Our elected officials, even those who profess Christianity, are becoming more and more crass. Do morals still matter to Americans?
From National Review. Representative Lauren Boebert (R., Colo.) and her date groped each other in a packed theater in Denver last week, while the congresswoman ripped a vape. So, that happened.

Video footage shows Boebert at the musical Beetlejuice grabbing her date’s crotch as he gropes her breasts. They were surrounded by other audience members, including a pregnant woman who at one point during the show asked Boebert to stop vaping. Boebert refused and was kicked out of the theater. …
Boebert isn’t the only female politician to raise eyebrows lately. An alleged affair between married South Dakota governor Kristi Noem and former Trump adviser Corey Lewandowski has surfaced. And it was revealed that Susanna Gibson, a candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates, and her husband engaged in live-streamed sex for tips — behavior she defended.
Just a few years ago, Boebert’s behavior would have prompted calls for her resignation, and Gibson would have been expected to withdraw from her race. …
Sexual immorality isn’t news. More noteworthy is the frequency with which public officials display it, and the fact that so many of their partisan supporters defend it. …
Boebert has blasted drag shows for “sexualizing public spaces,” yet kids as young as ten could have been in the audience with her last week. … that a politician couldn’t restrain herself in public for a couple of hours is an embarrassment. It’s more embarrassing that Republicans won’t condemn such acts.

Heavenly Father, have mercy on us.
You are strong, Lord. Our flesh is not.
Standing for You in the lion’s den is not easy by any means. The constant barrage of attacks can become overwhelming. Standing for You, Lord, is often costly: personally, professionally and financially.
We need allies and prayer not more enemies and judgement. Remind us how easy it is to sit on our couch and yell at the tv screen when our sports team doesn’t make the catch or the coach didn’t make the right play decision. Most of us wouldn’t last 1 second in the real game.
Lord Jesus, remind Lauren of who she is in You. You are gentle with us, Lord, and Your yoke is easy. Put a hedge of protection around her mind, body, soul and spirit. Restore and strengthen her familial relationships once again.
If she is to remain a representative, remind her that without You she can do nothing. Guide her, gird her and keep her and her family, Lord.
In The Lord Jesus Christ’s Name. Amen.
Is there no shame? These acts of defiance toward our Lord are abominable and these people should be kicked out of the offices they are trying to get into. They are not acceptable at all. What has happened to our morals? We need to clean up our minds and turn them over to God if we want Him to help our nation.
Our Father, please forgive our selfish pride. Encourage us to be faithful to your amazing grace to us as your children.

Who fimed Ms Boebert? That person should have talked to her about her behavior. For all have sinned and fallen shirt of the Glory! For of such were some of you! FATHER GOD please send laborers to Lauren and let her repent. Put her feet back on solid ground and let her be dignified in public from now on. FATHER GOD don’t let the woman be elected that has sex online with her husband for tips! Send her back home and raise up a moral person for that seat she is running for. I pray a reconciliation for Kristi November and her husband. Restore their marriage to better than ever in JESUS MIGHTY NAME!

How does anyone know that Republicans did not condemn her actions to her privately? The woman running for office and her husband filming sex for tips receive censure from the DNC or anybody? Is Kristi Noem having an affair? Who would censure any of these representatives of our government? Biden and his team are crooks, and lie constantly! So it is left up to us. If these people are your reps, write them letters, and in the meantime we will pray! FATHER GOD please send YOUR angels to convict people of their sin so as to bring moral virtue to every person in our government through repentance! This is why YOUR WORD tells us to pray for those that are in authority! FATHER GOD I lift up every senator, representative, their aides, those running for office, joe biden, his cabinet and all in our government to YOU! Please send laborers to them all for salvation! I bind the demons in Washington D.C. that has been let loose from the evil being done there! I loose the Anointing of HOLY GHOST to cover the entire city with repentance. FATHER please let a revival begin there today in JESUS NAME! Amen!
If you are going to be on the battlefield of politics you definitely need to cover your body with protection. I pray protection over all the politicians who are continually in the battle and that they hold up the shield of faith and put on humility.
I was so sorry to see Ms. Boebert’s public behavior which much have embarrassed her children. As a believer, I hope she counsels with her Pastor and uses better judgement in the future.
She fell short of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. She seems to b more on the actress model trail than a serious political person. I DO NOT SEE HER AS A LEADER. SHE BEHAVES LIKE A ATTENTION SEEKING TEENAGER. SHE NEEDS TO LOOSE AND GO BACK HOME TO HER HUSBAND AND CHILDREN. SILLY WOMAN
If this is not worthy of the Republican Party censor or discipline, how can this party claim allegiance to Judaeo-Christian or “family-friendly” values?
