As the Dobbs decision celebrates its one-year anniversary, we bring you the story of the woman who made it happen.
IFA was birthed 50 years ago in the wake of legalized abortion on demand. The Roe v. Wade decision made the U.S. one of the most dangerous places in the world for the unborn. From the beginning, IFA acknowledged that abortion violates God’s law and prayed for Roe’s reversal.

Little did we know that at the very time IFA was incorporated, God was preparing a young woman to play a critical part in righting the wrong of Roe. Becky Currie was a high school sophomore participating in her first political race (after being encouraged by a female lawyer).
Some years later, she was working her way through nursing school when she was faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Although encouraged to abort the baby, God captured her heart to protect the life her daughter. Once she finished nursing school, she began working in labor and delivery (which she continues to do today). Even now she cries tears of joy and appreciation every time a baby is born.
Through all the ups and downs of life, Becky always sensed God speaking to her, including as a girl growing up in a Baptist church. Regardless of what she went through, she always felt close to God. In 2007 she considered running for office. She prayed: “Lord, show me if I should run. If this is of You, let me know.” Then she went knocking on every door in three counties.
She believed that if her election was not anointed, it would not happen. She won in 2007, and she continues to serve in the Mississippi legislature. Throughout her tenure, she has sponsored a number of bills to protect life. She has always counted on God’s voice to direct her.
In 2016 she wrote and sponsored the Mississippi Gestational Age Act (GAA). Although she had been involved in dozens of pro-life bills, she knew this particular bill was going to go to the Supreme Court to challenge Roe, which it did.
It’s been said that Dobbs overturned Roe. But that’s not true – Becky Currie overturned Roe v. Wade.

Prayers for the woman who are on drugs and alcohol, using their body for prostitution and having babies born with disabilities, Disease and addiction because of the lifestyle. Prayers for our government to close the border to protect us from the covid, illegal drugs and invasion. Thank you Father for taking care of everyone, opening the door to the government corruption. In jesus named, Amen.
I have so happy that she listened to Abba Father not to have the abortion and also to run for office and she is doing a great job for the Lord and His people.

Praise the Almighty God, Sovereign Lord of all creation!!!! His purposes always prevail! Darkness cannot overcome the Light! I am so blessed by the story of Becky Currie!!!! It’s so like our God to do this!
Father God thank you for a mother who fought against satans lies. Psalms- 127 says”Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate. Children are a blessing and a gift from the Lord. I truly believe that God wanted a bunch of children to call His own. He wanted a family, so children are very important to Him. “The word of God says that we become His children when receive the Holy Spirit and follow Him. How do we receive the Holy Spirit? By Faith! I never realized how much God Loves His children until I really understood Gods family, His children are important.” Just like a mother looks upon her newborn child for the first time with overwhelming affection and joy, God looks at us the same exact way when we are born into the Spirit as born-again believers. He is overjoyed with your spiritual birth! Especially because it’s a decision you’ve made on your own. I Praise God for these shared feeling He has for us. Just as Becky Curries story has the same power and how hard and faithful she still shows that special anointing of love for Babies. “So as a child of the Most High, it is our responsibility and privilege to bring joy to God by worshipping Him with our entire lives (and not just part of it) and use our talents and spiritual gifts to expand His Kingdom. Children are a golden nugget of Just pure joy and love and we have the privilege of raising them as Believers in God and training them in the way they should go. (3 John -1-4)“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” God I lift prayers to Heaven that All children will be saved, so we can enjoy the re-birth of children through the legacy God has created!! This is what God wants, a plan from the beginning. Our Decree: We decree that the bowls of intercession in heaven are filled, and God is going to respond from Heaven. God speak to women’s heart and especially the younger girls. 🧎♀️🧎♀️🧎♀️
Praise God for what He’s done and continues to do in the life of Becky Currie. May many more women follow in her footsteps as God leads them. I pray for Becky’s daughter that she follows her mother’s example in serving God with her life too. May all of us follow the Lord Jesus closely every day. Then we’ll have victory and glorify God. We will see great good happening. More good and the wrong defeated. First John 5:4 “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Thank God. I srvived 6 strokes. I had a open heart surgery.I had kidney failure.My brain is severely damaged.Yet iam able to think clearly,speak,hear and run my computer. I must have been dead longtime back. But i am still alive.Praise God. Please pray for me.
My nursing home is like a prison which does not allow me to go out and send you anything.
I am involved with Charity work.Yesterday, I was going to send money to a starving orphan. My nursing home stopped me. I was still going.Then Jasmina Custic threatened me with a Police arrest and scared me. What did I do? Shame on America. This is a Christian nursing home and we are all called to care for the hungry and clothe the naked. All I did was to obey God’s command and they refused. As I did not have a place to move,I retreated. This Western Hills Nursing home is like a prison. I am 79. This is how the seniors are treated. Shame on America

It is my prayer that God will raise up more of His people to stand for truth and justice with His courage and anointing. We are ALL called to stand in His righteousness and be salt and light in our world. Go in faith like Gideon, Moses and many other timid ones.
America is in deep trouble. We are no longer a Government of the people,by the people and for the people. our oneparty rule has destroyed our country. They are controlling everything. The lady of justice not blind. she sees only the oneparty rulers. Where is the separation of powers? The ancient Greeks and the Romans persecuted their political opponents. Today,the innocent man Trump is being persecuted. He was a womaniser. Now he is a child of God.He is being persecuted because He loves america. This trend must reverse. Our corrupt voting system must be overhauled. Otherwise our country is marching towards the Godless Marxism. God save America!!!!!!!

I live in Pennsylvania which has legalized abortion. My prayer is for the legislators and leaders here to respect life. I pray that the Holy Spirit will touch their lives and they will have a Jesus Revolution in their souls. I pray they denounce abortion. I pray these women who want abortions would have a Jesus Christ awakening to realize abortion is taking a human life. I pray for God to soften their hearts of stone . In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen 🙏☦️

Psalm 139: 14-“ I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous so your works, and that my soul knows very well.” I praise You for the 1 year anniversary of Roe v Wade being overturned! Father, may the state of Kansas and our Supreme Court overturn our “right to abortion” in our constitution as they argue this case. Amen
Roe wade was long overdue. None has the right to kill their own babies. women have been misguided to beleive that the fetus is only a blob of tissue to be washed and drained. I too believed it. We were going to do abort and did not do. My baby was born and she was too charming. But she died. Then only my eyes were opened. Life is not a blob of tissue .It is a precious gift of God which must be loved , nourished and protected. Even Mother Theresa said, In America, we protect the criminal and punish the innocent unborn. This is happening now. The innocent man Trump is persecuted with trumped up charges though he was a womaniser and now he is a child of God.Our founders are weeping for america in their graves. God is also weeping because of our transgressions. Wake up America!!!!!!!
