From The Guardian. The UN is setting up a fact-finding mission to investigate the killing of dozens of prisoners of war at a prison in a Russian-occupied region of eastern Ukraine that Moscow and Kyiv accuse each other of carrying out.

António Guterres, the UN secretary general, told reporters he did not have authority to conduct criminal investigations but could conduct fact-finding missions, and terms of reference were being prepared for the governments of Ukraine and Russia to approve. The mission was set up in response to requests from Russia and Ukraine.
Russia claimed that Ukraine’s military used US-supplied rocket launchers to strike the prison in Olenivka, a settlement controlled by Russian-backed separatists. The attack killed 53 Ukrainian PoWs and wounded another 75, separatist authorities and Russian officials said.
The Ukrainian military denied carrying out any rocket or artillery strikes in Olenivka. The intelligence arm of the Ukrainian defence ministry claimed in a statement on Wednesday to have evidence that local Kremlin-backed separatists colluded with the Russian FSB, the KGB’s main successor agency, and mercenary group Wagner to mine the barrack before “using a flammable substance, which led to the rapid spread of fire in the room”….
The US, meanwhile, believes Russia is preparing to fabricate evidence pointing the finger at Ukraine….
The Ukrainian PoWS at the Donetsk prison included troops captured during the fall of Mariupol. They spent months holed up with civilians at the giant Azovstal steel mill in the strategically important southern port city. Their resistance during a relentless Russian bombardment became a symbol of Ukrainian defiance against Russia’s aggression….

It is sad, but I no longer believe that Russia is the sole evil actor in this war. It is not unlikely that the Ukrainians in power had their own purposes in trying to destroy the evidence of what kind of men made up this battalion, and what their real objective was.
Both the US and Russia have killed the innocent with bombs, drones and the like. Both call it collateral damage of war. Some (not US media) also report that Ukraine is not innocent of such actions on Russians before the invasion. “Collateral damage” is reprehensible, as are the ever escalating wars. This is our issue, not the “whodunnit”.
Lord, please heal and comfort all those who suffer unjustly, and please lift humans above the need to war with each other. Please protect the innocent and please end the institution of war.

I pray for justice to these unspeakable acts that are taking place. I pray for those guilty of the evil to repent so they can have eternity with you but I also pray for consequences. I further pray for peace across the earth

People. Wake Up! The US thinks Russia is fabricating evidence to point blame to Ukraine. Evidence now out to prove Joe B. interfered with investigations of Hunter in his UKRAINIAN business deals. Ukrainian government is corrupt. They too want One World Order. With this weak regime apparently in power of our United States, Russia is probably the only other country standing in the way of One World Government! Of course the media is going to say that Russia is setting up the Ukraine. Don’t listen to lamestream media. THINK!. pray for discernment!

Please Lord, God…bring this war to an end immediately. This war should not have ever been started in the first place. Too many have already lost their lives for nothing. War is death. Please in the name of Jesus…stop this useless war. Amen
