From Breitbart: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been paying gay and transgender boys as young as 13 hundreds of dollars to record their sexual activity on a mobile app without parental permission.
Funding the Columbia University study to the tune of $8 million since 2012, the NIH has facilitated the payment of up to $275 to minor boys who report their sexual activity on the MyPEEPS Mobile app, including asking if they have had “condomless anal sex,” according to the Washington Free Beacon..
According to the 2020 study published based on collected data, the app is was “designed to be specific to the risk contexts and realities of young sexual minority men, and to include psychoeducational and skill-building components with interactive games and activities.”
According to the Free Beacon, some health experts have ethics concerns considering that the young participants were “recruited” without parental permission…
Speaking with the outlet, former deputy assistant administrator in the Bureau for Global Health at the U.S. Agency for International Development Dr. Monique Wubbenhorst said, “There is an ethical balance between investigators’ desire to enroll children in a study and the need to support parents in caring for their children.”
“There are additional concerns that minor children in this study may be engaged in sexually exploitative relationships with older males, sex trafficking/child prostitution, violence, and sexual abuse, from which they should be protected,” she continued…
Bioethics fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy center Dr. Aaron Rothstein told the outlet that he is surprised by the waiver given that the minor subjects were both paid and provided transportation to meetings without parental consent. Wubbenhorst pointed to research showing parents having a significant impact on reducing risky sexual activity among their children.

It is so disheartening the way these children are being exploited. May God protect them and keep them safe. And may this “abuse” by the NIH be stopped and the parents be made aware of what’s happening to their children.
I pray that God will intervene on the children’s behalf and keep them safe as they are being used and abused.

O God, thank you for exposing this evil! Now You have pronounced condemnation upon those who invent evil, and those who revel in hurting others – especially children! Lord Jesus, you quickly stopped the disciples from keeping the children from you and so I pray quickly move to intervene in this situation as well to indict the perpetrators of this evil and deliver the precious kids that are unwittingly being used and trapped. This is so sick and evil of what the NIH is doing to our young people. This is nothing but child abuse and needs to be investigated immediately. Lord God, we pray for a hedge of protection for our your children. We pray against any demonic spirit that brings harm to our children in Jesus name. Who guarantees these children are reporting actual activity and not just making things up? Kids love to exaggerate to get attention and feel more important.
Who guarantees it is actually children who are entering the information?
“Young sexual minority men?”. Why only minorities?
“Skill-building components with interactive games and activities”? Obviously this app is not just about collecting information. This is an active teaching and recruiting tool.

Father, as you see the demonic activity growing deep into our society, grabbing our children and turning their hearts away from you, I ask that you would help us use the power we are given to destroy the works of the enemy. You said that those who do these things to our children would be better off having a millstone put around their neck and cast into the sea. These people have become possessed by demons and are in need of salvation or removal. We ask that you protect the helpless and send your angels to surround these children and expose the secrets put on these children and being kept from their parents. We need your grace in this time of need. Thank you for letting us know about these things so we may lift up the innocent and rescue them. Let victory come forth for the sake of the children. All things are before the Father, who is HOLY and will be judged. Jesus said it would be better for a man to tie a milestone around his neck and be throne in the sea, if they hurt one of these little ones. Pray for our kids
Every aspect of this is evil from start to finish – pure evil. Paying children to participate in and record sexual activity? keeping this hidden from parents? As taxpayers, since it is our money being used, we should have a say in how it is spent. But if we don’t know, we can’t speak out against it. Which is exactly why evil hides in the dark and keeps things hidden and secret. God’s light and God’s truth are the antidote to the evil of darkness and deception. What kind if sick people (pedophiles) run our govt agencies today. I pray we bring an end to this shameful behavior. What excuse or reason can any thing like this be used for? No wonder this country is in such a mess. These types of behavior have managed to exclude God from every corner of our lives.
