These days, the lies of the Left are more than just words. Many are unhinged rants directed at anyone who will listen. When these lies cycle through the newsfeeds, it’s best that we respond with heartfelt, strategic prayer, rather than the same anger that leads to bitterness.

The first lie told by the Left this week comes from the mouth of one of the nation’s most notorious liberals, James Carville. The Democrat strategist is known for saying whatever pops into his head, giving Americans an unfiltered look at his true feelings.

Tell Us How You Really Feel

During his Politics War Room podcast, Carville did not hold back, describing a “vision of retribution” for those he labels as “collaborators” with President Donald Trump. “Do you know what we do with collaborators?” asked Carville. “I think they all ought to be put in orange pajamas and should be marched down Pennsylvania Avenue, and the public should be invited to spit on them. The universities, the corporations, the law firms, all these collaborators should be shaved, pajamaed, and spit on.” The radical Carville directed his vitriol at those who “chose to bend the knee to this guy (Donald Trump).”

Carville boasted, “The idea is you have to pay more because you did this, because it is the only way that you’re going to discourage future collaborators in the United States. It’s a moral judgement,” Carville insisted, adding that President Trump is a “tyrant” who “has no use for democracy.”

Carville may seem like he’s on the fringe, but the truth is that he’s been a frequent guest on many liberal media shows where he voices his opinions to as many Americans as possible. Carville’s latest comments are part of what he calls his “dream” of what will happen when Democrats gain control of the government. He envisions retaliation and revenge, much like what happened after World War 2.

Others have shared similar visions, such as Congressman Jamie Raskin, who stated that there could be repercussions for those enabling “authoritarianism” under President Trump. “When we come back to power, we are not going to look kindly upon people who facilitated authoritarianism in our country,” he declared.

Hypocrisy at the Highest Level

Men like Carville, who are morally bankrupt, are blind to their own hypocrisy and hatred. They cry “Nazi,” when in fact, their party supports the killing of the unborn, promotes the indoctrination and mutilation of children, incites targeted censorship, and shuns religious freedom. Hitler himself would be quite proud of that list.

Carville’s fantasies of punishing political opponents publicly are just another window into the minds of what far-left liberalism can do to a person when they fully embrace it.

Political Candidate Wishes Death on Senator

The next lie told by the Left this week is just as disturbing as the hateful words of James Carville. The shocking comments from political candidate Haley McKnight are both vicious and appalling. Recently, she ran for a seat on the Helena City Commission in Montana. But McKnight’s anger management issues would come back to haunt her when a voice message she left for Senator Tim Sheehy back in July became public knowledge.

The voicemail message stated:

“Hi, this is Haley McKnight. I’m a constituent in Helena, Montana, and I just wanted to let you know that you are the most insufferable kind of coward and thief. You just stripped away health care for 17 million Americans. And I hope you’re really proud of that. I hope that one day you get pancreatic cancer and it spreads throughout your body so fast that they can’t even treat you for it. I hope that you die in the street like a dog. I…oooooohh. One day you’re gonna live to regret this.”

The recording continued with McKnight saying, “I hope you are infertile,” and “God forbid that you ever meet me on the streets, because I will make you regret it. F–k you. I hope you die.”

No Regrets for McKnight

McKnight’s unhinged voicemail was her response to congressional actions on the Big Beautiful Bill. Even after her words were publicized, she defended her reaction, stating, “I don’t regret anything that I said, only that I probably shouldn’t have used so many cuss words. [It’s] not very becoming of me, but yeah, I was speaking out of a justified rage for what our senator has done to erode our Constitution and erode the benefits of Montana’s people through his actions.”

When questioned, McKnight blamed her death-filled comments on conservative policies and added that her message was not meant for anyone else to hear, as it was “meant for Senator Sheehy alone.” McKnight now claims she didn’t really wish the senator any harm, but identifies herself as a “firebrand” who says what she thinks.

After McKnight’s comments were made public, the 30-year-old was suspended from her job as the manager of a store called Sage & Oats. Over 100 one-star reviews of the store were posted on Google after the story went viral. One comment stated, “Montanans don’t support hateful, vile people that want to sabotage our great state with their liberal hate and anti-Christian politics.”

In the end, McKnight DID NOT win a seat on the Helena Commission. Her hateful voicemail showed the citizens of Montana that she needs therapy, not a place in government.

Nigerian Christians Murdered

The third lie told by the Left this week has been covered before, but it’s now being brought into the spotlight by President Trump. Leftist news outlets like MSNBC don’t like the fact that President Trump is telling Nigeria that it must stop slaughtering Christians.

On Truth Social, President Trump wrote, “Christianity is facing an existential threat in Nigeria. Thousands of Christians are being killed. Radical Islamists are responsible for this mass slaughter. I am hereby making Nigeria a “COUNTRY OF PARTICULAR CONCERN”—But that is the least of it. When Christians, or any such group, is slaughtered like is happening in Nigeria (3,100 versus 4,476 Worldwide), something must be done! I am asking Congressman Riley Moore, together with Chairman Tom Cole and the House Appropriations Committee, to immediately look into this matter, and report back to me. The United States cannot stand by while such atrocities are happening in Nigeria, and numerous other Countries. We stand ready, willing, and able to save our Great Christian population around the World!”

The Left Denies the Truth

Instead of applauding President Trump’s willingness to stop the slaughter of innocent people, liberal outlets like MSNBC call his words “bellicose rhetoric,” which is “inaccurate.” MSNBC dismisses the facts, instead suggesting that Nigeria “is not targeting Christians.”

Even Leftist commentator Bill Maher recently criticized his own media circle for not reporting on the genocide happening in Nigeria. Back in September, he discussed it with Representative Nancy Mace on his show, stating, “If you don’t know what’s going on in Nigeria, your media sources S—! You are in a BUBBLE. I’m not a Christian, but they are systematically killing the Christians in Nigeria. They’ve killed over 100,000 since 2009. They’ve burned 18,000 churches…They are literally attempting to wipe out the Christian population of an entire country!”

Defending Hamas, but Not Christians

Maher made a solid point on his show when he specified that while there are plenty of protests over the Gaza War, there are no young people protesting about what’s happening to the Nigerian Christians.

Far Left outlets like MSNBC are more than quick to cover what they term “Gaza genocide,” citing sources provided by Hamas terrorists. But when it comes to reporting the brutal slaughter of Christians, they are either silent or pretend it isn’t happening.

The Persecution is Real

Voice of the Martyrs, an organization that serves persecuted Christians around the world, explains, “The Boko Haram Islamic extremist group and militant Fulani Muslims attack Christians throughout northern Nigeria. Nearly all Christians in northeastern Nigeria have lost family members or friends in attacks by Boko Haram, or militant Fulani Muslims. Entire congregations have been displaced and many pastors have been forced to leave the region…Being active in church looks much different than it did at the beginning of the 21^st century. It now takes great courage and faith to openly worship and serve Christ.”

President Trump stated, “If the Nigerian Government continues to allow the killing of Christians, the U.S.A. will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria, and may very well go into that now disgraced country, ‘guns-a-blazing,’ to completely wipe out the Islamic terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities.”

The truth is that Christians are being terrorized and murdered in Nigeria. These precious followers of Jesus need our fervent prayers and support.

Lord Jesus, lies and deception are a daily reality in a fallen world. Please help us spread the light and the truth in the midst of great darkness.
