Over the weekend, Hamas attacked Israel, violating the ceasefire between the two. President Trump, however, insisted that the ceasefire is still holding.

President Trump insists the Gaza ceasefire between Hamas and Israel is still holding, despite a Hamas attack this weekend. However, some belleive the plan could be in danger of falling apart.
The Israel Defense Forces announced they had resumed the ceasefire on Sunday evening after a Hamas attack killed two IDF soldiers and wounded three more in the southern Gaza Strip. Israel retaliated with dozens of strikes against Hamas terror targets.

Trump Envoy Steve Witkoff and advisor Jared Kushner are in Israel seeking to preserve the deal.
As the ceasefire seemingly continues, the peace plan spearheaded by President Trump is in danger of collapsing. Notably, Hamas is refusing to disarm and relinquish power, despite the fact that the President’s plan directs them to lay down their arms and forbids the group from ruling in Gaza.
Speaking to Fox News over the weekend, President Trump said there isn’t a timeline for disarming Hamas, though he seemed clear it will happen one way or another. The President said, “So it’s not a hot timeline, but it’s a line in my own mind. And at a certain point, if they don’t do what they’re supposed to do, then we’ll have to do it for them.”
CBN notes that Hamas keeping its weapons would jeopardize the next phase of the peace plan. Two Muslim nations in the region, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, are supposed to be part of an Arab force monitoring the ceasefire, but both have stated they won’t participate if Hamas does not disarm.
This is also not the first time that Hamas has pushed against the constraints of the ceasefire. As IFA reported, the group publicly executed at least 7 men last week after accusing them of conspiring with Israel.

Lord expose the hidden plans of Hamas and their alliances. Any plans against them to be found out quickly. Save those that are yours protect both Israel, IDF and Palestinians that belong to you and do not stand with Hamas.
we ask for mercy where there needs to be mercy and justice where there needs to be justice. Give the leaders your discernment and wisdom. Send your angels to help assist and go before. Bring your strategy. Silence those who falsely accuse Israel. break all forms of witchcraft and the dragon that comes against Israel and the US. .
The President needs to step out of Israel’s way to victory over Hamas. The fact that Witcoff & Kushner are negotiating instead of the person in charge of such matters (Rubio) says this a financial dealing. I pray that our President begins following God’s plan instead of his own. That the Judgement of our governments’ shutdown becomes clear to his eyes and he reverses course with Israel.
President Trump needs to stop playing peacemaker in the Middle East. Peace will not come until the Reign of Jesus. I pray, Lord, that You cause President Trump to focus on the existential threat that the CCP poses to our nation and its well-being. This is the more serious issue for America than trying to bring peace in an area where fighting will not cease by man’,s doing, Than You Jesus.
There will not be a ceasefire until hamas is disarmed or dead because they have no intention to cease their stated aim of destroying Israel and killing Jews. I would say two more dead IDF soldiers would be proof of that, somewhat irrefutable proof. Wishing something were true, stating something is true, demanding that it will be true, does not mean it is true. There is no ceasefire, because of hamas.
YHVH, we know Your stated aims in regard to Israel, because Your Word is clear. Please deal with hamas in accordance with Your Sovereign will and purposes, and in accordance with Your character – and remove their threat. Please deal with those who presume to do other than Your will in regard to Israel – Psalm 2!
Israel must finish the job, peace deal or no peace deal. That land belongs to Israel according to God’s word. I pray our nation will only help Israel and not hinder, knowingly or unknowingly Israel has every right to finish this war. It would have been done long ago if they could have finished off Hamas (with no Israeli bodies or hostages in harms’ way). President Trump has been overly patient with Hamas. I ask Father God, the God of Israel, to give Israel a resounding victory that glorifies His name. May every last Hamas terrorist be annihilated, every last tunnel structure destroyed, all of their weapons be dismantled, and every ‘friend of Hamas’ be revealed for who they truly are and the United States’ relationship with Israel’s enemies be severed. I also pray that the root of anti-Israel propaganda be completely destroyed in America and around the world. Spirit of Truth, pour all over this nation (and the world)!!!
