examined every bit of evidence. We’ve examined every argument. Here is why the Supreme Court SHOULD take this case: the Democrats admitted and even bragged about their successful conspiracy to steal the 2020 election. They openly describe detail after illegal detail of how they did it.
Of course they don’t call it “stealing” the election. They call it “saving” the election. Their title was “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election.” It ran for 23 pages in TIME magazine on Feb. 4, 2021.

The members of the Supreme Court need to know this and to take it into consideration in their deliberations today.
The Democrats did no such thing and the Time article does not say or suggest anything you claim.

Father God, may the nine members of the SCOTUS have the courage to do the right thing. Thank you for making a way in the wilderness to bring this to their attention before new congress members are installed. Give the justices supreme intelligence to follow the constitution, taking us wherever it leads, even if on a NEW ROAD. May they fear YOU more than the opinions of man or maniacal media pundits. “Forget the former things of the past. BEHOLD, I am doing a NEW thing.” declared prophet Isaiah. A light still shines. I believe that God will deliver us from all evil. Don’t know how God will do this, but know that we are closer than we were in 2020. I am certain that God let these awful things happen for a reason.
The divide between good and evil is much wider than it was in 2020. People are being divided all over our wonderful nation. I believe that this is God’s plan. Whatever happens with this case, it will not have any effect on my faith that God is delivering us from the evil ones.

We need to know more about how this case actually reached the level of the Supreme Court. If I understood correctly this is only a hearing on whether to consider ruling on it. I strongly suspect it has gotten this far by repeated filing of appeals after being dismissed on lower levels, and that SCOTUS is only having the hearing as insulation against public attacks on one Justice if he or she were to dismiss it. I don’t expect them to accept it.
Having had more time to follow the link to the explanation of the background and details of the two Brunson lawsuits, I feel that my earlier comment can still stand. I greatly doubt that the SCOTUS can (legally) or will (practically) order the removal of the entire Biden Administration and/or the restoration of Trump. Recent developments suggest that restoring Mr. Pence as VP and President of the Senate would help matters to a degree ranging from minimal to negative. The absolute most I would expect would be an order for Congress to take up the issue of impeachment, as the SCOTUS is likely to rule that that is the only Constitutional means of removal from office.
GREAT IDEA! This case deserves to be not only accepted for consideration by SCOTUS but ruled on in favor of the plaintiffs. There was SO MUCH evidence–hundreds and hundreds of incriminating accounts of multiple types of fraud that was never allowed to be seen in courts. Fortunately the actual posts I published following the election–of findings by lawyers, computer experts, Michigan State Legislature, Arizona and Georgia election boards and hundreds of eye-witnesses to fraud who signed legal affidavits–still show up on my website. Father God…. We pray for your righteous judgment be delivered tomorrow through the justices in the Supreme Court of the United States whether those members in US government who voted against an investigation in the 2020 election broke their oath of office and failed to serve the Constitution of the United States of America and we pray for this truth to come forth in the name of Jesus… Amen
