We previously covered the extensive use of the autopen throughout Biden’s presidency. Now, without definite confirmation that President Biden knowingly signed scores of controversial pardons, President Trump has declared that those same pardons are “void, vacant, and of no further force or effect.”

President Donald TrumpĀ claimed that former President Joe Biden’s pardons of lawmakers who served on the House Select Committee to investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, and others, are “VOID,” alleging that they had been signed via an autopen and that Biden did not even know about them.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump claimed in a Truth Social post.
“In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime,” Trump added. …
While aboard Air Force One on Sunday night, Trump was asked whether executive orders and pardons signed by Biden via an autopen are void.
“I think so. It’s not my decision. That would be up to a court,” Trump replied.
Trump’s comments come after the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project suggested that an autopen had been heavily used duringĀ Biden’s White House tenure. …

I think every document signed with the auto pen is null and void. If biden was not capable of physically signing documents using a regular pen then maybe he should not have been president. Stand strong on the wall invite others and trust in God.

The article is about a Republican politician complaining about people with TDS who solicited a 16 year old for sex. But we won’t talk about that kind of sin on this website.
Simple legality: how can a person be pardoned when there are no charges filed? Cart before the horse? Are they admitting to a crime not known or about to happen?
Special counsel Robert Hur’s findings in February 2024 stated that “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury as a sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a poor memory”. In my opinion, Biden should have been declared incompetent to serve in the office as president from the above date. The 25th amendment should have been asserted. This auto-pen story doesn’t pass the smell test. The people need to be confident that their president is competent and fully understands each document that goes before them. In addition, Executive orders and pardons should be required to be be hand-signed in view of the general public in order to be legal and enforceable. We must have total transparency and accountability in government! At the very least this should be investigated and then adjudicated all the way to the Supreme Court if need be. I continue praying for the truth to be FULLY exposed and for justice to prevail.
The way DJT. Signs execute orders where made public with a person handing them to him and explaining to him the content so he knew what he was signing and we the people that observed the signings what he was signing.
Biden signed executive orders one after another in speedy non verbal exclamations to him what he was signing if I recall. Did he not just grab one after another on speedy trajectory! Also, He did not speak to the general press openly during his presidency. We saw his back exciting the podium if he could find the exit or looking straight ahead on the way to the helicopter of escape to the beach more than I can count! So yes we deserve accountability for knowing what is going on finally! The President needs to be aware what he is signing and sign executive orders with his own hand and be aware of what is in it like President Donald J Trump is doing!

The article saves for the last line that Pres Trump says it is up to the courts to decide if the auto-pen invalidates Biden’s crazy and cringe-worthy EOs and pardons.
I believe that all actions taken by Biden during his term could be questioned.. especially the last two or even three years, of his tenureā¦ as his cognitive abilities were certainly questionable
I agree, Biden was not in his right mind at least in the last 2 years and those things should be rescinded that was signed with the auto pin because we don’t know who was using it.

I think the issue would have been best decided in a lawful manner. Instead, President Trump has put his statements on social media for speculation, unrest and dishonoring of our past president to be widespread among the citizens of the United States. There is nothing gained by the name calling and lack of respect towards Former President Biden. I believe truth is important but how it is handled is also important.

If an auto pen can be used by anyone then I do believe it brings into question the validity of those pardons. I believe only the president can issue a pardon and it really is not clear that former president Biden did that. The courts should decide.
Anyone know if Biden used the autopen to pardon the 37 killers? If so, those pardons need to be challenged. Biden was the WORST president ever. Even worse than Carter. Killers need to be put down like rabid dogs, and hostage taking countries and Hamas need to be eradicated.

The “Law” of America, as represented by “American Courts of Law” already stands in disrepute – Why ? – because those entrusted by “The People” to properly administer that Law have been clearly shown to be unworthy of that trust and therefor by not acting “in good faith” and clearly outside of the protection of that law have rendered themselves “Outlaws” and their interpretations and opinions UNLAWFUL.
