“I think it’s very simple,” Vance replied. “Look, if you protested peacefully on January the 6th, and you’ve had Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned. If you committed violence on that day, obviously you shouldn’t be pardoned.”
He also said: “And there’s a little bit of a gray area there. But we’re very much committed to seeing the equal administration of law. And there are a lot of people, we think in the wake of January the 6th, who were prosecuted unfairly. We need to rectify that.”
More than 1,500 people have been prosecuted in connection to the U.S. Capitol riot four years ago, according to the DOJ. …

I would have been there but I was in the hospital with Covid. I heard Pres. Trumps speech on TV. My friends were there but their bus was leaving & therefore we’re not jailed. What I saw there were some people there to cause trouble &I heard they were paid to be there& there were some like me that were there because we felt the election was rigged. Please release the people like me that were there to show support for Pres. Trump. God Bless you President Trump. MAGA
Father God I pray for justice to be served regarding the rioter. It was a horrific, terrifying day as I watched in horror and unbelief to the unfolding stories. I pray for those killed and the officers that were harmed physically, emotionally and psychologically. I thought I was watching something in a 3rd world country. I pray we never forget what we witsnessed. Let the truth prevail, let the eyes be open in the name of Jesus. Father God we pray for your will and that you have mercy on America that we never again experienced anything like this. You hold the heart of the king in your hand and we pray you turn soon to be President Trump’s heart to do your will.
Jesus give President Trump and all of those working on this great wisdom on who needs to be released. Also others in our Nation who were arrested for praying or simply supporting Trump or helping with the elections, Lord have mercy on them too. That they would be released. Lord we lift up Rudy Giuliani to You and ask that you be with him, and others that were Trump’s lawyers or advisers that have been arrested. Strengthen them all. Help them all grow close to You, Jesus. Set them on Fire for You Jesus.
Father, we have seen many things about January 6, including how the Committee hid important information and destroyed records. I pray that the whole truth would be revealed and those who had protested peacefully would be free.
Lord, your will be done regarding the January 6 prisoners. Not mine, not Donald Trump’s, not any individual person’s will-
ONLY your will Father be done for each individual person that has been incarcerated because of January 6.

Dear Jesus, the injustice of this whole situation has gone on for so long. the people have been subjected to psychological torture with toilets that did not flush because the water was turned off, even some being subjected to a push of the Koran and a denial of the Bible. I listened to a report that Margorie Taylor Green did about the conditions. Lord, not only is justice due these folks, but the blot on America from the dragging out of all this trauma needs to be cleansed from our national history. the narrative that the event was a riot is not the right narrative. Let the glory of God envelope the people in the jail cells and let there be a cleansing off the soul of America of the lies that have surrounded this whole event. in Jesus Name. Amen.
I pray that video evidence and personal testimony that got censored in the FAKE justice so far would be considered. There were many who were caught up in the orchestrated protest by paid agitators; some were trying to stop police violence; some were pushing back defensively. There were relatively few, I believe, who were aggressors. Many who were (dressed in black…) never got arrested. More video and documentation needs to be publicly released.
The fomenters of the January 6th violence were not Trump supporters nor did President Trump incite a riot. I watched the events as they occurred live that day. He encouraged the people to let their voices be heard but never once gave any incitement to destroy property or engage in violent activity. We know who was responsible and I wonder how many of them are free. I pray for justice for all innocent and guilty alike and that those who were responsible for the violence will be brought to justice and those who were merely exercising their right to peacefully assemble and express their dissatisfaction with the process will be freed.
I was watching too. As soon as the Trump speech was over, the TV cameras went to the capital. There were people in black, climbing the walls. Lots of young men, looked like antifa and military, climbing the walls and breaking the windows. I said that is Antifa! They showed 3 big white van buses unloading and handing out red MAGA hats. They cut away fast and went to commercials. They came back and never showed the buses or people claiming the walls again.
Antifa and FBI.
We must continue to pray the truth comes out and the truth will set the innocent free and the guilty will be incarcerated.
Yes, I believe the majority of the victims who have been prosecuted unfairly should be granted pardon. It was a Democratic witch hunt for them and for President Trump. God Bless the United States of America.

YHVH, You know the full story, so we ask for Your true and authentic justice to be served. May the innocent be pardoned, and the guilty continue to serve out their sentences. May those parsing out justice do so according to Your leadership – depending on You for wisdom and discernment in each case considered. I also agree with Tonya, for those released to have favor as they reenter society – may the transition be smooth. Bring healing and restoration and reinstatement. I think they should all be pardoned because they were ambushed by our masters of the art FBI and CIA elements. Our intelligence is one of the best in the world, there was no way the patriots wouldn’t fell prey of the violence. Still, it was not an insurrection it was meant to be a moral support that turned into what ever our intelligence wanted to be.
And I can assure you there were more than just twenty five operatives, I’m guessing there were hundreds. And it wasn’t an insurrection because they were not armed. It is still as of this day a violation of they rights to be imprisoned without legal charges and the right of self defense.
Four years it’s enough punishment for all of them.

We ask for these unlawfully imprisoned people who meant no harm to any government official or buildings or statues , ease be the forefront of President Trump’s and advisors to See Clearly, to understand clearly, who needs to be released immediately, and within days of decisions made. Many have paid for time served beyond anything a court even decidef, due to Trials as of this moment! Please also continue to be with their families, and employers where they worked, so they can also get back to work once home! Also, for the many organizations who have formed to help them, that they remain in service without interferance and have needed resourcesvto continue helping those who had also lost their homes. Finally Lord, justice needs served to those who puut forth the entire evil intended scheme of Jan.6,2020 events, they need their due punishments, for outright lies and deceitful actions from the years before this, and ever since.
