After a grueling investigation and court trial, True the Vote has been found innocent of voter intimidation. Praise God!
From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. A federal judge ruled Tuesday in favor of the conservative group True the Vote, deciding that mass challenges of Georgia voters’ eligibility didn’t amount to illegal voter intimidation.
Who is praying on the wall?
U.S. District Judge Steve Jones wrote in a 145-page order that there was insufficient evidence that True the Vote tried to threaten or coerce voters.
Fair Fight alleged that True the Vote and its allies violated the Voting Rights Act when they challenged the eligibility of 250,000 Georgia voters before runoffs that decided control of the U.S. Senate in early 2021. …
“Not only have plaintiffs failed to overcome the fact that their actions did not result in any direct voter contact or alone include or direct county boards of elections to pursue an eligibility inquiry, but there is no evidence that defendants’ actions caused (or attempted to cause) any voter to be intimidated, coerced, or threatened in voting,” Jones wrote.
The founder of True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, called the ruling “a resounding vindication” in an email to supporters.
“Today’s ruling sends a clear message to those who would attempt to control the course of our nation through lawfare and intimidation. American citizens will not be silenced,” Engelbrecht said.
But Jones faulted True the Vote’s methods, which relied on huge spreadsheets that listed voters who had submitted change-of-address forms with the U.S. Postal Service. …
Still, Georgia law allows residents to file challenges against the eligibility of voters who they believe no longer live at the addresses where they’re registered. Under the law, county election boards must hold public hearings to decide on the challenge, which, if upheld, can lead to their ballots being rejected and their registrations canceled.
The legality of Georgia’s voter challenge law wasn’t part of the lawsuit. Instead, Fair Fight had sought to banish Texas-based True the Vote from operating in Georgia and from disputing voter eligibility in the future. …
An attorney for True the Vote, Jake Evans, praised the judge’s ruling following three years of litigation and a seven-day trial in October.
“This decision is monumental as it vindicates the defendants in totality and establishes that eligibility challenges … are a proper method to ensure voter rolls are accurate,” said Evans. …
Jones, who was appointed by Democratic President Barack Obama, has ruled against Fair Fight and voting rights groups several times in recent years. …
Engelbrecht is positive about 2024:
The year we’ve been waiting for is finally here. 2024 will be the ultimate showdown in U.S. elections. It will not be a repeat of 2020. Here’s why:
1. Americans are engaged. We’ve lived through the lies and seen the truth continue to be revealed and affirmed. No, not everyone feels this way, but the numbers are in our favor. And more join our ranks every day. We are uniting.
2. Americans are ready to serve. In 2020, COVID disrupted long standing workflows and forced a sudden shift to insecure mail ballots and unmonitored dropboxes. Countless security standards, ranging from machine certification, to ballot authentication, to chain of custody documents, were abandoned. That will not happen in 2024. Americans, from election workers to election attorneys, are prepared to hold the rule of law.
3. Election laws have improved in many states. Mail ballot excesses have been rolled back, dropboxes have been removed, foreign exposures have been limited, voters’ rights have been expanded.

Father, we bring this case Curling v. Raffensberger, before the court of heaven. Father, you are the righteous judge. Lord Jesus, you are elder brother advocate. Unless and until Christians and truth seekers resist and confront injustice and evil, we’ll continue to have this issue. Standing against evil and corruption has always been in our DNA. I was an election judge twice. Our voting system is totally corrupt. Unless it is totally overhauled, no conservative can win. Please forward the following post to as many lawamakers as possible.We cannot wait.Time is running out.

I was an election Judge in 2008 and 2012. I was ANGRY as this can never happen in America.On the election day all the voters had picture ID’s Later on more people came without any valid ID. They only had a piece of paper with an address on it.They were unqualifed illegal voters. My supervisor allowed them to vote. They were also Illegals who should not be in America. They all voted and this is how Obama was elected. Shame on us for electing Obama who was not even born here and we have not deported him and our country is being destroyed through our negligence and reckless voting system
HERE IS A SOLUTION TO REVERSE IT
The only way is to overhaul our corrupt voting system. Even the Republicans are gutles to TO FIX THIS broken system. SHAME ON US.
1.ELECTION DAY MUST BE A NATIONAL HOLIDAY.
2.All citizens must vote. THOSE WHO FAIL TO VOTE MUST BE PROSECUTED NO ILLEGALSHOULD VOTE,IF THEY VOTE,THEY MUST BE EITHER DEPORTED OR PROSECUTED. IT IS THE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL CITIZENS TO OBTAIN THE PERSONAL ID with exceptions for the disabled and the sick. We have been falsely accused for Voter suppression. This is a delusion because democrats can never win a fair election. So, this is a twist.
3. it is a shame on Republicans who are GUTLESS Cowards to fix this broken voting system They should shut down the government till the voting system is overhauled.
4.Counting must be done on the same day
5.It must be monitored by citizens representing both parties and any irregularities must be verified and prosecuted.
6. NO MORE PROXY VOTING. ONLY ONE VOTE FOR EVERY VOTER.

11. There will be an election pool. No candidate can receive any donation for campaign. all donations will go to a pool and every candidate will receive funds equally.

Dear Heavenly Father, we are so very grateful for True the Vote and their tireless pursuit for truth, exposure and justice. They have endured many hours, years in fact, of investigating, researching, lawsuits, monetary hardships and all while at times suffering health issues. We ask that angels of protection assist them in their righteous efforts to help return at least a portion of our society back into conformity to our constitutional governance. We also pray for those who have tried to destroy their efforts to restore the law of the land to be caught and judged appropriately; for that too Lord, is law of the land. May God bless and keep them, their families and their team who assists in this fight to save our election and allow us to have a true vote.
