I Prayed have prayed
Father, we pray that You would protect us from liars and false accusers. Preserve our honor and reputation so that we may glorify You, Lord.

President Trump once said, “They’re not after me, they’re after you.” But it is even more than that.

The present global battle is directed at unseating all authentic authority. You, me, and any leader, parent, teacher, pastor, patriot, etc. from their rightful seats of authority and replace them with frauds.

As Satan continues his attempt to unseat God from His throne, so we see this same battle mirrored across the world to unseat us from our places of authority. It is an attack against the family, against righteousness and justice, against truth.

In order to stop this assault, we need to take it out by the root—which is ultimately the strongman of pride and jealousy. However, with that stronghold comes other minions that must be addressed which include deception along with lies and false accusations.

Prov 6:16-19 is a list of seven things that are an abomination before God. Liars and false accusers are both named. “Aren’t they the same thing, God?” I asked.

They are not. A liar launches the attack, but those who make false accusations align with the lie and empower it. An example of this would be how the mainstream media has aligned with and parroted lies as false accusers and empowered the liars. These two aspects work together and both must be addressed and uprooted in prayer.

David was certainly the victim of lies and false accusations as was Joseph and others. In fact, if we look back through history, we see this battle waged to keep or remove someone from their seat of authority over and over again.

However, what is notable in many of those cases is the end result of the accuser. Consider King Saul, Absalom, Hamon, and Pharaoh. In their efforts to unseat an authentic leader, they were the ones removed.

Our weapon in any spiritual battle is the Word—our two-edged sword. For as we speak it out of our mouth, God said He watches over His Word to perform it (Jer 1:12). He is the Righteous Judge and as we go before the courts of heaven with His Word, we go with confidence that the attack to unseat us cannot succeed.

Prov 19:5 states, “A false witness will not go unpunished and he who tells lies will not escape” (NASB).

Those who bring false witness sometimes actually believe what they are saying. This is where we must uproot the spirit of deception which has convinced them that they are on the side of righteousness when in fact they are simply pawns of evil. Consider those who call themselves by the name of Christ who are outraged over the reversal of Roe v Wade and believe an injustice has been committed against women. Deception has covered them as they bought the lies that it is a woman’s “right” and aligned themselves with the liar to be false accusers against righteousness. That is how deception works. It is a twin with offense. Once someone takes offense, deception will always follow through that open door of entry. It must also be uprooted. And so we can pray that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will (2 Tim 2:26).

It is clear that lawsuits have become one of the key tools utilized in this fight against the righteous. Do not let that scare you. The day President Trump took office the first of many lawsuits was filed against him to remove him from his rightful seat of office. Consider the lawsuits and in some cases jail time against, David Daleiden, the whistleblower who effectively exposed Planned Parenthoods trafficking and selling of baby parts, General Mike Flynn  (President Trump’s National Security Adviser), Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski, who was jailed for talking with the truckers who were peacefully protesting the vax in Canada, Mike Lindell and Clay Clark the leader of the Reawaken America Tours who have tirelessly worked to expose election fraud and have had lawsuits filed by the fraudsters against them.

What do each of these have in common? Liars have worked to unseat those in authority and remove them from their effective work.

Sanballot tried to do that against Nehemiah as Nehemiah rose up to lead the rebuilding the walls to protect Jerusalem. Sanballot tried to convince the king that Nehemiah was plotting against him. But Nehemiah refused to fear. He refused to stop the work and come down off the wall. History repeats itself as that battle is playing out right before us.

Each of these attacks above have a common denominator. Lies and false allegations have been utilized to silence and remove people from their seat of authority.

Here is what the Lord says,

“For your arrogance has brought you low and your pride will be your undoing. You point the finger and you make your plans but they will come to nothing and the evil you have planned will come back upon your own head.

“The words from your own mouth and from your own hand testify against you. You have struck out at the righteous but they will be vindicated by the cleanness of their hands and you will fall into the pit you have dug for them. Like Haman you plotted and schemed because of your pride which turned to murderous intent. As you tried to remove them from power, it is you who will be removed and become as nothing and non-existent. People will look around and say, ‘Where did they go? What happened to their accusations?’ Your false accusations will bring shame and dishonor on your own head and you will be the one removed.

“So lift up your eyes and keep Your eyes on Me,” says the Lord. “See that I am He who delivers you. For false witnesses will not go unpunished and he who utters lies will not escape. Do not fear for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am Your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

If you are in the middle of such a battle, as many are right now, plant your feet firmly on the Word of God. Do not be shaken for He will deliver you as the Word declares:

Ps 31:18-20 is clear, “Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous. Oh how great is your goodness, which You have laid up for those that fear You; which You have wrought for them that trust in You before the sons of men! You will hide us in the secret of Your presence from the pride of man. You will keep us hidden in Your secret pavilion from the strife of tongues.”

If you look up the definition of the word “strife of tongues” in the Hebrew it actually would be better translated, “conspiracies of man, contentions, divisions and lawsuits.”

Be confident that no matter what lies, accusations or lawsuits are filed against you, against our leaders to remove them from authentic seats of authority, we have the truth of the Word as our vindicator. They may conspire against you. But they will not win. For the Word declares, no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage (inheritance) of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord (Is 54:17 NIV).

Our prayer:

Father in Heaven,

Do not turn us over to the desire of our foes, for false witnesses have risen up against us, spouting malicious accusations (Ps 27:12).

You are a defender of the righteous and a defender of truth. Come to our defense O Lord.

You said there are six things which You hate and seven which are an abomination to You: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that run rapidly to evil, a false witness who utters lies, and one who spreads strife among brothers (Prov 6:16-20).

We pray regarding all who make false accusations along with those who support them and defend them and ask for justice to come quickly. You said a false witness will not go unpunished and he who spread lies will not escape. We pray that those who spread lies and who work to remove people from their seat of authority will be the ones removed. For your Word says that as they have done, it will be done to them and their dealings will return on their own head (Ob 1:15). But You defend us according to the cleanness of our hands (Ps 18:20). We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper and every tongue that rises against us in judgment will be shown to be in the wrong and stopped for this is the heritage of the saints of the Lord and our vindication is from You! (Is 54:17).

We declare that all who rage against us will surely be ashamed and disgraced. Those who oppose us will be as nothing and perish. Though we search for our enemies, we will not find them. Those who wage war against us will be as nothing at all. For You are the Lord our God who takes hold of our right hand and says, Do not fear, I will help you (Is 41:10-12).

Woe to those who deeply hide their plans from the Lord and whose deeds are done in darkness (Is 29:15). Expose them Lord! You see the mountain of lies they have created, but we speak to that mountain and command it to be cast into the sea and do not doubt but believe that You will do it (Mk 11:23-24). We declare their wall of lies will fall as the walls of Jericho fell.

We pray for all reading this who are now battling false accusations intent on removing them from their rightful place. Father let the lying lips be silent which speak arrogantly against the righteous with pride and contempt. You hide us in a secret shelter from the strife of tongues (contentions, divisions and lawsuits! Ps 31:18-20).

Even as these attacks continue, we choose to walk in repentance and rest which is our salvation and in quietness and trust which is our strength (Is 30:15). We have confidence that You are guiding and directing this battle just as you did in each of those situations in times past. We stand fast to see the salvation of the Lord.

We take our authority as those who live in this land. We take our authority in our families, our city, our state and our nation and declare that You will use us as you used the mighty men and women of faith long ago to fell the giants, to shut the lion’s mouths, to see victory even when it is impossible. (Heb 11:33). Contend with those who contend with us and save our children (Is 49:25).

Lord, we stand on Your Word and truth. We boldly enter the throne room of grace to find mercy and grace to help in this time of need (Heb 4:12). Deliver America. Deliver our righteous leaders and judges who refuse to back down in the face of their threats. Deliver our cities and states and our families for You are the mighty God.

Thank you for these words of encouragement. Father, may we rest in you for that is the seat of our battle! May our praise be a 2 edged sword in our hands to fight against wickedness according to Psalm 149:6. We praise your name.

Thank you, Karen, for that extensive search of the Scriptures to find the mind and will of God on this issue!
As I watched a video of the corrupt government leaders in Sri Lanka fleeing their country with suitcases full of money and the people swarming the palace, I saw that image as a physical representation of what we can do in the spiritual realm through prayer and action.
The demonic territorial principalities can be forced to flee by Christians swarming those strongholds of governing positions over our nation with fervent prayers and decrees,
Because faith without works is dead, we cooperate with God’s battle plan by actions in the natural realm, such as supporting godly candidates in their campaigns for election and speaking up for truth when lies are being spread.
Father God, fill us with such a deep longing for Your Kingdom rule to be manifest on the earth and for all evil strongholds to be overrun by Your righteousness, truth, and justice, that we commit our time and energies to fulfilling that desire.
In Jesus Name Amen.

For the [judgment] day of the Lord draws near on all the nations. As you have done, it shall be done to you [in retribution]; Your [evil] dealings will return on your own head.

In Jesus’ name. Amen!!!
