Satanists are suing a PA elementary school for blocking their “After-School Satan Club.” They claim this is religious discrimination.
From CBN News. The Satanic Temple is filing a lawsuit against an elementary school in Pennsylvania after the Northern York County School Board voted last week not to allow an After School Satan Club….
The After School Satan Club says its mission is to promote rational thought, not Satanism. But a promotional video the group created includes the following lyrics sung in a catchy, semi-animated video that’s aimed at encouraging young children to embrace Satan as an imaginary friend:
“Satan’s not an evil guy,
he wants you to learn and question why,
he wants you to have fun and be yourself,
and by the way, there is no hell….
As CBN News reported last week, hundreds of parents applauded when the school board voted 8-1 to block a request for the satanic club at Northern Elementary School in Dillsburg.
In addition to the Pennsylvania issue, After-School Satan Clubs are showing up elsewhere in the country, such as North Carolina.

The after-school club is a program offered by the Satanic Temple….
A flyer about the club has been circulating on social media.
It talks about a club that could potentially come to Joyner Elementary School in Greensboro.
“Its sole purpose is to offer a safe and all-inclusive alternative to other religious programs, including the good news Club,” June Everett, Campaign Manager for the After-School Satan Club, said….
She said the club doesn’t go into any schools that don’t already have a religious club and they don’t go into schools where their presence has not been requested.
“So the Satanic Temple is a non-theistic religion, meaning that we don’t believe in an actual literal satan. What we do believe is Satan as a symbol to standing up to tyrannical authority, asking questions, and, you know, like, bringing, bringing the hypocrisy of our laws really, you know, forward,” Everett said.
Back in 2001, the Supreme Court decided that a school district cannot prohibit the First Amendment free speech rights of groups seeking access to a school district’s limited public forum.
That means the After-school Satan Club, along with other religious clubs, has the right to hold meetings after school.
The club was set to have its first meeting this coming Friday, but Everett said the GCS Chief of Staff alerted her that the club’s facility-use request has been put on pause while district policies are looked over….

Are grade schools the place to invite children to discern ultimate good and evil? On what basis would these clubs take away parental rights to raise their own children? How will these schools be responsible for the wrong paths in life satanists insistently pursue to their own hopelessness and immorality?
What world are we living in – one we could not have even imagined or dreamed just 7 or 8 years ago – Be aware what is happening, watch, be aware, and fight back with everything you have within you for the Kingdom of God against Satan’s rule which has taken over.
Thank You so much for mentioning Greensboro at the end of this article. I have a praise update: The Lord brought together about 2-3 dozen people to gather and pray near the school on Friday afternoon as school was dismissed. We were out of the way but visible, on a hill, as buses and cars drove by and neighbors also saw and heard our prayers. We sought repentance for ourselves, our country and the church. We also worshipped and interceeded on behalf of the school, our community and the nation. We prayed for salvation for those who are being deceived by the enemy. We praised Him, who WILL take what was meant for evil and use it for good! It was over an hour of experiencing the Holy Spirit among a diverse group of believers who came, mostly as strangers but left united by the love of the Lord. One sweet girl drove 2 hours to be there! There is now a text group and FB group so we can stay updated and move forward when and how the Lord leads. Thank you all for lifting up Greensboro and our nation. The Lord hears! He is moving, to His glory!

Julie, you are very kind. Thank you. We receive that blessing! The battle is ongoing here as the school board is reviewing the situation with their lawyers. About half the school board members are up for re-election this year and a new Superintendent will be appointed as well. All opportunities for the Lord to move! Many citizens (including current and prospective school board members) are suggesting that we NOT fight the system because they fear (1) a lawsuit and (2) ALL clubs, including Christian ones, might be eliminated. There is an assumption that not many parents will allow their children to attend satan clubs. In today’s culture, I believe that assumption is DANGEROUS! I say one child is too many! We have allowed the enemy to claim WAY too much ground in our children’s lives, inside school and out. It is time to HOLD THE LINE!

I prayed for our schools nationwide, specific to protect our children, but also to ask that we acknowledge that we have not been bold enough in Christ to speak up, and get involved. We are His hands and feet. The deceiver is always seeking to devour. Schools, individuals need Christ.
We need to earnestly pray that the Satanic Temple after school club will not go forward at this school or ANY school in the country or world! These people are deceived and need to be prayed for to open their eyes but in the mean time, our precious children cannot, at any cost, be subjected to this propaganda, deceit and lies coming forth from this group. You may want to watch the punctuation in the prayer. With the comma God it sounds like we are praying against God as well as Satan.
Use the government to change their status. Submit a petition, well written, to the Internal Revenue to change the status so they won’t be illegible. With tactful questions find out the names of all the children that would have attended and have your church divide into groups and pray for one child in each group. Strong prayers in one accord will separate the child from the devil’s grasp. Your prayers will make a radical change in each of the children prayed for that the devil won’t try getting into any more After School Specials. The CBN has a Super Book that would work wonders in those school specials and peak an interest for most of the children at the school to go see them!.

I TOTALLY AGREE, Ron Peterson. I am in prayer ministry, and love it, but I have the hardest time to pray for satan! Coming before the Throne, you must come with a clean heart, and my heart wouldn’t be clean if I said that I love them, and pray for their salvation. So, for the prayer warriors who can pray for them…go for it! I still will ask the Lord for His perfect will, to be done in their lives.
We must be careful when fighting this type of activity so that we don’t put schools in a position that Christian-based clubs are also excluded. This is a spiritual battle that must be fought on our knees. Since the enemy lost the battle to keep out Christian clubs, he has turned his tactics around. We cannot censure one group without being guilty of doing what we claim the other side is doing to us, so let us pray fervently that the satanic-based clubs will fall on their own as we pray against them. Let us pray that children will love truth more than they do the lie.
You are exactly right. The goal is not to get these clubs in, but to force the schools to keep Christian clubs out. That is why they only target schools which already have Christian clubs in them (some with hundreds attending). Thus far every one of the “satan clubs” to start has ended very quickly and with little to no support or attendance. We must Continue to pray, as you said, that God would let them fail on their own. This is a battle to be fought on the knees.
I went to Joyner Elementary back in the 60’s where one of these clubs are being presented. I absolutely cannot believe that in my hometown of Greensboro, NC that this is happening. I am so grieved at how far we have fallen. Lord help us!!

Firstly, these monsters are usually well funded. The school district has limited monies to fight drawn out lawsuits, so there will likely be a settlement. Parents can stop their kids from attending but not from interacting with the kids that do. Kids who dont fit in will be influenced. The only realistic solution is pulling kids out of the corrupt public school system. I pray the only attention they receive is from the enemy, who they say they do not worship. May they be filled with terror as they realize who they represent and turn to You Lord. You wait for us all to worship and serve You only. I ask this in the Name of Jesus, our returning Messiah. Amen
Faithful Christians of all denominations need to fight this. Allowing Satan to infiltrate the schools is just like allowing transgenderism and other indoctrination by public school teachers. Soon, it will be OK for any adult in a public school to abuse a student sexually in any deviant way. We need to stand up and go to school boards and fight this evil!
Lord Jesus, I rebuke and bind all Satanic activity from our schools and our children and youth lives. Cover our schools with the Blood of Jesus. Decree that Satan all not establish a foothold in our public schools, our churches and our homes in Jesus Name. amen
This is the same kind of deception that some “Catholic” colleges were teaching back in the early 70’s. My sister-in-law, having just received her Masters Degree, proceeded to tell me that the devil was not an actual entity, but was an “idea”. I told her that I strongly disagreed and believed the devil was very, very real! Our present Holy Father, Pope Francis has repeatedly stated that the devil is an actual entity. Notice the small letter. He is under the heel of Jesus, an thus is not given any honor, especially a capital letter! One more bit of information. I am a convert. My mom-in-law said “I was the best Catholic in the family!!!
All us Christens have to pray against Satan, because we are in a spiritual war against evil.

This title title should be “The Rise and FALL of After School Satan Clubs.” We decree the FALL of and the FAILED attempt of the devil to set up these after school clubs. We thank You Father for the clear picture of the strategy of the enemy that is opening people’s eyes to the kingdom of darkness that is making himself more and more obvious every day and causing people to see the spiritual forces we are up against. We take our stand IN Christ. We apply the blood of Jesus over our schools and over our childrens minds. We decree NO weapon formed against them will prosper in Jesus name!! We decree the truth of our victory that Jesus disarmed these spirits and made a public display out of them, having triumphed over them at the cross. We decree every attempt of the enemy to enter our schools, to set up camp, and to twist the minds of our children is thwarted. It’s difused. It’s exposed and defeated. We dispatch angels on assignment to station themselves about our schools, to guard the doors and all entry points, and to block every attempt of the enemy to enter. We call forth this GENZ generation to rise up! We call them into their divine destiny to BE the generation that flips the switch of revival, that says NO, WE WILL NOT TAKE THE BAIT! WE WILL NOT LISTEN TO THE LIES! WE ARE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF THE MOST HIGH GOD! WE ARE CHILDREN OF THE KING! WE WILL RESIST THE DEVIL AND HE WILL FLEE FROM US!
We thank You Father for hearing our prayers over this nation and over our children. We thank You for the power that is being released through Your intercessors. We thank You for raising up this GENZ generation in this hour. Infuse them with TRUTH and COURAGE and POWER to stand, to voice Your Word and lead us back to putting God back in our schools. Father, You said “a child shall lead them.” Use these small children to lead this nation and world back to You. Jesus, You ARE the Way, the truth and the life. We decree we ARE VICTORIOUS in You!!
