Having already sued Pornhub, Texas is leading the charge against adult content being shown to minors. Now, the highest court in the land has sided with this state’s fight.
From The Epoch Times. The U.S. Supreme Court will allow Texas to continue enforcing a law requiring online age verification to access pornographic websites.

The one-sentence order was handed down by the high court without comment or public dissent on April 30. Challengers of the law argue that it compromises free speech and opens users to privacy violations.
The 2023 law requires commercial entities “that knowingly and intentionally publishes or distributes material on any Internet website, including a social media platform, more than one-third of which is sexual material harmful to minors, shall use reasonable age verification methods” to verify that an individual attempting to access the material is 18 years of age or older.”
The law also requires pornography websites to include “health warnings” on their landing page using a 14-point font or larger. …
Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Utah, and Virginia have also passed similar bills. …

Father, Pour your spirit upon this nation; revive the church and let there be one more Great Awakening. Lord, stop the onslaught of illegals from coming in this country. The enemy plans to sway the 2024 election with votes from illegal immigrants. Father, let the enemy be caught in their own snare, I ask in Jesus name. Protect the residents on our Southern border and protect and protect the border patrol. Lord, let the governing body allow the border patrol to do their job and allow our laws regarding immigration be enforced. Father, we give you praise and honor for your mercy and grace upon this country.
I want to agree with BJP and declare it shall be done. As research has shown Kentucky had great revivals that were known throughout America in decades ago. So we speak not only to Kentucky to return to its roots of Holiness but all of our country and states, return to your God that you served at one time. Lord , we intercede for this great nation and for Israel today. .
Father I live in a state where they have not signed onto protecting our children. We have a democratic Governor who is for abortion, and gender confusion etc. We have an attorney general who is trying but also missing the mark on several things other states are doing to protect their citizens. Father I pray that you will help Kentucky become a state that stands for and with you. In Jesus Mighty Name we pray.
