O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
They break in pieces thy people, O Lord, and afflict thine heritage.
They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
Yet they say, The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?

The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.

Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.
In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge
And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off.

I am uplifted to see that people with capabilities such as the former “Overstocked” C.E.O. has the courage to investigate irregularities in the machines and totals. I ask God for divine guidance during these tests. May God give all who work at revealing the truth, quick and irrefutable evidence we so desperately need.

read the brief article included below to understand why the Supreme Court threw the Texas Lawsuit out. If it’s true that the responsibility for upholding the US Constitution falls on Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin’s own state legislative branches of which all four states have republican majorities then are prayers must be directed towards lighting a fire in the hearts and minds of the states’ governments officials especially their legislative representatives for truth and justice to prevail. Federalism should not be compromised.

Did the 2020 Election Push the Constitution to Its Limits?
(UnitedVoice.com) – Every so often, a situation arises that tests the nation’s measure and the limits of our Constitution. Some claim that the future of our Republic Democracy is at stake. By Thursday, December 10, 20 states in total joined together in a lawsuit against 4 other states to challenge how governors and administrators unilaterally changed laws without their state legislatures in the 2020 presidential election. The outcome, the petitioners claim, is that rampant voter fraud ensued as a result and harmed all states.

The founding fathers created a unique system of government that had never been tried before. It’s called federalism. In 1776, the colonists fought to break free from the top-down government that centralized power in the Monarch. In 1789, the United States was the only large republic in the world. It was uniquely made of 14 sovereign powers – 13 states and the federal government, all under the US Constitution with provisions that a limited federal government would not interfere with the states’ rights under the 10th Amendment.

The Power of Federalism
The core principle behind federalism is that the Constitution unites the states while preserving their individual integrity to govern themselves. Anything not explicitly stated in the Constitution is the responsibility of the states. The system was created for three reasons:
1. To keep a centralized government from becoming heavy-handed and excessively powerful.
2. To empower more involvement by citizens in their government(s).
3. To enable the states to try new ideas and innovate government.

Dispersed and balanced power among varying levels of government is at the heart of federalism. Legislatures, executive branches, judiciary, and voters all share in deciding the country’s direction and an individual state. New York and Wyoming shouldn’t look the same because they are not the same politically or culturally. They don’t share the same histories, lifestyles, or political theories of how to govern. That’s why federalism is a beautiful concept.

Did the 2020 Presidential Election Push the Limits Too Far?
Throughout the history of the US, states have been at odds with one another and with the federal government. The Supreme Court’s role, at times, is to mediate and resolve those disputes. On December 8, Texas and nineteen states asked the Supreme Court to order Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia to appoint new electors to vote for President Trump in the Electoral College. While the Supreme Court dismissed the case on Friday, December 11, it does bring up the issue of the Constitutional limits of federalism. Twenty states argued that the four states in question violated the Constitution and therefore violated voters’ rights in states whose governors didn’t unilaterally change the rules. However, this is where the issue of federalism comes into play.

The pivotal question is: Does one sovereign state have the power to dictate to another sovereign state? Whether it’s appropriate or not, the Republican-led “legislatures” in the four battleground states are not suing their executive branches and appear ready to move on from the election.

As twenty states decided to fight for the future of the country, the Supreme Court decision affected more than just the fate of President Trump, but also of federalism and state sovereignty. The justices’ choice not to take this case will long outlast who is President of the United States.

Father, help us to understand the wisdom of the Supreme Court’s action in throwing out the Texas Lawsuit. Enable us to comprehend the importance of federalism. Although the Texas Lawsuit served a great purpose in rallying support from 19 other states and 106 state representatives, it apparently was not Your way, the right way to address the key states’ negligence and criminal activities. Thank you for protecting our nation’s Constitution that’s founded on federalism. We ask You to help each key state to have electoral integrity. Enlighten the legislative branches in each key state to take up their mantels, stand up to their obligations, unafraid of the consequences. Let the correction come from within each state. Stir up the citizens from each key state to fight for electoral integrity, calling on their state legislators to uphold both their state’s Constitution and our nation’s Constitution. Let their cries for justice go forth without ceasing. Have them storm their State Supreme Courts with protests with phone calls, emails, and petitions to have their state representatives removed from office if they do not act righteously to conduct honest and transparent audits of their state governments’ criminal activities which impacted the voter results. Have them begin by un-certifying their state’s voting results. Grant them Your wisdom on what they must do to correct the problem. We pray that this process will not only bring integrity and righteous governing back to these states, but that their actions will be an example to all other states, and that all other states would follow their examples so that every state also protects the votes of their citizens. In all this, Lord, grant Your mercy and bring forth the people’s choice – Donald J. Trump whom most all Americans voted for as President, especially whom the citizens of these key states truly voted for. Lord hold each state’s legislative, judicial and executives branches fully accountable, and have those in these state’s government branches who participated in malfeasance, bribery, or didn’t speak up about the fraud to be exposed and removed from their offices for betraying the trust of their citizens and committing treason. We pray for our nation to be one nation under God, and we seal this prayer in the blood of Jesus and with the shed blood of those who died for this nation’s liberties.

Father, as we continue to pray that not only will truth come forth as it has, it would be what changes in the election of our president. There are people tirelessly working for the advancement of Your Kingdom, and on the early realm it doesn’t seem to make a difference. We put our trust in You to accomplish what concerns You, the blessing of Israel, Life at conception with abortion laws overturned, male and female as husband and wife. We put on the armor of God, we stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, we are destroying speculations that rise up against You taking every though captive unto the obedience of Jesus Christ. We pray for encouragement, strength, refreshment for those who are bringing truth to the forefront.
Lord, please do not allow their efforts or our prayers come to naught. We believe that Your plans will not be thwarted. I bless Yiu for th Emanuel who have fought in the heavenly. Seeking truth, praying for Your Kingdom to come here on earth, Your will to be done.
