The Democrats have a strategy to “win back young men” to their side. The New York Times reports that “top Democrat donors” have been working together since the 2024 election to “turn the tide on young men.”

Political correspondent Shane Goldmacher writes, “Democratic donors and strategists have been gathering at luxury hotels to discuss how to win back working-class voters, commissioning new projects that can read like anthropological studies of people from faraway places.” The plan even has a code name–SAM or Speaking with American Men: A Strategic Plan.

Disconnected Democrats

Finding this plan online isn’t difficult and a quick skim of the document shows that Democrats understand that they’ve lost the trust of an entire generation. To remedy this, they have formulated a framework of tools to establish a “beachhead and authentic presence” as young men “explore their identities.”

The document states, “The 2024 election demonstrated a stark reality: young men (18-29) shifted toward Donald Trump by a striking 12-point margin. This was not just a failure of messaging–it was a failure to engage with and understand a demographic that increasingly feels disconnected from the Democrat party…the Democratic party’s failure to engage them has allowed conservative influencers to dominate the conversation, offering them a sense of identity and purpose that Democrats have neglected.”

The Infiltration Strategy

To win the trust of America’s young men, Democrats suggest “meeting them where they are at emotionally and leveraging those feelings to their benefit.” To do this, Dems say, “We need to start now exploring and internalizing the emotional drivers of their cultural preferences and political opinions.” Suggestions are made to “engage young men directly and early through online focus groups, town halls, and interactive discussions that prioritize moving beyond traditional activist circles and incorporate forums that reflect the realities of economic instability, job security, and cultural alienation.”

Using AI is a key component of the Democratic blueprint because it helps “to gain real-time insights into political shifts.” Through “discord engagement, tracking, Twitch chat monitoring, and deep-dive qualitative ethnographic research,” they hope to “super-charge social listening.” They want to “embed themselves in digital ecosystems” and platforms such as Discord/Reddit, so they can develop strategic messaging which will entice young men to come over to their side.

Democrats intend to “study the syntax, language, and content” that gains the attention of young men. In this way, they can develop special messaging and avoid being put into the boxes that conservatives have created for them.

“Young men don’t get radicalized by accident. They go online looking for information and the right has become very adept at utilizing algorithms to cycle them into a right-wing funnel. By better understanding this journey, we can be where they are routing alternative pathways through content and conversations.” In essence, the plan suggests spying on these young men to learn their language and understand what makes them tick. With this knowledge they want to mold a message that will appeal to young men, rather than alienate them.

The Same Ideas in a New Package

The Democrats have figured out that “government dependency” has a negative connotation when it comes to many younger males and therefore the goal is to reframe it as “economic empowerment.” Whether its expanded child tax credits, homebuyer incentives, and workforce training, they must all be presented in ways that appeal to this generation.

The strategic plan states, “Young men gravitate towards a lot of the individuals and characteristics that Democrats like to demonize. SAM will invest in the study of how to frame right-wing influencers as profiteers exploiting male insecurity for personal gain, emphasizing their financial motives and lack of real solutions for young men’s struggles.”

Winning the culture narrative is essential to regaining power. To do this, “a cohort of credible voices–progressive veterans, blue-collar leaders, athletes, and educators” will be recruited “to promote a constructive, aspirational vision of manhood that aligns with Democrat values without alienating other core constituencies.” Above all, the Democrats must procure the right messaging to avoid backlash and turning off voters.

Democrats intend to zone in on Trump’s policies, focusing on the ones that young men disapprove of, such as widespread layoffs or economic policies that have not benefitted them. With the correct language, tone, and message framing, these concerns can become a springboard to launch men over to their side.

Democrats are Missing the Point

The Democrats are hatching their plans, but they lack a key ingredient. Their plan for young men does not include God. In fact, their ideals are in direct conflict with biblical teachings and traditional values. This is a major problem because research shows that Gen Z males are longing for something more than what liberalism provides. In fact, many are moving away from deep-rooted liberal ideas such as abortion, gender ideology, victimhood, and feminism. As masculinity is relentlessly attacked, more young men are gravitating toward biblical Christianity, where God calls men to lead, build families, and live above the culture.

Democrats like Pete Buttigieg do not understand how so many young male voters were lost during the last election. His comments on a recent podcast revealed his irrational thinking. Buttigieg, who is married to a man, says that he’s puzzled why “the bros” voted for Trump because “the MAGA folks aren’t looking out for their best interests–they want to ban porn.” Buttigieg took a shot at conservative House Speaker Mike Johnson by insisting, “Of course, we should be talking about how, if Speaker Johnson got his way, it wouldn’t be possible not just for gay people to get married, but for straight people to get divorced, let alone birth control.” He added that Johnson also wants to “regulate porn.”

Brilyn Hollyhand, an 18-year-old political commentator, activist, and author, sums up the reasons why Democrats have lost the trust and support of many young men.

“There’s something almost poetic about the Democratic Party’s desperation. Faced with a mass exodus of young men from their ranks, the Left’s solution isn’t to rethink their disastrous policies or the cultural rot they’ve championed. Nope, they’ve decided to shell out tens of millions of dollars to study us…like we’re alien creatures under a microscope. That’s not strategy–it’s stupidity. And worse, it shows how wildly out of touch Democrats are with reality…we’ve been told we’re toxic if we believe in traditional values. We’re called privileged if we succeed. We’re branded threats if we dare to question liberal narratives on gender, race, or the role of the government. And now, when that propaganda isn’t working anymore, they’re throwing cash at consultants to figure out why. It’s laughable.”

Hollyhand predicts that the Democrats’ plan will “backfire” and emphasizes, “Gen Z guys aren’t confused about why we’re walking away–we’re walking away because the modern Democratic Party has spent years demonizing us, mocking masculinity, and replacing real leadership with TikTok cringe and rainbow flag activism.”

Polling data from the 2024 presidential election shows that more than half of young men under the age of 30 voted for President Donald Trump. The youth of America have grown tired of the rhetoric being spewed by liberal pundits and politicians. They are searching for something more wholesome and biblical, rather than empty promises that turn them into victims instead of victors.

Let’s Pray for Young Men

This generation of young men need our prayers. Let’s cheer them on as they break free from liberalism and step into the roles that God has designed for their lives.

1. Pray that the Democrats’ strategic plan would fizzle out before it gains any traction. Pray that young men continue to see through the lies and choose traditional values over liberalism.
2. Pray that young men would seek the Lord Jesus Christ above all things. Pray they would read His Word and desire a relationship with him. Pray they would join together to become mighty men of God.
3. Pray for young men who follow Jesus Christ to rise up as influencers, speakers, podcast/You Tube hosts, and leaders so they can saturate the air waves with biblical truth and God’s Word.
4. Pray for repentance among those who want to indoctrinate young men into liberalism. Pray they would recognize their sins and turn from them.

Lord Jesus, we thank you for the young men in America. Penetrate their hearts with the truth so they will become biblical leaders in their homes, churches, jobs, and communities.
